I ordered the caramel apple choux and raspberry croissant and both were delicious. Please have bigger cups for the choux because the guy helping me had a hard time putting the choux inside the tiny cup that the edge of the big slice of apple touched his hand as he tried to wedge it into the cup. I didn't want to give him a hard time on the spot so I went home and had to throw away the slice of apple on top.
A lover of savory pastries like me? Look no further! For those who are tired of the general rotation of chocolate croissants and various other bakeries catered to sweet tooths, Juniper has something for everyone! TOMATO BOMB A standout dish! Their Tomato Bomb is absolutely delicious and bursting with flavor; it is so savory and I wish it wasn't only a seasonal thing! Sadly, I think it's only available during the summer. MUSHROOM DANISH If you're a mushroom aficionado like me, you will also enjoy this dish. The pastry is perfectly flaky, just like the Tomato Bomb, and very good. The mushrooms are well-seasoned as well. BLACK SESAME KOUIGN-AMANN I dream about this pastry. Truly, the sesame adds this toasted flavor to the sweet kouign-amann, which is perfectly flaky and also very rich. This is my favorite thing to get. I will almost always get a black sesame kouign-amann every time I visit Juniper. LYCHEE CHOUX PASTRY I think this is generally people's favorite but as I don't like sweet pastries as much--especially sweet pastries with sweet fillings--it wasn't my personal favorite. However, my boyfriend who has a big sweet tooth certainly really enjoyed it. Finally, the interior of the bakery is extremely cute. There is actually a lot of seating for such a busy bakery that looks small from the outside. The staff are effective and friendly, and everything is very clean.
Juniper has some seriously good pastries. There are so many varieties here, both savory and sweet, and I love that they have combinations you don't see everywhere else. I tried the mulberry pastry and it was so good. The flavor was really unique and had a nice balance without feeling too heavy. Unfortunately, it's seasonal, so I'm hoping they bring it back because I would definitely get it again. Their espresso tonic is also a hit. It's refreshing and goes really well with the pastries, especially if you want something a little lighter alongside all the baked goods. The only downside is that there aren't many seats and the line can get pretty long, especially in the mornings. Definitely come early if you want to avoid a long wait or have a better chance of finding a table. Such a fun spot for pastries and coffee, especially if you like trying things that are a little different from the usual.
date & time: wednesday september 29, 2026 @ 2pm coffee date: the husband vibe: work wives & besties in isabel marant boho inspired white tops w/ matching short flowy skirt w/ dainty gold jewelry & the row bag decor: aesthetic, minimalistic & vibey coffee spot service: efficient devour: arguably the best raspberry & almond croissant in the city total: $7.50
I loved: Raspberry Almond Croissant I really liked: Strawberry Lychee Choux I liked: Banana Matcha Latte Strawberry Matcha Latte Juniper has quickly become one of those SF cafes where the pastries and drinks feel like they were made to be enjoyed together. The Raspberry Almond Croissant is easily the standout. There's a lot going on between the sweet raspberry, savory almond flavor, and all the different textures, but somehow it works. The raspberry comes through really nicely without getting lost in everything else. The Strawberry Lychee Choux is another winner. Light, flavorful, and honestly kind of addicting. It's one of those pastries where you take a bite and immediately want another. Both matcha drinks are solid, though definitely on the lighter side when it comes to matcha flavor. The Banana Matcha Latte does a good job balancing the banana without letting it overpower the drink. The Strawberry Matcha Latte is decent too, although the strawberry can lean a little bitter. Neither blew me away on its own, but paired with the sweeter pastries, they work really well. Juniper is almost always busy when I'm here, but the staff are consistently super nice and accommodating. The cafe itself can feel packed, but there's a reason people keep coming back. Great pastries, good drinks, and everything complements each other really well. Feels like a nice cozy cafe if you're in the area #goodeats
=== Beautiful croissants === Walked in at 2:10 pm less than an hour before closing expecting nothing to be left. But was lucky enough that they had croissants left. Choice of plain, ham and cheese, and bacon-something. Since it's my first time there, had to try the plain! Super cute but I was headed elsewhere so I took it to go. +++ Beautiful croissant. Even for a croissant near closing, this thing was beautiful. I've never seen gloss on a croissant like that. ++ Tasted great. Every "premium" croissant I've ever tasted just tastes like CostCo except with an extra stick of butter per croissant, and I'm not a huge fan of over-buttering things. This was rich but not overly so. Textures were amazing with crisp exterior and airy fluffy interior - so much so I had to take a photo of the half-eaten croissant just to show it off. + Interior was super cute. I was on the run so I didn't catch a photo but plenty of others from other Yelpers (thanks other Yelpers!) I'm not in the City often but if I was in the area, I would totally bring folks by.
