Love love love this restaurant. My friend frequently goes there and today we decided to join him. We made a right decision . The food is perfectly cooked. The service was really great, frequently checked in to make sure we were good. Decoration is perfect. Our next go-to place after work.

Quiet, delightful French restaurant with a shaded rooftop bar, friendly service, yummy food and interior flair.

We popped into Juliette on a Saturday afternoon and had a good experience. The food was all great honestly, I really enjoyed my lamb burger. It was extremely flavorful and I genuinely have zero notes on it. As you can see there were fries featured as well however, this was not what I ordered, but the server seemed to disregard my request for a side salad. In continuing to discuss service, that was definitely where this place lacked. Service was not great as we were constantly left waiting for someone to attend to us and when she did, she was less than friendly and seemed like there was no place she'd want to be less. Ambience is cute. It's a little bit strange as there's an indoor greenhouse type room and a main bar room, but not bad whatsoever. Overall, I would come back if I needed a decent bite in the area, but there are definitely much better places around.

Everything about this place was really great from start to finish. The staff was amazing and made the experience feel welcoming and relaxed. The inside decor is beautiful, with lots of plants that create a lush, cozy backdrop. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, which came with a jalapeño sauce that was incredibly flavorful and really made the dish stand out. The person I was with got the French dip and said it was one of the best they've ever had. Overall, it was a fantastic meal in a really charming setting.

Juliette is a cute spot, best on a breezy day since the AC and fan circulation don't keep up in the summer. We came with a big group and got seated in the back, but things went downhill when our drinks came out late and we were rushed out for a wedding reservation. They gave complimentary champagne, but not everyone drinks alcohol. It would've made more sense to comp the drinks we actually ordered. Food-wise, the hash bombs with aioli were the star, the steak was solid, and the shoestring fries were a hit. My farmer's breakfast was fine, just standard brunch. Non-alcoholic drinks were refreshing without being too sweet. Overall, decent food but service and handling of the situation really hurt the experience.

To begin, I am not your typical French cuisine person but I throughly enjoyed my experience here. This place has the kind of vibe that makes you understand why people want to go to France. It's got a beautiful green space in the back, it's got candle lit tabling, it's got small Knick knacks that nod to France and the waiters are all wonderful. The food is pricey, but everything I ate, while at varying degrees, was good. The tuna tartare was divine. I found myself using the small bite and scrapping the glaze off the plate! The duck confit was an interesting mix of cold, sour, warm and savory. While the salmon and burgers were also worthwhile. Overall, I enjoyed this meal and I would love to return.

2010s nostalgia is now in vogue among millennials of my age bracket. Our demographic has started looking back with rose-colored glasses at the city we experienced in our post-college days, when a night out in Williamsburg would entail dinner at DuMont Burger followed by a mediocre time at Pete's Candy Store. Juliette is a holdover of that era, and while it's not winning any awards for ingenuity, it can be a solid start to a Saturday along Bedford Avenue. We shared the eggs forestier and the banana French toast - the eggs forestier, with a thin layer of ricotta cheese and soft artichokes, was one of the better brunch dishes I've had recently. The banana French toast was thankfully not overly sweet, despite its appearances.

Loved it here! We were in the area walking around and we stumbled upon this place. We loved the rooftop and the decor in the restaurant. There was plenty of open seating on roof, so we decided to sit at the bar, since there was no wait. The dutch baby, eggs benedict and hash brown meatballs were all delicious. It looked like most people order the blueberry dutch baby here; most people seated around us ordered that. I loved sitting on the rooftop; it wasn't too noisy and was cozy with great views. I highly recommend this spot if you're in the area.

We had an excellent dinner at Juliette! We were seated in their garden section, which is beautifully decorated and romantically lit. The seating was a bit cramped, but we made it work. Everything on the menu sounded delicious but we ordered the french onion soup, steak frites, and crispy gnocchi to share. The soup was delicious but we were a bit thrown off by it containing bacon, which was a bit untraditional... still very tasty. The steak frites and the gnocchi were absolutely incredible. The steak was cooked to perfection and the garlic herb butter spread on top was the perfect finish. The gnocchi was also just so fresh and pillowy that it completely blew us away. We decided to also get some dessert, and chose the apple tarte which ended up also being tasty and well presented, but it is very sweet so keep that in mind if you aren't a fan of super sweet things! Overall we really enjoyed our experience here and can't wait to come back!

