Mezcal Old fashioned and Love Story
Brian D.

Had a reservation for this place as we had a larger group. It is breezy and pretty cold in the spring time, so make sure you bring a jacket for dinner. Also if you're catching the sunset, make sure you don't forget your sunglasses as the sun may be directly in your eyes. The place being a rooftop restaurant means you have pretty good views of the surrounding area. The service was great as we had no less than 4 people checking in on our table. Now the food came out pretty quickly and was great. The short rib had great flavor, but was slightly dry. The mashed potatoes were really good and so was the broccolini. Everyone else said their dishes were great. The think the portions were perfect and the price was reasonable. I look forward to another visit to try other menu items. The only gripe I have, and it is very minor is that the room leading to the elevator on the first floor is tiny, which was pretty full with our group and the people leaving the elevator.

Recently attended a birthday party here and we really enjoyed their food especially that we're eating for free, lol! First of all the place is very cool. Imagine eating outside in the open and on a rooftop of a building, very cool indeed! From the appetizers and main dish, we really liked it. The popcorn chicken were very flavorful, crunchy and tender at the same time, the bread was good but I had better. What i really like was their caesar salad. Probably one of the best caesar salad I've ever had. The idea of crushing the croutons and spreading iver a salad was genius. From the dressing, cheese and chicken was perfect appetizer for me. The spicy fries i like because I love spicy food but it might be too spicy for people who dont like spicy food. The crunch on that fries was perfect. I also had the beef short rib, very very tender but i thought it lacked an umami flavor to it, but it is still good dont get me wrong. The salmon dish was ok. It was a little tough and a tad bit dry but still delicious. Our server was very nice, quick service ! Kudos to her! Yah Overall we enjoyed our first time there and would have come back if it was only a few minutes away from me, but sadly im about 80 miles away.

Highly recommend a reservation!! Parking is easy, views are gorgeous! The bathroom has a pretty view, it's co-ed as well! Food was okay but the drinks were beautiful and strong! Service is fast and friendly !

First off...the view and sunset were amazing. The food was delicious. We got the focaccia and artichoke to start. Both had good flavor. We had the beet salad , short ribs, and grilled chicken. So tasty! Server was great...didn't rush us, recommended a few items on the menu. Will definitely come back!

Wonderful evening. The ambiance is nice, even better once the sun goes down. 3 of us went for dinner and ordered everything to share. They have a golden hour special from 5-7pm for house wine, spritzers, and beer. Our order included: *Focaccia bread- amazing! Huge portion, great flavor, and a yummy compounded butter. *Beet salad- Our favorite thing! Beets, feta, olives, tomato's, and a light dressing. *Grilled artichoke- We won't order this again. Hard, almost inedible with just a few leaves. The sauces were great though. *Spicy pomodoro pasta- Really good, with a spicy kick, absolutely delicious. *Truffle risotto- delicious, and we added the chicken meatballs. They added 4 meatballs which were very tasty. We were unable to finish everything, and too full for dessert. Don't be in a rush, as the service is very slow. Our server was great, she just had too many tables. The prices are a bit too high, but it's a nice treat. We will absolutely be back.

Junes is such a gem for the IE -- a rooftop restaurant with great views that makes dining feel special. The vibe is relaxed yet stylish, perfect for a night out with friends or a date. The food is solid across the board. You can get a yummy steak or go for their yummy pasta. I loved everything I ordered: the bourbon peaches with burrata, the spicy pomodoro pasta, and the steak frites. Each dish was flavorful and satisfying. Highly recommend if you're looking for a rooftop with good food, fun atmosphere, and a view that elevates the whole experience.

Great experience, recommended by a coworker to come here for date night, did not disappoint! Was able to do same day reservations, calm rooftop bar on top of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helped us turn on the heaters. The focaccia bread was unexpectedly my favorite! 10/10. The short rib plate is a must and was also 10/10. The popcorn chicken was 7.5/10 (lots of random crumb size pieces). The pesto risotto was delicious however the steak was salty which over powered the dish 6/10. Overall great experience and will come back with friends and family. Thank you

Hours aren't the best, closes at 9 p.m. The ambiance is amazing. The customer service was superior and the drinks are divine. Will definitely be back.

Amazing Service & Beautiful Ambiance! This restaurant was recommend to me and it did not disappoint. The twinkling lights above definitely set a classy, romantic feeling. Our server, Josh, was amazing! He was incredibly knowledgeable of the menu and attentive the whole evening. He recommend our appetizer and my entree. The crispy potatoes were delicious, who doesn't love potatoes!? But the Primavera pasta dish was the highlight. The pasta, herbs, and veggies tossed in that creamy lemon sauce was delish! To close, we had the basque cheesecake. Yum! I would also love to highlight the craft cocktails they serve. The bartender was fantastic.

My boyfriend surprised me with a date to June's and it was honestly so refreshing and adorable! June's is a rooftop bar and restaurant. The views overlook the mountains around Eastvale/Inland Empire, and it was a bit windy (we went towards the evening, around 7:00PM) so come with a coat! The vibes really set them apart from other restaurants I've been to. The staff are all very friendly, welcoming, and personable. The food was delicious as well. The focaccia was a lot taller than I expected, but still delightfully spongey and not dense with good amounts of oil drizzled over. The corn ribs were so good, they are a must get if you are a corn enjoyer like I am. They can feel a little messy to eat, but it's corn! For the main entree, I got the steak & frites! I don't know what I was expecting, but I got literally a whole steak with frites LOL I feel like I got used to some restaurants serving a few pieces of steak with their frites so it was a pleasant surprise but it was a lot of food! All in all, I had the most splendid time at June's. I did not opt for an alcoholic beverage at the time that I had gone, but I definitely will try one out next time :-)