I'd been looking forward to trying Juniper - mainly for the black sesame kouign amann - but also to check out the hype (all of my friends and coworkers told me that I must visit). I ventured to Juniper during the late morning rush, and while there was a line out the door, it moved quickly and the bakers were hard at work keeping the pastries stocked throughout the morning. As I waited in line, I admired the impressive selection of sweet and savory croissants. Since I visited during the summer, many of the pastries featured fresh tomato and stone fruits. While I was tempted to try one of each, I was on a mission during this visit to try the black sesame kouign amann. When I placed my order at the counter, I was served a fresh-from-the oven kouign amann - this rarely happens! I couldn't resist trying a piece as I left the bakery, and it was indeed exquisite. The black sesame kouign amann from B. Patisserie is my gold standard, and Juniper's version is a close contender. While the black sesame flavor is much lighter and the texture fluffier than the B. Patisserie version, I liked the abundance of the crispy edges (as well as the year-round availability). I will certainly be back to try more of Juniper's pastries.
Visited on a Sunday afternoon around 11AM, and the line wrapped around the store. The line moved fairly fast (~15 min wait), and there were menus posted outside the door to look at while waiting. They still had all their items in stock, including the seasonal fruit danish and elote danish. I opted to try the cubano croissant since it was labeled as award winning on the menu. I was surprised to find a decently thick cut of pork inside the croissant, since most croissants are typically rolled with thinly sliced pieces of meat. The croissant was flaky and buttery. Definitely a must try for a savory option. There are a few tables at the back of the bakery to chat/eat but it can get crowded when people are waiting for their items. Solid spot for delicious pastry items!
On a Saturday morning at 11am was a bit of a line around the corner but it wasn't too bad, maybe 20 minutes, and once you're inside time passes quickly looking at the bakery case. We tried the pain au chocolat, Cubano croissant, black sesame kouign amann and regular croissant. The texture of the regular croissant was lightly crisp on the outside and flaky inside, though not as buttery and rich as we hoped. The pain au chocolat and kouign amann were great pastries with a subtle sweetness. The Cubano was easily the best with an incredibly tender croissant and savory sandwich flavor.
Labor Day line was a bit daunting, but always worth the wait. Was very tempted by the Tomato Bomb but opted for old reliable lemon choux.
Juniper is in my top 3 bakeries you must go to in San Francisco! I have been here a handful of times already and can confidently say everything I have had here has been exceptional and delicious. The pastries are all flaky and crispy, and you can tell they were crafted by a true craftsman. I think what makes Juniper so special is the selection of unique flavors they have. My favorite being their award-winning Cubano croissant, their black sesame kouign amann, and their choux pastries. I do want to call out how much I appreciate the amount of savory pastries they have since I don't always want a sweet treat the moment I wake up. To note, Juniper is typically busy, but I have never waited in line for more than 10 minutes, even on weekends. They also have a lot of tables for seating, but because of the flow of people, it might be difficult to find a spot. Stop by here if you're around the area! They are also a sister shop of Saint Frank, so you can get some coffee while you're here as well.
Juniper is a cozy little cafe on the corner of a busy street. They serve unique pastries and have a nice drink menu. Lots of variety here. Service was a 5/5. I was instantly greeted and personally recommended a pastry. Shout out Chris and Jess for their outstanding service! All the staff at Juniper are so friendly, you can really tell they enjoy working here. The Chai Latte was nice and creamy. I do prefer it a little stronger and less sweet, but there were no sugar adjustments. Still recommend chai lovers to try this drink. I'm not the hugest pastry fan, and with a quick glance around the room, it seems like most people just came here for the coffee and ambiance. Overall, a sweet spot to chill and do work. Next time I'll try some of their food options.
I discovered this bakery last year when visiting SF and I knew it would be a frequent spot for me when going to SF. They open at 7:30am and there was already someone in line when we arrived at 7:20 on a recent Sunday morning. The downside to getting there too early is they didn't have all the pastries ready and on the shelves for purchase. So that was disappointing and also noted for my next visit. I ordered the lemon choux along with a plain croissant. I don't usually order croissants at bakeries because I'm more interested in the more fun dessert offerings but needed to see if the hype was real. It is. Croissant was buttery and flaky and airy. Their lattes are also very good. I did visit a second time this trip and made sure to arrive after 8 to ensure I had all the options! Avocado toast is delicious and served on a nice milk toast along with some radishes. Everything looks beautiful and the staff is so nice.
Reviews are largely positive. People praise the flaky croissants, creative pastry flavors, and friendly staff. The lively atmosphere is also well liked.

