They give you a buzzer but mine buzzed and they told me they made an error not ready. Gave it back to me and it buzzed again..... then the guy messed up the order and I doubled confirmed if he gave me the correct one. He gave my friend mine and mine to my friend. I went to Jollibee for the first time a few weeks ago and the chicken was ah-mazing! I try to stay away from fast food, but couldn't deny my craving today. I ordered the 2piece chickenjoy + thigh, with 2 spicy thighs instead of the regular thigh + drumstick combo. Unfortunately, what I received was the regular, not spicy chicken. I went back and they were able to give me the right chicken after a short wait. The chicken here today was not as juicy as last time, more breaded part than chicken too. Just took our Passport pictures for our Philippines trip this December so decided to stick to the theme and eat some Jollibee. I ordered a chicken kids meal with fries for my daughter and a spicy chicken meal with adobo fried rice for myself. The chicken was pretty tasty. But I thought the spicy option was gonna be really different but it was just some spicy seasoning on the chicken which definitely made me sweat. My daughter and I ordered a Pineapple Juice drink and it was delish! I think next time I'll try their noodle dish but I think the next time I go to Jollibee it will be in the Philippines. If I could give this restaurant a negative 5 star rating, I'd give them a negative 10. The crew who were working between the hours of 7pm-8pm all needs to be re-trained or something because this was probably the most trash-est of all trash service experiences that I've ever experienced in my life and I've had some really bad ones. First off, the drive thru was ridiculously long to the point that it was blocking the driveway entrances for those who wanna park for another establishment. My family and I go to dine in and the manager and her 12+ workers can't even run this restaurant. I've seen at least 4 workers in the back around the food with no face masks. One worker with gloves on scratched the top of her a$$ and kept serving. Another worker literally in front of everyone, drops an empty chicken bucket upside down on the floor and picks it back up and shakes it off and puts chicken in it because they're racing to complete their backed up orders. Chicken, fries, and pies are all backed up because no one decided to cook a large amount these common bought items during this busy rush. Only one cashier and a bunch of people standing around talking and laughing. A bunch of customers standing by for at least 20-30 mins. What was more irritating was when the food finally came out, the staff from the dining and drive thru were racing to steal the chicken to complete their orders rather than finish up whoever's order were first. I've seen customers before me finally get their order and a few of them were missing something and while they're still standing there, not one worker goes to check on them. Anyways, I ordered a 6pc chicken, spaghetti, and pies combo along with 2 burger meals. Manager and staff having me wait 12 minutes for backed up chicken and when it finally comes out, there's no pie so I gotta wait 7 more minutes only to find out they ran outta fries so I gotta wait another 5 minutes. On top of that, I get my Sprite fountain drink only for it to run out and got nothing, but carbonated water instead lol. I tell the manager that the Sprite is out and she says ok and no one comes to change it and I was there for a total of an hour. When I finally got my original order, they forgot my plates, cups, and fries. This place may look somewhat clean, but the service specifically, is super duper TRASH, at least for tonights service. If I had known it was gonna be this bad, I would've went to the 7-Eleven located across from them or just starve to death. Hooooooooly smokes! Staff are friendly, but service is super slow. Parking lot is small and shared by other establishments, but blocked off by the drive thru customers who are waiting on their orders. We waited around 25 minutes for our food and saw that everyone who ordered after us was getting their orders before us. We didn't have anywhere to be so we didn't mind waiting. We got home to find that instead of 2 chicken sandwiches, they gave us 4 - score! I'm not a huge fan of fried chicken so I didn't touch the bucket, but the chicken tenders were good - nice meat on the inside and crisp on the outside with not toooo much batter. This Jollibee is a little staple for quick and easy food. One of the franchises that I do support, this is the place to go for Peach Mango Pies. My usual go-to is the Spaghetti and a Seasonal Pie lol. This time the flavours were Peach Mango and my goodness, I would stop by this place and make an extra stop just to eat a pie :) read more

I love jollibee and this line went by so fast it was a drive thru. There was ample parking in the lot as well if you want to eat in the car. It's only 8 minutes away from the airport as well so if you wanted to take a quick stop before you board you can. This is review rating for their fried chicken and nothing else, it's one of my favorite fried chicken. The fried chicken is on the expensive side, a bucket of 6 (3 drumsticks, 3 thighs) will cost $12.99 and well worth it. The chicken is very moist, the skin is crispy and is very likely brined and/marinaded at least overnight because the meat is very well seasoned. The secret is that a spicy version is available, but you must ask for it. It's really spicy so not for the faint of heart. This location is very hard to get to from Dillingham if you are heading north, making a left into the driveway is almost impossible with the heavy traffic. It's best to make a right from King st or head south and make a right into Dillingham. Getting out is the same, making a left on to Dillingham is not allowed during rush hour. Another word of advice, getting a parking space could be a challenge. The drive thru is a better option. read more

