Love this spot. I'm so impressed with what the owners have done with this place. They've transformed it into a cool and trendy place which is nice to have in Upland. I drive down the street quite frequently and see all the people there trying to get in and I wanted to be one of the people there (without lines) so I finally made it there on Valentine's Day during the day because I'm unwilling to wait in line for wine . I'm not a super wine lover but I take a sip every now and again so it was nice to get a few words of advisement before I selected a glass to try. My husband and I each tried a glass which we enjoyed. It was nice to just sit outside and take a sip of wine. Anyway, my husband said he'd definitely go back. I would too if they are hosting an event that I'd like to go to. We stopped by here after going to the Irish Festival in downtown Upland. Our friend had been before and spoke very highly of the wines offered and how they now have chefs come and make food outside. I was definitely intrigued. The inside is spacious, but we decided to sit outside. It felt like sitting on a porch at home, just comfortable and relaxing. I appreciate that they also have heat lamps because it started getting cold. My husband got a beer and I got a glass of wine. Everything I heard is made more natural. I wasn't a huge fan of the taste, but I'm also not a big drinker. They have some snack options inside. I think if they offered Charcuterie boards that would be a big hit. Having a chef here I think really brings more people. It wasn't too bad when we got there, but after an hour it got packed! They offered some Irish inspired foods for the Holiday. We noticed the patty melt we got was missing the cheese. We didn't say anything though because they were busy and the food was taking awhile to make. I think they just need to work out a few kinks on the food side. However, I would absolutely come again and would love to try some of their other beverage options. this is such a cute little wine bar, it feels like a little getaway, its own little world when you're here! definitely a good spot for all occasions, intimate enough for a date night, but also big enough for a gno or birthday party. there's ample indoor and outdoor seating. it did get pretty busy when we were there, but if you come early around 6ish, you can snag a table! really good vibes and they played good music. you can order a glass of select wines off their menu, and i believe you can buy a whole bottle too. they also have a few canned beverages in their fridge too. they sell a few small snacks and host occasional pop ups. this time we got to try comal! and it was delicious. the staff were very friendly, and let us try the wines before we bought a glass! also bonus, they let us bring our dog! read more

Very cool spot to have in the IE as we don't have a lot of wine bars. I've been for the Lucky Nicks pizza pop up. It is a cute wine bar! Only downfall is there is not a lot of seating when there is a pop up but thankfully we were able to sit at a table. The line to get wine was also very long, there were only 2 people at the counter. Too cool! I was on the hunt for a natural wine and knowing me, I'm not a big wine drinker but I know I prefer a natural wine. Coming from La Verne, I stopped by a wine shop there and in San Dimas hoping to find a natural wine. Unfortunately, this is hard to come across in those areas. Luckily for me, a woman at the San Dimas wine shop referred me over here and I was in awe! The location itself reminds me of an old style auto shop with big doors and windows. The lighting is also low and soothing. Honestly, I love everything about this place aesthetically. Since I don't know too much of what I'm looking for, I ended up asking the man at the counter to assist and he was super happy to! At first, I was offered an orange wine which is something I've ALWAYS wanted to try. So so delicious! I ended up buying the bottle. Second wine I tried was a red blend (Frizzante by Slow Dance). I bought that one too and I loved the light fizz. I absolutely enjoyed my quick walk in and I can't wait to come back, sit down, and enjoy a glass or two. read more

I've been wanting to check out Omo Mercado since it caught my eye while I was in the area. The inside is just as beautiful! Natural elements that compliment the natural wine. While they specialize in natural wine, they also have an assortment of other goodies like other alcoholic/ nonalcoholic beverages, home goods, and small snacks. It was a fun place to look around! Because their natural wine is so extensive, it's super helpful that most wines have a description tag. The sales associate was super sweet and helpful in helping me choose a wine. They also have a cute patio outside and will be serving pours soon. If you sign up for their emails, you'll have notifications on any pop ups they have. First time and last time. Way over priced. First time there and experience was so cliche. Owner and staff trying so hard to be unique and cool it is kind of funny. We walk up and tell her it is our first time, lady serving did not offer much advice or hospitality. Come on, Get us interested in the wines, let my wife try a few. We asked about the one red they had serving, she gave my wife a tiny splash. It was light and just ok. Not to be rude but we really wanted to leave. The Vibe felt super forced. We had 30 mins to kill before our dinner res so we thought we would still give it a shot so my wife ordered a glass. $17 for a glass and it was such a small pour almost like half a glass of wine. My wife tried to drink it but after having a few sips notice it was sours and not good quality. She took it back and the owner was kind of rude, said "you tried it and still ordered it". My wife explained to the owner about being our first time and the server did not really pour much, so she passed my wife over m to another associate to change it out for a white. That is an owner that will not last long with that kind of customer service. A 12oz can of beer was $11 dollars so I waited for a beer at Cafe Allegro down the street. They had pizza cooking and it smelled and looked burnt. Place is trying so hard to be it, and just not. First time and last time. read more

I came for the first time for a pop up event. We arrived early just in case they sold out. Let me start by saying that I love natural wines and they carried a lot that I've never seen before! Not a wide variety of pours/bottles, but there is something for everybody- and it's all good! The staff are super accommodating and helpful so if you're new to wine, this is the place to be. It's awesome to see more small businesses in the neighborhood so I highly recommend coming to one of their events or popping in to have a chill night. read more