I decided to tag along with my coworker since she wanted to stop by for some coffee. It was my first time here, so I was excited to stop by to take a look since it is really close to my work. I am not a coffee drinker, but I love pastries & croissants. The coffee shop is very spacious with lots of seats available. I noticed a lot of people with their laptops working. I noticed that they had a wide selection but wasn't sure what to get, so I asked the employee. She said she really liked the Black Sesame Kouign-Amann, so I decided to get one. I couldn't really taste the black sesame but the crust was extremely crispy. My coworker ordered a matcha latte and said it was delicious. I will be back again to try their chocolate croissant and matcha/chai latte. I think I've found one of my favorite pastries spots in the city! read more

What I ordered: 6/10: Cubano Croissant - $8.75 - croissant is very well made! buttery, flaky, and i love the crunchy strips across the shell - the filling was meh, the meat was dry and didn't taste like much - despite going at opening and eating it immediately, the croissant was a little cold :( Juniper is a bakery on the corner of Polk and Pine with a wide selection of unique pastries. There was a line at opening on a Tuesday morning but it moves quickly. The inside is pretty spacious with a few tables to sit at. Service was friendly and they even offer a healthcare worker discount :) I was unfortunately a bit disappointed by my croissant. It was good, but the filling was underwhelming. The meat was dry/tough, cold, and lacked flavor. The croissant dough itself was delicious! Buttery, flaky, and everything you could ask for in a croissant. I would still come back to try their other pastries! Food: 6/10 Service: 8/10 Total: 7/10 read more

Award winning croissants?! And you know it's nice when the place doesn't have an explicit "Sign" outside the door, just a small one, so be sure to not miss the front door. I had a ham and cheese croissant to try. While the award winning croissants were the cubano and the traditional croissant, they were out of cubano and I was craving something savoury that morning. Ham and cheese it was, and it was delicious. Warm and melty center, and layers of crisp pastry you can sink your teeth into. The butter flavor makes it so decadent but not to the point it's overpowering. the black sesame kouign amann was also so flaky and had the intense aroma of sesame I look for. 10/10. Lastly, it's a great coffee selection. Their house coffee is probably on the lighter roast side, it's more acidic. I also tried their special pandan-orange-vanilla latte which was wacky but oddly worked if you're into the burst citrus and spice type of flavor profile. read more

A friend and I visited Juniper on a Friday at 7:40 AM. There was a line, but it wasn't out the door yet, and the cafe still had plenty of open tables for seating. Upon walking in, we were greeted with an intoxicating buttery aroma. I ordered four pastries (traditional croissant, Cubano croissant, pain au chocolat, black sesame kouign amann) and three choux pastries (juniper lemon, hazelnut chocolate passionfruit, caramel apple) totalling $37. All the pastries were divine. The laminated dough was light, airy, flaky, and buttery without an overly oily/greasy feel. Juniper's traditional croissant and Cubano croissant are award winners, and once you take a bite of either, you'll taste why. Nothing beats the traditional, but the Cubano had an interesting twist on a savory pastry; I liked how the ingredients (pork, ham, cheese, mustard, pickle) were kept to a minimum so it didn't affect the rise of the laminated dough. I loved the black sesame kouign amann as well, which had just the right amount of sesame paste for nuttiness, yet the dough was still airy and buttery and not too hard from the sugar crust. The choux pastries were delicious as well, perfectly two-bite sized. I enjoyed the crispy, sweet craquelin top and each flavor were distinct and unique. Seasonal favors rotate, so I'm excited to try others. Juniper's staff is friendly and helpful if you need assistance deciding what to order. It's a cute, modern cafe that's just a bit cramped when the line gets too long since the cafe is relatively narrow. One red flag I observed during my visit was one of their sheet pan racks full of baked croissants was parked too close to the line that a customer's dog was sniffing it; luckily dog owner was observant and pulled his pup away, but I can't say other customers are as vigilant. Nevertheless, I'd definitely return to Juniper, and recommend going on a weekday morning within 30 minutes of opening for the freshest pastries and shortest line. read more
tldr popular bakery selling extra flakey pastries with fun flavor combos at a usual sf price point aka expensive i finally made it to juniper to try their popular pastries and they didn't disappoint....there's always a line but it moves v fast with some seating and friendly staff in a modern space i ordered a black sesame kouign amann and their popular cubano croissant that came out to $15 4/5 black sesame kouign amann had a great flavor - sweet flakey crust with lots of black sesame filling making it super nutty throughout the layers - i almost wish there was a tropical fruit jam layered with the black sesame that would have made it a 5/5 5/5 cubano was great but pretty pricey - it had all the usual suspects in a cubano with a fun and creative tasty croissant vessel - i was surprised how much i enjoyed the ground mustard with the pulled pork and ham overall juniper is a solid spot for pastries among tough competition. it really stands out as its own with uniquely flakey/crusty pastry and friendly staff. i definitely had a food coma after finishing them! food 4.5/5 service 5/5 ambiance 4/5 value 4/5 read more

