I came in today and ordered a crispy chicken pablano. Tayshaun made my salad very delicious, he made my experience very enjoyable.

There a reason why just salad shutting down at 830? Seems kind of lame to cut 30m early cause the staff is tired. Was trying to go there tonight and manager told me was closed but clearly friday night trying to dip early. read more

i love it so much here food is always so good, Kasan helped me and he was so sweet and helpful!

Let me first start off by saying that I do not typically leave reviews, ever. I'm not kidding when I tell you that this was best experience I've ever had in a dining establishment, period. I don't know what was in the air, but from the moment I walked in, the entire place radiated pure joy, positivity, and laughter, and love! The staff- every single one of them- provided genuine kindness, enthusiasm, and positivity that made my day. Just wow! My salad was perfect, too! I will absolutely be returning to visit such incredible staff, and to enjoy many more delicious salads! Shout out to Porschia and Tivo, and the whole team! read more

I recently came here to get a salad for the first time and it was probably one of the best salads I'd ever had. The workers are also super helpful and give great recommendations. Especially Ayse who was particularly helpful and patient with me. I definitely will be coming back here again read more

I bought 2 chicken bowls a couple of days ago because our fridge was broken and my wife didn't want to cook. They were so delicious and the price was good with quite generous portions. The server was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back again! read more

I find that a "Just Salad" salad maintains my weight, great taste and filled with vitamins. I frequent this location at least twice a week and it is wonderful! The service is amongst the best in Park Slope! However, there is one individual there who deserves a shout out, attends to what is needed and is always attentive!! That person is Aysa! She greats you with a smile, knows exactly what I like and is smart. She truly is a bright beacon in that location filled with stars!!! I don't write reviews often, but I am doing it for one who truly deserves!!! Thank you, Aysa!!! read more

I am a health care professional at Methodist Hospital right around the corner from just salad in park slope. Being in a extremely busy environment as the hospital , sometimes I am looking for my break time to head over JUST SALAD to have a good healthy meal but most importantly the super friendly staff that always welcome me with a smile, I've been to various locations but the customer service from this location is one of a Kind, a perfect ambiance after a long shift . Thank you to Aysia,Dante, Alyse, Gio, Andy , Matthew , Porschua , Ari and everyone else for their great customer service read more

Second time ordering, and i see this beetle in my salad. Very disappointing and disgusted...wont be able to order from here again read more

0 stars if I could. I put in my order at 6:40 pm. Went to pick it up around 7 pm. Stood at the register for 20 minutes before someone addressed me. I work at the hospital and majority of my lunch break was gone . Unbelievable. They stared at me and kept on ignoring me. It wasn't until a male customer who came after me was waiting on line too. They took care of him first before finally addressing me. There were 5 workers there too; it's not like it was 1 or 2 workers. And they forgot to add bread to my order. read more

Ayse made me such a great salad!!! And she was so nice too! Plus she listens to what you order and doesn't make mistakes. She deserves a big raise! read more

Wonderful and staff is amazing. Clean and the food is great. Fresh food. Best place to go and grab a good bite to eat

Their delivery was on time and decently quick. Also, they have a fair amount of healthy options and seasonal variety as well as make your own salads. The issue is that it was incredibly average and not that flavorful unfortunately. I would definitely say it was goos, it's not like I threw it away. But the food just doesn't blow you away and it turns out to sadly be not that special. I mean, the ingredients seemed fresh and I had no issues, it just didnt taste that good. I ordered a greek salad with chicken and a chicken teriyaki rice bowl. They tasted painfully plain. You can try for yourself, that's why I say three stars. I just won't be ordering again because there's no point in eating something that you could make better yourself. It was disappointing because I thought a place called Just Salads would have really good salads. I wish I liked it more and had something better to say but it let me down... Adding an update to say another positive is their takeout/delivery bowls and silverware are more environmentally friendly. I did like that. read more

Hands down the best salad I've had so far! I ordered the maple chicken salad with berry wild smoothie. I switched dressings and chose chipotle vinaigrette instead, so good. The smoothie was decent, nothing really special about it. Their salads are a tad bit pricey, however, given the quality and flavor combinations it's worth the price. read more

I had one of the best experiences at Just Salad on Seventh Ave in Brooklyn. Ari was so patient working with me and my daughter to order a somewhat-customized salad. Her patience and professionalism is a model of what others in the business should aspire to be. The other servers were kind as well. I'm definitely coming back! Thanks, Ari! read more

I try to stay away from salad spots and go for more casual dining spots like Cava, but Just Salad really impressed me with their seasonal bowl. I was craving something that would feel light but also comforting, and the vegan bowl I got was just that. I can't quite recall the particulars, but whereas I usually think salads are overpriced, I felt like the $10+ for greens was worth it this time. I'm definitely excited to come back and give it another shot soon. read more

Go to this place multiple times a week, always amazing. Porschue is the best!! She made me the most perfect salad.

