Depending on the occasion, I'd look for alternatives if you're looking for a more reasonably priced and efficient place. The employees were kind, and our wine choices were based on their recommendations (tailored to what we were looking for), which was greatly appreciated. Their parking lot is small, so on a busy day or night, one might have to resort to street parking. The inside is small as well, which might become overstimulating during peak times. Love this spot. I'm so impressed with what the owners have done with this place. They've transformed it into a cool and trendy place which is nice to have in Upland. I drive down the street quite frequently and see all the people there trying to get in and I wanted to be one of the people there (without lines) so I finally made it there on Valentine's Day during the day because I'm unwilling to wait in line for wine . I'm not a super wine lover but I take a sip every now and again so it was nice to get a few words of advisement before I selected a glass to try. My husband and I each tried a glass which we enjoyed. Not only is the place extremely small like... i'm not even being dramatic when I say small; but there were cishet straight men everywhere. the said "sapphic soire" event was literally just a bunch of men everywhere and there was no room to even dance to the dj's music ( who is i'm assuming, queer ) they did a great job loved the vibe but I felt so unsafe here and so did alot of lesbians.. it was a mess tbh. Went to their "sapphic moon" event and there was a bunch of cis straight men EVERYWHERE. Not a safe space at all. The building is small af like a sardine can with no where to sit. Plus, after the event they deleted the post which is clear they don't respect lesbians there. The DJ was awesome and if anything I feel bad for them because the vibes of this place were just not it. They also advertised a soirée for everyone but it didn't seem like it was for everyone as it was surrounded by the people who brought it at a closed off table, don't advertise stuff on the flyer if it is only for the people organizing it and their cis-het boyfriends. read more

We stopped by here after going to the Irish Festival in downtown Upland. Our friend had been before and spoke very highly of the wines offered and how they now have chefs come and make food outside. I was definitely intrigued. The inside is spacious, but we decided to sit outside. It felt like sitting on a porch at home, just comfortable and relaxing. I appreciate that they also have heat lamps because it started getting cold. My husband got a beer and I got a glass of wine. Everything I heard is made more natural. I wasn't a huge fan of the taste, but I'm also not a big drinker. They have some snack options inside. I think if they offered Charcuterie boards that would be a big hit. Having a chef here I think really brings more people. It wasn't too bad when we got there, but after an hour it got packed! They offered some Irish inspired foods for the Holiday. We noticed the patty melt we got was missing the cheese. We didn't say anything though because they were busy and the food was taking awhile to make. I think they just need to work out a few kinks on the food side. However, I would absolutely come again and would love to try some of their other beverage options. Only downfall is there is not a lot of seating when there is a pop up but thankfully we were able to sit at a table. The line to get wine was also very long, there were only 2 people at the counter. Coming from La Verne, I stopped by a wine shop there and in San Dimas hoping to find a natural wine. Unfortunately, this is hard to come across in those areas. Luckily for me, a woman at the San Dimas wine shop referred me over here and I was in awe! The location itself reminds me of an old style auto shop with big doors and windows. The lighting is also low and soothing. Honestly, I love everything about this place aesthetically. Since I don't know too much of what I'm looking for, I ended up asking the man at the counter to assist and he was super happy to! At first, I was offered an orange wine which is something I've ALWAYS wanted to try. So so delicious! I ended up buying the bottle. Second wine I tried was a red blend (Frizzante by Slow Dance).