Cubano Croissant: fun twist on your standard croissant with a ton of flavor from the meat to the cheese to the pickle even. The croissant itself was a bit dry after they reheated it. I knew I had to give this place a try after I heard they won the croissant competition. They have some of the prettiest flaky pastries in the city and I can't wait to go back to try the black sesame kouign-amann. I ended up ordering the Cubano Croissant and they were nice enough to reheat the croissant too. All in all, a great bakery to drop by when you're in Nob Hill. Is it better than Arsicault (my personal favorite)? Not for me personally but I think it's certainly worth a visit whenever you're in the part of town and looking for croissants read more
No surprise this place is five stars - their plain croissant won best croissant in SF.. maybe in the nation?! I opted to try a few different pastries, all were delicious! I think my favorite was the ham and cheese, followed by the chocolate croissant and then the orange cinnamon sticky bun. The staff were very kind and there is limited seating inside. They also have water cups which feels essential to me when eating a tasty pastry! This place rivals Arsicault and the line was not as long. I'm sure we'll be back! read more
Utterly delightful. Can't go wrong with anything in the pastry case! We arrived around 945a on Saturday and there was just a short line that did not even extend past the door. By 11a the line was a bit longer but still less than 10min wait time. Really beautiful and some unique viennoiserie and pastries, all of which I thoroughly enjoyed. The mushroom danish cannot be missed!!! Hazelnut passion fruit choux is quite special, passion fruit filling is tart and flavorful and the slight crisp of hazelnut was just delicious. Chocolate croissant has THREE bars of excellent chocolate and is perfect with coffee. Highly recommend! read more
Croissant - It's good. Like most good croissant places. I've had it more buttery not that's any better or worse. Cuban - The marinated pork is interesting, almost taste like it has done yuzu in it. The pickles and ham just right. It's great combo in flavor, no wonder it's award winning. Hazelnut Choux Juniper lemon choux read more

Crossaints are a staple in my morning breakfast rotations, so I had the highest expectations going into Juniper being deemed "SF's best crossaint 2024" wondering is this just internet hype or is it a smack? Well, indeed, it is a smack. I got a box with the cubano, tomato jalapeño pastry, ham and cheese, blueberry muffin, and a classic crossaint of course to see how it matches up against the many crossaints I've consumed in this lifetime and it outmatches all. Each bite was soft, crunchy and flakey. Almost like biting into buttery air with an incredibly soft firm middle that took no effort to tear or bite into. The other pastries are filled with the flavors that make up their design. No skimming on ingredients or quality there either. The cubano was interesting at first because of the pickle, however, the pickle of course is needed to make it a cubano from just your regular ham and cheese, and ended up my winner outside of the crossaint. The guyere really stood out in the ham and cheese and the tomato jalapeño was more spicier than I expected it to be with the real kick coming from the tomatoes somehow. The blueberry muffin had some kind of cream on the inside, which I wasn't expecting so it wasn't a hit for me but it tasted good so just preference for me. The place is clean, simple and modern and staff was friendly and quick to box. No line for me at 9am on Saturday but YMMV as the line picked up out the door by the time I was rung up. Cute spot to grab a crossaint and get a coffee while taking in the early morning downtown sun. Walking out with my box, I mouthed the word "amazing" as I rubbed my belly and waited to cross the street. The man across from me stared as I said it, then I watched him switch course towards Juniper and walked inside. Amazing. read more
From the owners of Saint Frank Coffee, a new bakery showcasing the offerings of pastry chef Amy Chen. Dropped in for a croissant and coffee randomly and was so happy to have tried it. Croissant had just the right amount of flakey and lightness. The Saint Frank coffee is perfectly suited to my taste buds and paired perfectly with the croissant. Will be back to try the Cubano and other croissants. The kouign amann gave me that look of betrayal as I walked out the store. Don't worry, I will be back for you too. read more

