Chai Latte with Oat Milk
Anh T.

Quick service on a Monday morning! Jones Coffee Roasters is located in Terminal B of the Burbank airport, and it's the only place to grab a fresh coffee or drink in the morning. While the seating area around are the airport seats, the coffee place itself is located on the side of one of the gates. I got their chai latte with oat milk, and I enjoyed the strong chai taste with it not being too sweet! Also an okay airport price; it was a good experience!

Actually the worst matcha I've ever had and I wish I was kidding. Straight milk for $9

When the lines get so long at Starbucks, this is a nice alternative to get your coffee. Their latte was great and I also got to try their delicious breakfast burrito with bacon. The service was fast and efficient as well

This location is by gate B1 & 2. Like most airports, it's pricey. I got the almond croissant. It was fairly good and filling. Staff were good. Essentially, if you need caffeine and a snack then this place will do.

Iced Matcha Latte with Almond Milk (added vanilla syrup)

If you are not willing to pay close to $10 for a drink then I don't suggest this place. I had an early flight and was craving a good matcha latte. This was the only place open super early that served matcha lattes. I knew I wouldn't get the best quality matcha at the airport but I gave this place a try and it wasn't too bad. It did taste like matcha but it did not have a potent matcha flavor like other coffee shops that specialize in matcha lattes have. Overall, if you're craving a matcha latte at the Burbank Airport, I recommend coming here... if you are willing to pay for an expensive drink! I honestly believe it's better than Starbucks Matcha Lattes. They have non dairy substitutions like oat milk and almond milk. They also ask if you want to add any sweetener. HOWEVER this matcha latte was very pricey (i am guessing due to it being located at the airport. My total was $9.74. They have a sustainability fee and tax. Without those, my total was $7.50 and $1.00 extra for adding sweetener. Normal Matcha Places have a price range from $5-$7. So, I give it 1 Star for Price and 4 Stars for Taste

I was at the Burbank airport and searching for a pick me up. I bought a match here and it was good. Not amazing but good! Great customer service. It's in an airport so it can be hectic but it was chill. People working the shop were nice.

Who knew airport coffee could actually pass the taste check? Drinks are standard Small - 2 shots espresso Medium - 3 shots Large - 4 shots I got an iced lavender latte and it was on point with flavor and mix. My partner got the maple latte and he thoroughly enjoyed it.

I'm a die hard Starbucks drinker but today Jones Coffee Roasters was my only choice. I did not have high hopes as it's an airport coffee shop, however from the get I had a fantastic experience. There was one female and two males working. I was greeted promptly and with smiles and then we got to laughing about one of the men saying "that matcha looks fire" about a drink he just made. Everyone in the lobby was laughing and it was just a great experience to be having that much fun at 11am in an airport coffee shop. I ordered a caramel latte and it was delicious and worth the $8 it cost me.

Almond croissant and an amazing tasting espresso drink that I don't remember what the name of it was..

Vania's customer Service was phenomenally fantastic. She never made me feel rushed while she was taking my order to an excellent job with helping me make a choice in my pastries. She always kept an extremely warm, friendly organically kind smile on her face and everything for her was just across the board five stops. Customer Service was equal to that of the Bellagio hotel in Las Vegas five star excellent!! The barista who made my drink (Alexander ) did a perfect job with my drink. I'm very picky on my espresso drinks and he did a flawless job!! In regard to the establishment and those two people across the board, five stars and the place is immaculately clean and organized, so whomever hired these two excellent choices !!!

Cortado + raw sugar for crunch. Yum!

Lovely layout for a coffee location within the Burbank airport. The service was very friendly and made a great cortado for a pick me up before my flight. From order to beverage in hand, I barely waited over five minutes. This is a must visit in my opinion when flying out of Burbank to put a pep in your step.

Flavorful black coffee that's not burnt by over franchise coffee makers. Def reccmnd

Nice people but very limited selection and cash only, when I was there today. I hope that is not always the case.

It's 9:21am, the lights are dim, there are no hours posted, and nobody's working. Is coffee still enjoyed in the morning?

Rude staff and overpriced everything, even considering it's at an airport. Coffee wasn't good. The structure of the line was confusing.

Really overpriced water, over 6 bucks for smaller bottle! Entrance Hudson shop is $3.99 for 1L better prices.

Got a honey bran muffin. I like sweet but it is literally soaked in honey which I've never seen. Inedible. Why did they get rid of Peet's?

The main thing that stands out here is their 1987 coffee roaster which is the center piece of the cafe. They roast various single origin beans on a daily basis, so you know you can purchase some fresh coffee beans here. If you need your beans grounded, they do grind it for you depending on your brewing method. They have beans of light roast, medium roast and dark roast and sell by various weights for a very reasonable price. They also sell various tea leaves, baked goods (croissant, muffin, scones, bagel, Danish, coffee cake, Dessert Therapy cookies, and merchs. They also have a seasonable menu that changes. When I went, it was the Sakura season menu. Staff were all friendly and were very willing to answer any questions regarding the menu. Please note, the base coffee blend for each day varies and rotates on a daily basis For my visit, I tried ... 1. Buttered Coffee (4.5/5) The base coffee for the day was the Peru single origin, which was well-balanced; slightly sweet with a hint of tartness and nuttiness. They then add a chunk of butter into the coffee, which helps cut some of the acidity, but also is supposed to enhance the caffeine effect and give you additional energy from the fat. It does leave a layer of fat/oiliness so if you are not a fan of that, then this may not be for you. The butter did give it a subtle buttery flavor, which I personally liked. 2. Matcha with Sakura Cold Foam (4/5) The matcha was blended smoothly and was not grassy at all. The Sakura cold foam didn't really taste like Sakura (been to Japan, so know what real Sakura flavor should taste like), but instead, just tasted floral. 3. Columbia Supremo Whole Beans Full body and aromatic. Good for those who like to drink black coffee 4. Guatemala Huehuetenango Whole Beans: Crisp, acidic and a hint of nuttiness Glad I found this local roaster where I'll definitely be coming back to get some more fresh beans.

Unincorporated Coffee Roasters A Hidden Gem in Altadena!…read more If you're looking for a truly standout coffee spot in Altadena, Unincorporated Coffee Roasters is a must-visit. This local favorite has carved a reputation for exceptional specialty coffee and a warm, inviting atmosphere that keeps me coming back again and again. My absolute favorite drink here is the Fancy Iced Latte -- it's perfectly balanced, refreshing, and never too sweet while still highlighting the rich espresso flavor. Locals and visitors alike often rave about the quality of the coffee and the care that goes into every cup. When it comes to food, the turkey and provolone croissant is a personal favorite -- flaky, buttery, and packed with savory goodness that pairs wonderfully with a cold latte. I also love the everything bagel danish; it's deliciously unique, with a satisfying savory twist that hits the spot in the morning. Both pastries reflect the same thoughtful quality you see in their coffee offerings. The vibe here is cozy and welcoming, with knowledgeable, friendly staff and a neighborhood energy that makes it easy to relax or get some work done. Unincorporated has become a cherished part of the community, and I can confidently say it's one of the best coffee experiences in the area.