First time @ June's, I was super excited to have an LA-esq restaurant in Eastvale. It's on the roof of the staybridge hotel. The entrance is around the corner of the hotel entrance, there's a big pink sign for June's. Walking in, the vibes were perfect. It's like you transported to Palm Springs. The servers were really attentive. I ordered the Honeymooner and it was a classic Lychee martini. Tastes amazing. Here comes the food: Spicy pomodoro: Spicy but really good. I would 100% recommend this dish, generous portion. One thing to note though is that there are black flakes throughout the dish (see photo). It tasted like burnt char on a cast iron skillet lol I'm pretty sure it was, looking at all the other yelp pics of the pomodoro that did not have that. Steak frites: Fail. This was the worst cut of steak I have had in a really long time. I mean I pick better supermarket steak to cook at home. So much tendon, really tough piece of meat to cut & chew. For being in eastvale where there are farms everywhere, I would imagine a better selection. This was also the most expensive thing on the menu. You cannot get this wrong or it's a crime. The tallow fries that came with the dish were excellent though. This restaurant has so much potential, I'm looking forward to seeing it evolve in the future. I'd definitely give it another try, won't be ordering the steak. Would order the spicy pomodoro again.

This rooftop dining experience has a laidback, upscale Orange County vibe. Watching the sunset from the rooftop was honestly worth the visit alone. Service was attentive and friendly throughout the entire evening. I started with the Herb Focaccia paired with a Calabrian chili brown butter sauce which was rich, garlicky, and absolutely delicious. That sauce deserves its own spotlight. Drinks: 1. Mocktail Dreamsicle tasted like a grown up orange creamsicle and was delicious! 2. Golden Hour had tequila, passionfruit, pasilla, cacao, and lime. Smooth with a sweet foam top that was addictive. 3. Luck of the Draw was strong and bold which we a bourbon old fashioned had honey, bitters, and pistachio notes. Entrees: 1. Spicy Pomodoro Lumache with added spicy chicken meatballs, it sounded promising but didn't wow me. Would skip next time. 2. Gnocchi alla Norma with junbo tiger shrimp. This was the star dish. Perfectly balanced marinara, smoky cherry tomatoes, creamy ricotta salata, and grilled eggplant. A must order! 3. Dry Aged Cheeseburger: Decent but underwhelming cooked only medium by default with no option to customize. However, the fries were next level. Crisp, seasoned, and so flavorful they didn't need ketchup which had a strange taste anyway. Overall, the views are absolutely breathtaking especially at golden hour. While the food had some highs and lows, the drinks and ambiance made it a memorable night. I'd come back in a heartbeat for the gnocchi, cocktails, and the sunset!

Ask the Community - June's

Is it good vibe for kids?

This place is mostly for adults as it can get noisy when the place is full.

Are walkins allowed?

Yes, they are allowed. So far I don't think they've ever been so busy to demand reservations, but that may change. Last time I went there we walked in, but we came early.

The atmosphere is always welcoming, especially on live music nights. The owner is incredibly friendly and makes it a point to personally connect with every guest, which makes the experience feel even more special and intimate. It is a smaller venue, so I highly recommend making reservations if you want guaranteed seating because once the live music starts, the place fills up FAST. But every single time I go, it's always a great experience. One thing I truly love most about this spot is how it naturally brings people together. I've met new friends just by sitting, chatting, and enjoying the music and wine. It's such a positive and inviting environment. If you're ever in the area, I definitely recommend stopping by and showing support. And I absolutely have to add it's a Black-owned business, so let's continue supporting and pouring into businesses that create spaces like this for the community.

Mixed Experience at a Beautiful Wine Lounge - Reservation Strongly Recommended…read moreThe ambience here is genuinely lovely - dim lighting, stylish decor, and excellent music selection that created a sophisticated, relaxed vibe. I came alone to enjoy a quiet evening and try their wines, drawn in by the strong Yelp reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was uneven. I arrived without a reservation on a busy Saturday night and was initially told there were no tables available. Thankfully, another patron kindly offered me their extra small side table allowing me to stay - but I watched several groups get turned away at the door. Moral of the story: make a reservation. This place seems much better suited for larger groups, events, or celebrations than for solo visitors. Service felt stretched thin. The staff were pleasant but clearly affected service - they could definitely use more help on busy evenings. When I asked about a wine flight, I was told they were too busy to prepare one. Five to ten minutes later, I watched another table receive flights without issue, which was disappointing and made me feel overlooked as a single patron. I ended up chatting with a nearby group of six women who were also there for the first time based on reviews. We agreed the space is gorgeous and has potential, but our experiences were just "okay" overall. It's a beautiful spot with great music and atmosphere, but the operational hiccups and reservation policy make it tricky for walk-ins or solo guests. I probably wouldn't return personally, but if you're planning a group outing or special event, book ahead and you might have a much better time

We were first introduced to one another by the previous owners, Mary and Jim, during one of their events--little did we know those introductions would grow into lifelong friendships. Over the years, our Wednesday Wine Nights became a tradition we all cherished. When we learned that the shop was going up for sale, we were understandably nervous. We wondered what would happen if it didn't sell--where would we go? And if it did sell, what if the new owners changed the shop in ways we didn't love? What if we didn't connect with them the way we had with Mary and Jim, who had become family to us? Then it happened, the shop sold. We were introduced to Maria and Veronica, and it was truly love at first meeting. They are two of the kindest, most welcoming women, and they have brought fresh ideas and wonderful energy to the shop. Our Wednesday Wine Nights continue today, and we are grateful to have gained new friends in Maria, Veronica, and their families, who help run this warm, family-operated business. The Third Street Wine Shop remains a place where you are welcomed the moment you walk in--where the owners make you feel like you're their only guests. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
