Absolutely adorable wine bar/coffee shop/chill out place in a hidden corner of Point Loma. I have been already a few times when I do the La Playa Trail and I love how clean and quaint this place is. The coffee is excellent. That is always the reason why I stop there. One star minus for the attitude of the server. Not malice at all but it does not give an impression when people go for coffee at 5 pm (some people like me drink coffee all day and night and still can sleep) and they are told 'we are right now in wide mode'. Another customer with kids and I mentioned that we found this place on line and does not specify that after 2 is not really quiet a coffee time. She said 'that would be a question for the owner, I just work here'. Even though that is technically correct, the customer service answer could have been executed more elegantly like 'I will make sure the hours of operation get fixed if needed'. No one needs to know if you are the owner or employee. Other than that, Juno's is great and cozy.

This is the old Wine Pub. They still have a nice wine collection, but not much else is the same. It was a Monday and slow. The server was very nice and knowledgeable. The menu looked good, especially the daily specials. We weren't that hungry, so I ended up ordering the mushroom and Brie flatbread. My friend got the beef sliders with a side salad. Everything was delicious.

Went here for breakfast and was blown away by how amazing it was! So much better than fig tree or breakfast republic! Cute/cool ambiance, fantastic service, and the food was out of this world! Surprised by how amazing the food was, really punches above its weight class. Best of all it's really well priced! Pancakes 10 Bacon 9 French onion soup 10 Mediterranean flatbread 8.6

Love the ambiance here with the fire pits and twinkling lights cute little dinner spot with live music which is awesome with your throwbacks. Shared plates are awesome the burrata with the sun-dried tomatoes and pesto, arugula was so amazing paired with our wine and our server was amazing Very friendly and kind and the owner is always very nice And always seems to be there when I stop by. All in all a great date night spot or a fun place to go with your girls.

Was in the area and had some time before an appointment so we decided to try this place for breakfast. The outside is nothing fancy. It's situated in a sort of strip mall, if that's is what you would call it. But everything is very clean. When you first walk in, you immediately see the bar that has a fancy coffee maker/espresso maker on it. We were greeted right away. Very friendly. Told us to go ahead and grab a menu and have a seat wherever we want. A gentleman brought over a carafe of water. I'm a little bit of a water snob and needed lemon for it. The tables were very nice. Fresh flowers on every table. The restaurant its self is fairly small but cozy. We ended ordering a croissant, breakfast sandwich, the pancake and eggs, breakfast, and the caprice on toast. The croissant sandwich was really good. For the price, you would have thought there would have been potatoes or fruit on the side. The pancakes and eggs were really good. Also came with bacon. Was a little taken aback from the size of the pancakes. They were the size of silver dollars. Buts still really good. The caprese toast, I hate tomatoes, so according to my friend, was really good. Would we come back? Yes.

This restaurant is a great option for a healthy lunch. You can create your own bowls with protein, fresh vegetables, and a dressing. Both bowls were very tasty.

Great find close to our hotel. The breakfast menu was extensive and hard to decide from so many great choices. My husband chose an omelette with roasted potatoes on the side. i had the croissant sandwich. It is a seat yourself atmosphere with indoor and outdoor space. The service was excellent and our food was delicious!

Incredible food -especially the Baked Oatmeal. The fresh roasted coffee is really amazing. And the staff is really friendly and helpful. Next up is some time when the wine bar is open!

Confusing to find since signage reads Coffee Hut...with Juno's etched in small lettering on the entrance door. Food was wonderful and service lovely.Mellow atmosphere with a variety of coffee drinks, small menu but everything we tried was well made and delicious. We were there in the middle of Comic Con and took refuge far from the maddening crowds downtown, here in Point Loma. We enjoyed it so much that we brought our family back a couple of days later for a quiet brunch, away from the touristy trap spots around the convention center. Parking lot on the small side and was crowded both times we came, but we've lived to tell the tale.

What a gem! Love their coffee and breakfast! It is little coffee house but lot of seating inside and outside. Highly recommended!!

This time around, it was just the 3 of us, to chat over some wine and apps. Had their April featured Pinot, which was amazing (had 2 glasses). It's good to keep in mind that they only sell their flatbreads on certain days and unfortunately, they didn't serve it when we went. So, instead we had the crostinis, which is perfect if you want a little bit of everything, but not sure what to get. My friend got the chicken Caesar wrap, and it was a lot bigger than expected. As far as the ambience, there's seating all around the bar that's located in the middle. So it's convenient to just walk up to the bar to place your order. Servers and bartenders were friendly and quick. Overall this is a great laid-back place for small or large groups.