Just Salad is consistent and is decent sized for a fair price. I frequent them especially for the smoothie and salad combo,

the young lady making my salad was clearly sick with a cold (or worse), not wearing a mask, and sneezed into her glove! i did not notice if she even changed the glove. MGMT: the staff here needs a lot of training in health dept regulations and other general training read more

I was so pleased with my service here today. I had Ashanfi ( worker), she provided me with 5 star service. She was so polite and patient. I tiered a new salad which was out of my comfort zone and she allowed me to try multiple different dressings, and even suggested one which went perfect with my salad it was delicious. read more

I was at Just Salad a couple of weeks ago, with my mom. Tivo was our server. He was among the friendliest and most helpful servers I have ever experienced. He helped me to customize my salad-I have gluten and other food intolerances. He made extra sure that what I was getting in my salad would be safe for me to eat. On top of that, he hand delivered my mom's and my meal to our table. I would never usually expect that from a place where you have to order at a counter. I don't think I've ever had that experience. Tivo is awesome! And the food was fresh and great quality too! Looking forward to going back and hopefully being served by hiim again. read more

The food quality was amazing; however this review is not because of that. Tivo was the best server/employee I have ever met in my life. His energy while serving was out of this world. His positivity, and exuberance were something I have never experienced my entire life. I left just salad feeling like a million dollars thanks to my man Tivo. His exuberance was so admirable, I had to leave a review. I will definitely be coming back to experience that again! read more

I went in not knowing what I wanted, but Teevo went above and beyond to help me pick a really good salad that matches my health needs. so I got a Thai crunch salad and it was so good! His high positive energy and his genuine care for me made me feel safe and open since I'm super shy. He also gave me really good life advice while making my salad. This is a rating for the management, not the employees. I came here to pick up my order 10 minutes after the estimated time and it hasn't been started yet--fine, the employees looked incredibly busy. I let the friendly young woman at front know, but I still didn't get my food after an additional half hour of waiting. The place was swarmed with couriers waiting to pick up meals. And the thing is, I didn't see any of the employees slacking off for even a second. They were all busy at work, they were just swamped with orders. Management needs to staff more people. Also, someone came in with a too good to go order and they were helped right away. They didn't get anything pre-bagged either, they had something whipped up on the spot for them. Doesn't seem fair, I paid full price for my stuff. After I finally got my order 40 minutes after I arrived, i was missing the chicken from my crispy chicken poblano salad. read more

Solid salads. What you expect from Just Salad. Rarely a wait. Friendly staff, especially Andy.

This was my favorite salad place, but lately we receive the orders incomplete even though we always order the same thing. In fact we chose Seamless to order because is faster to reorder items than the Just Salad app which is still pretty basic. Sometimes they forget the sauce, or another I gradient and we have been pretty flexible. However, today our Crispy Chicken Poblano Salad, came without the Crispy Chicken which I believe is the main ingredient. Mistakes can happen in prep, and we understand that, but if customer service is not responsive, the issue gets worse for us. They didn't reply to our texts and now the family won't eat the salad without protein. Seamless will give us a refund but that really doesn't solve the problem, now we'll have to order from somewhere else to avoid the risk of getting the wrong thing again. read more

You can choose three types of lettuce! I'm in LOVE! I was able to put kale with my romaine and my red cabbage. I like choices:)

The salads are good. But the service is absolutely abysmal. The employees are rude, do not help with those who come for the first time to order. It basically works like chipotle but took me awhile to realize. Witnessed a staff member being very rude to a delivery guy for not knowing fluent English. She repeatedly tells him in the most condescending tone of voice to the delivery guy "I don't understand anything you are saying" and shakes her head. And then laughs with her co-worker with the guy still present. It is not ok to make someone feel small for not knowing English. We are in a diverse neighborhood, what do you expect. Just cannot stand the rudeness of the staff here. read more

Honestly I was very impressed with my Chicken Caesar Salad and I also got bread on the side it was delicious and it actually made me full that I couldn't finish it. Say what you want. Is this spot totally basic? Absolutely. Would I attempt a complicated order and then be upset when they fumbled? Nope lol Stick to the menu (maybe some add ons) and you'll be fine. That was a SOLID spicy chicken wrap I just inhaled haha it was delicious! Added avocado and crispy onions. Got the dressing on the side so the croutons would survive the Uber eats ride over. 10 out of 10. Will order again. read more