I saw an instagram post about this place winning the Bay Area's Best Croissant so I knew I had to try it myself. There was no line on a Tuesday morning, but nearly every table was full. I was greeted by a nice employee who answered all my questions enthusiastically giving recommendations. I ended up getting a traditional croissant and their unique creation, the Cubano, which was a savory meaty croissant (that I absolutely devoured). Both were the perfect crunch and buttery taste, not to mention beautiful- definitely worth the win and worth the drive to sf! read more
THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! I love a croissant so when I heard they won best in the city I had to come check it out. There is a reason this place won! It's amazing! All 3 we tried were delicious! Cubano- not my personal favorite but a fun one to try! I loved the pickle in it (my husband not so much) but lots of good flavors Chocolate croissant- WOW fresh out of the oven and sooo good and flaky! MY FAV was the seasonal pink apple danish!!! Wow!!! Came in on a Tuesday around 12 and there was no line and everything I wanted was in stock. The space itself is large and airy and great to just hang out and grab a drink and pastry. I got the avocado toast for lunch and a black sesame kouign aman. The avo was perfectly mushy with some cucumber and radish added on top. It came with a very large slice of bread that filled me up. The kouign aman was light and crunchy - paired well with the black sesame flavor. I could have just eaten some of that black sesame paste plain - it was so good! read more

It's a hard time to be a croissanterie in the city - there's just so much competition out there! Juniper first hopped on my radar when I saw they won best croissant in SF last year. The title alone was enough to get me in the door. They have a wonderful display of scratchmade breads and pastries, most notably their variety of croissants and choux puffs! They also have a full espresso bar serving craft coffee drinks. They were sold out of the black sesame kouign-amann that I had seen pics of all over Yelp. We decided to share a breakfast sandwich (made from one of their butter croissants of course) and yuzu & nectarine choux. The sandwich was perfectly balanced in flavor and the buttery crispy croissant goodness really amped it up. Will I say it's the best croissant I've ever had? Not necessarily; I do think there are plenty of comparable spots in the area. But it was delicious and relatively quick, so I'd highly recommend. We also tried the orange pandan latte - it was creamy and delicious, reminded me of an orange creamsicle with an espresso shot! I would definitely come back to try one of their fall seasonal offerings. The staff were super friendly and accommodating for food modifications. The line can get pretty long, but it is a smaller, more to-go space with only a few indoor tables, so unless people were lined up down the block, I wouldn't anticipate super long wait times. We went on a weekend morning and it wasn't bad at all - we even managed to snag a seat after a party before us left! read more

Pretty good croissants! I wouldn't say they are better than Arsicault tho, sorry! We tried the: - regular croissant - cubano croissant - ham and cheese croissant - elote danish - iced matcha latte - (seasonal) iced orange panda vanilla latte All the pastries were good! A random Yelp search for coffee one day told me that I had just missed my chance to check out Juniper -- by 20 minutes too late. But I like the name, the interior pic seemed like a good place to sit for about, and the raves about croissant pastry made me prioritize a subsequent visit. It did not disappoint. I had a plain butter croissant -- justifiably prize worthy. And I had a savory danish with cheese, paprika and corn. It was really good. Cafe au lait was served in a real cup and there was still a choice of seats despite being pretty busy. Definitely planning a return to try more items. read more

The Cubano croissant is a winner for a reason--the lined texture is felt in each bite along with a taste that is similar to a ham cheese croissant but with the zing of mustard and pickles. The yuzu macadamia nut has powerful citrus vibes that I love with that added crunch! The Raspberry almond croissant is raspberry forward with some almonds on the outside, giving it added texture. Overall, would come back again for a black sesame kouigaman & all of the above! read more