Made a reservation to come at 12:45pm on a Sunday and it did not disappoint! The interior is super cute with an area that's decorated with greenery and there's a bunch of wine bottles on one side of the wall My friend and I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich on rosemary ciabatta and the shakshuka to share and they were both so delicious. The sandwich bread was perfectly toasted and the chicken wasn't dry. If you dip the sandwich into the shakshuka, oh my gosh it is life changing and a must try!!!! There's free street parking (on Sundays) if you're driving

Juliette is the kind of place that instantly makes you feel at home with its adorable interior--a perfect mix of comfort, chic, and fun. The decor creates such a relaxed and inviting vibe that you'll want to linger long after your meal. Our server was friendly and fast, making the experience even more enjoyable. The food? Absolutely fantastic. The shakshuka was easily the highlight of the meal. It had just the right amount of spice to make every bite exciting--I can't recommend it enough! Pair it with the home fries, which were perfectly seasoned and cooked, and you've got a brunch combo that's hard to beat. We arrived early enough to find the space relatively empty, but it filled up quickly. I'd definitely suggest making a reservation, especially if you're coming with a group of four or more. Juliette combines a charming atmosphere, exceptional food, and attentive service to deliver a memorable dining experience. I can't wait to go back!

Made a reservation for 3 people in the beginning of May for the last day of May. Only 2 out of 3 people were presented at the restaurant and we asked to see if we could get seated, staff told us all members have to be present in order to be seated. We waited for the last person to arrive and were seated about 10 minutes after. We ordered poached eggs Benedict, eggs forestiere & croque Monsieur. It was on a busy Sunday and it took a while for the waitress to come with the check and to take the check away.

Came here for a college alumni event and it was lovely. Drinks were a little slow but everything else was great. Ambiance was nice. Plants are sort of awkwardly hanging, but also make a unique atmosphere.

Yes they can! We're having our wedding here and its easy to book and they can accomodate even more than that. If you have 50 or less you can use their winter grden room. If n\more than that you can book more space. ITs affordable and easy to book… Read more

High ceilings, soft lighting, and just enough energy in the room to make it feel lively without being chaotic. It works equally well for a date, a dinner with friends, or even a solo meal at the bar. Food-wise, everything felt intentional. The menu leans classic French, but it doesn't feel heavy or outdated. The roast chicken is the obvious move for a reason. It's simple, but perfectly done. The kind of dish that makes you realize how good something basic can be when executed right. The steak frites were also solid, and the sauces across the board stood out more than expected. Service was polished but not stiff. They know what they're doing, but it never feels rehearsed or overbearing. If I had to nitpick, it's not cheap, and portions aren't massive, but you're not really coming here for volume anyway. It's more about the overall experience. Overall, Le Crocodile hits that balance of being a "nice night out" spot without feeling like a production. Definitely somewhere I'd come back to.

Based on the other reviews perhaps it was an off night in the kitchen, but I likely wouldn't go back. Ambiance is intimate and cozy. Great local neighborhood vibes. Definitely a spot I could see coming by on a weeknight if you live around the area. Food, overall the food lacked flavor and at times was overcooked or undercooked. I think there are better spots if you live within your walking distance and I definitely wouldn't travel out of my way here unfortunately. I ordered: -French Onion Soup: looked delish and had nice flavor, but it was actually under seasoned. Needed more salt which is saying a lot for French onion soup. -Zucchini Pancakes: skip. This was raw and we had to send it back. Kitchen remade it and it was still questionable. Quite mushy and just not very flavorful. -Mini Moules (mussels): this was ok. I thought it was under seasoned. -French Fries: perfection. Super crispy, not greasy. -Chicken Cordon Bleu: it looked good, but sadly it was really under seasoned. And the chicken seemed overcooked and was quite dry despite the amount of sauce on it. -Steak Frites: the person enjoyed this. Liked the sauce a lot. We enjoyed the desserts a lot: chocolate soufflé (on the smaller side) and San Sebastián cheesecake.

Highlights (would order again): - Foie gras canelé - $15 each so yes, it's pricey for the size, but it's genuinely delicious. Rich foie flavor with a surprise sweetness that totally works and makes it feel more like a savory-dessert bite than a standard foie app. - Duck pithivier - basically "beef Wellington but with duck," with that flaky pastry moment and deep, cozy flavor. - Desserts: the "canard au citron" lemon meringue is almost too cute to eat (there's a little duck!) and it was my favorite dessert of the night: bright, citrusy, and not too heavy. The yuzu frozen yogurt was clean and refreshing, and the chocolate brownie pie hits the rich/chocolate craving perfectly. Also tried: - Crab crepe - my friend described it as a "Caesar salad wrap with a soggy tortilla in the best way," which was weirdly accurate. Tasty, but texturally soft (know what you're getting). - Honeynut squash bombolini - slightly sweet from the squash, fun little bite. - Pappardelle + agnolotti - comforting, saucy pasta energy (and great for sharing). - Colorado lamb - the only real miss for me: lamb itself was a bit salty, though the sides/sauce situation was delicious. Overall: inventive without being fussy, and everything feels very intentional. Portions are on the smaller/fine-dining side and the prices add up fast, but the execution is strong and the dessert game is elite. I'd come back for the duck pithivier + lemon duck dessert combo alone. They're also known for their duck which is a massive portion for $120 or $150 (I forgot the price) - have heard this is incredible so will need to come back to try that as well.