First, I still really enjoy the Carruth Wine Garden. It is nice to have an outdoor space to drink wine right in the center of the city. In general there plenty of parking ,and it is dog friendly. As far as the wine, it is very good. I like some more than others. More recently, I have enjoyed the Unicorn Red Blend ( a longtime favorite) and the Syrah. I love that it is dog friendly, inside and out. My dog loves going there and she makes friends each time. A change that they made recently is that the main garden area is now child-free, which was a positive change in my options, as it had gotten a bit chaotic in the past with children not being very well supervised. The still have a family-friendly outdoor space. In the past, there was always live music when I came. I was there most recently on a Saturday evening and was disappointed that there was no music. Also, the prices have gone up ($18 per glass). Unfortunately, I found the pours to be somewhat inadequate, though it depended which staff member was pouring the wine. They do not allow for outside food, and only make certain dishes certain days of the week, which unfortunately doesn't allow for many options if you are hungry. Water is readily available inside and outside. All in all, it is a lovely place with good wine to come with friends and your 4-legged friends. It has gotten a bit pricey, and I do wish we could bring out own snacks, but I still enjoy going and am sure that I will be back.

Delicious Italian food restaurant has ability to be both a nice-casual place for friends to get lunch all the way to a romantic special occasion dining experience, including a really cool table, flanked by their impressive wine collection. I personally did not have a favorite item on the menu anymore because I have honestly tried something different every time and the rotating seasonal specials are always fun to explore. One of my favorite things I appreciate about the menu is the transparency of ingredients used, which makes people with food allergies be able to enjoy their dining experience. For example, explaining to the server about my poor allergy, the owner happened, organically over here us, and came by the table to share that he is aware of that kind of allergy as someone of his life also is allergic to pork. As someone who has spent 30 years of their life, having people not believe that the allergy is real (damn Lonestar tick), this is extremely validating. On top of this being a wonderful restaurant, I have also frequently seen Solare at local events, including the San Diego food and Wine festival that raises money towards endangered species conservation showing that they are more than just a restaurant, they are involved in the community.

We were quickly seated only to wait 20 minutes before deciding to leave. Only water was offered. As we were walking down the street to try and catch our ride-share home, because there's no WAY one can get a last-minute reservation at any place decent on a Friday night in San Diego, I get a call from the restaurant. They apologize profusely saying it was their mistake & offered $50 off our next visit. How in the world will that make up for the fact that we are now sitting at home trying to figure out what to have delivered for dinner (we were planning to order the shrimp appetizer, salad, spinach ravioli, & Duroc pork chops, showing how long we were ignored & how large of a check they lost) instead of finishing up what was supposed to be a nice evening out. We've been to this restaurant many times but now no more.

I made a quick visit to their new San Marcos location a few weeks ago to snag some pizzas to go. As for here in Liberty Station, it's seriously a huge bonus when there's no stress to find parking, let alone having to pay for it. Yes, you may get lucky on find a spot on Sims Rd- but, there's off street parking around the bend & plenty off parking lots nearby. With more seating at the outdoor patio, which you can do plenty of people watching- I wanted to celebrate my long time friend's birthday month. Even though my friends try to weasel themselves outta picking a spot & put the decision onto me "The Trusted Yelper"... I truly enjoy when they pick where to eat. For a Friday lunch, we started off with laughter & glasses of Oberon Cabernet. The artichokes (antipasti menu) were divine!! Four fistball sized artichokes with stems attached. Thoroughly steamed and were they marinated as well? My gosh! Best artichokes ever! Infused with plenty of garlic and resting in a pool of EVOO. From the Chef's Specials: I was so close to ordering the Salmon in a Honey Mustard sauce w/ spinach, mushrooms, & grapefruit slices. I was craving grapefruit for a bit. Heck, even the scent of grapefruit rinds. And as soon as we began placing our lunch order, I switched to Squid Ink Ravioli w/ salmon & shrimp in pink sauce. And, I do NOT regret my decision at all! Great portion! The fresh squid ink ravioli was tender. Soft as cooked to perfection. Slathered in the pink sauce which seemed like a creamy Arrabbiata pasta sauce. Sprinkles of red pepper flakes. No mistake you'll feel some heat. Great count of shrimp, which I chose to cut sections of my shrimp in coat with the pink sauce. I truly wanted to enjoy every bite of this dish. I had no plans to take any leftovers home. There are no huge chunks of salmon that I could see, so I wonder if the salmon is mixed into not the ricotta cheese filling inside the ravioli? Our server was truly a gem. Simone, THANK YOU for my friend's lovely birthday tiramisu dessert! Complete with sparkling candle! We did not expect that at all!! Only a few parking spaces were available out front, and they were shared with the neighboring businesses. Some countertop seating and a couple of long tables were set up for inside dining. Upon walking in, it felt like a combination of a cafe, deli, and wine bar. Two charcuterie boards and six Italian style sandwiches made up the food offerings. For beverages, wines by the glass, various beers, and wines/kombucha in a can were available. You can certainly place large orders ahead of time for catering and special events. The ladies who staffed the service counter were very cheerful. The choice for my to-go order was a Spicy Italian Muffuletta. The sandwich consisted of thinly sliced mortadella and Genoa salami, provolone, arugula, and a spread of muffuletta. A drizzle of olive oil and balsamic glaze was added on top along with salt and pepper. Freshly baked piabatta was the bread that was used. The item was neatly assembled and wrapped in wax paper before being sliced in half. The spread was savory while the bread was soft with a crunchy exterior. As a bonus, I was given a complimentary bag of Italian potato chips that were pesto flavored. I was glad to have those to munch on with the sandwich. Overall, I gave a 4.5 star rating for a very positive experience at All Aboard.
