This is a hidden gem and a total must-try. ​The Cold Brew: I won't even ask how they make it; something that good just deserves to be paired with an amazing bagel. ​The "Purist" Test: On my first visit, they asked if I wanted my bagel toasted. I understand that a specialty bagel shop may cost a little more, but the sandwiches are a few dollars more than what I could get at my local deli.