Believe the hype! This place has amazing puff pastry making skills. Came here on my birthday bakery crawl and it was surprisingly not that busy. But we also came 30 minutes after they opened so that could have been the key. We got the Cubano croissant, the yuzu macadamia cookie, the chocolate espresso cookie and a pain au chocolat. The bf also got a blueberry muffin, but we both failed to try it. Yumm! The Cubano was amazing, I almost ate the whole thing but I had to stop myself because this was the first place on the bakery crawl. But so good, the croissant is insanely crisp and buttery, perfection! They did not skimp on the filling either so a must. The cookies were interesting. More in favor of the chocolate espresso cookie. The yuzu was interesting but I don't think it work for that cookie. The pain au chocolat was great too, same puff pastry done very well. Metered street parking. Area is kinda run down looking. Came on a holiday so maybe the hustle and bustle of people make it more exciting. The store itself was really clean and modern. Loved that we could see them putting in more pastries and being envious of the other fellow customers getting those treats. Very friendly staff. Pricing is standard for pastries in this area. Have a lot of seating. Definitely a favorite bakery to come back to. read more

Good croissant! We went on a weekend at 2pm and their croissants were almost mostly sold out except for the plain one. The chocolate croissant was sold out. The croissants are flakey, buttery, and the best of all they were fresh out of the oven. We went when they just baked a fresh batch. We had to wait ~30 mins for the croissants to be ready again. The croissants are comparable to another good, famous croissant place in SF. The latte was an assortment of flavors! It was good and quite sweet, just the way I like it. read more

Not sure I understand the hype but will give this place another shot just to try the croissant. Overall pastries and coffee felt slightly worse than its older sibling St frank. I ordered the pandan latte less sweet, a pb&j bar, and an espresso dark chocolate cookie. On paper this sounds like a rockstar order, but each item was just okay, and at this price point you expect excellence. The service was just fine, and the space is ok with its vaulted ceilings but again nothing noteworthy. The pandan latte was my least favorite, it wasn't properly mixed and overly sweet, the syrup was sitting at the bottom making way too sweet to the point where I had to throw away the bottom third of the drink. The pb&j bar was okay, literally what you'd expect and nothing more. Would've liked to one interesting spice or ingredient or cooking style (charring, cayenne, or another smoky flavor). The espresso cookie was good but at over $4 I'd much rather go to Whole Foods and get a bulk cookie which tastes nearly the same. Overall I am hesitant to recommend, I will give it another shot but I left less than impressed. Also, the breadth of the menu is a little weak. read more

Delicious!! I heard about this place and had to try it after being so close by. They won the best croissant award in sf so I figured I had to get one of those, and the black sesame kouign amann also caught my eye as a huge black sesame lover. The croissant was great - flaky and crispy on the outside, soft and buttery on the inside. The bottom retained a nice crisp and butteriness to it which was really yummy. The black sesame kouign amann was also good, though the sesame flavor wasn't as prominent and I would've hoped. It did have a nice aroma though. We also got the vanilla rose latte which was soooo so delicious. Super smooth and strong espresso with just the right balance of sweet and floral. Definitely try this! It's quite pricey, but I think worth it for the experience at least the first time :) read more
We visited Juniper on a rainy Saturday and there was already line out the door at 9AM! We managed to snag some fresh batches of their Butter Croissant, Raspberry Almond Croissant, and Pepperoni Cheese Croissant. All very tasty, and our favorite was the Butter Croissant--crispy, buttery, with a perfect touch of saltiness. My husband even said it rivals the best croissants we had in Paris! We also indulged in their seasonal Hazelnut Florentine Choux (pronounced "shoe")--crunchy on the outside, generously filled inside. Next on my list to try are their popular Cubano Croissant and the Black Sesame Kouign Amann. read more

An acquaintance who grew up in France told me to check out Juniper, and it did not disappoint. I spent around $11 for a regular and chocolate croissant. It's not the flakiness that makes it good (tho that's there bc I did make a mess of myself); it's taste of the slightly caramelized butter, the feeling of it gently coating your mouth. The few tables there were packed when I came in at 2:30. No outdoor seating. Would go back and would recommend. read more

They were very busy on a Saturday morning, no surprise but they still had all pastries stocked and ready. Everyone was so nice, like the nicest and I'm from the south! My husband got a black coffee and the Cubano croissant. And I got the Valrhona Mocha and almond raspberry croissant. Everything was superb. One of the best croissants of my life, tart yet sweet and so flaky. Mocha was great too though I've probably had better. Husband also enjoyed his drink and food. We sat for a while and it was a great space though we needed to charge a phone and there were no plugs anywhere but oh well! I could've gone back every morning of our trip!! read more