I don't usually eat a lot of fried chicken for health reasons, but we picked up a bucket to go to a house party. I was pleasantly surprised that the chicken is not oily, crispy for long after you pick it up, and savory to taste! One of my new favorites! I got my free birthday pie but it was a struggle. I went into the restaurant and let them know I was going to redeem it in the app, but asked if she wanted to do it on the screen instead. The cashier then said she can try, and asked if she could show her boss my phone and see if she can do it herself. After waiting a while, she came back and said I just need to do it on the app. I would've just done it on the app in the first place if I'd have known and saved us all some time, but I guess it was a learning experience. I've been on a peach pie quest lately so when I found out that Jollibee sells peach mango pie, I hightailed it there the first chance I got. My daughter and I were in Kalihi so we ended up at this location. It took us a while to find the place because I didn't realize it was located on the corner and we kept passing it. After several attempts, we pulled up at the drive thru and ordered 1 mango peach pie with the intention of ordering more if we liked it. After receiving our pie, we pulled into an available parking spot in the plaza and proceeded to analyze what we thought of said pie. The filling was good, but made from canned ingredients. At least it didn't taste mushy like it was made from canned fruit cocktail. The crust was crispy and seemed like it was deep fried. I was hoping the crust would be more buttery and flaky as opposed to crunchy. It's not exactly the taste I was looking for, but it's not bad. Based on the price, taste and size, I would probably order this again. We just didn't re-order it again on that trip. read more

So I went here a couple days ago because the Filipino in me was craving spaghetti and chicken. I swear the spaghetti just hits the spot. I had to try their chicken sandwich here. I've seen it in aunties feed and asked her what she thought. The verdict..... very good! Now it was time for me to head over to Kalihi, since they don't offer it at the ala Moana location. The last time I was here was when auntie Nadine introduced the halo halo drink to me. Where I used to live, jollibee was spoken and eaten all the time in queens. It's new to me, and I wished I had paid attention when it opened up in queens, because they make some deeliccccious fast food! I walked in and immediately looked for the chicken deluxe chicken sandwich. It came on a brioche bun dressed with a slight orange pepper mayo, lettuce, and tomato. I had to wait about 15 minutes, so they gave me a ringing black device that would inform me once my order was ready. It was buzzing! I ran up to the counter and was given my sandwich. There were a couple empty seats for me to plop into. I took my first bite and it was very flavorful and tender. So it's much better than the popular Popeyes sandwich. Girth wise Popeyes has it beat. Flavor and batter wise, I would say Jollibee! They both crunch with the initial bite. However, jollibee chicken just taste better.... maybe it's because they pound the chicken before battering and deep frying. I do wish they had the spicy option like Popeyes. The employee handed me my bag and pulled the sliding window closed part way, so I left. Got home to find half my order is missing. My family & I love chicken. Especially Jollibee. The chicken is always juicy & flavorful, & we loooove the gravy it comes with. But as much as I enjoy eating Jollibee, i dislike this location so much. It is very convenient since we live in Kalihi but it feels like a hassle whenever I do come here. I usually go through the drive thru, unless I have a very large order then I take the time to actually go inside & order instead of holding up the drive thru line. The last two times I've gone to this Jollibee they've forgotten things that we've ordered. The first time they forget a WHOLE bucket of chicken. A side maybe a bit okay, but a WHOLE bucket. I didn't realize til we got home & I had to drive back. The second time was a very small order. I dont normally get the hamburger steak, but I don't mind it. But their portion sizes for the hamburger steak are VERY skimpy now. One other plate we ordered was a chicken joy, & there was no gravy included, which was what the person we bought it for was looking forward to. Don't judge, haha. I am proud to say and admit that, I LOVE Jollibee,and that I am a total fan! I am so happy that this location is one of many locations here on the islands. I usually stop here after my Costco gas stop, when I am in the area, or just want something quick. Lately I found a new addiction, the pineapple float, so cool and refreshing, perfect for this super hot weather we been having. The location is sort of out of the way, small parking lot, enter and exiting the premises, and that it is always super busy both drive thru and restaurant. I don't mind, I make my plans before going to Jollibee. Depending which direction I am coming from I either stop here first or after. What I love here and I know its so bad for me but so good. I always. always. always. give up my diet and start again, every time I eat here. My weakness, the fried chicken, fries, and gravy. I love the fried chicken esp. spicy fried chicken. (note. they changed back to the original spicy, which they add the spicy seasoning to the chicken after its fried. I like it this way better) The fries are so thin, crispy, and it just taste really different from your typical fries. I love Jollibee's fries, esp when dipping them in to the gravy. Oh and the spaghetti, another faves, some say its too sweet, but I just love it, I love the spaghetti noodles, sauce, and the sausage. I like to eat mines with some pieces of fried chicken, oh so good!! Tip.,get the pineapple drink, instead of the soft drink. I love the pineapple drink, its a must for me. If I can make it to dessert, I'd have to get the peach mango pie. Super yums!! The halo halo is not the best I've had, its too icy. Jollibee has lots of other goods such as Palabok & Burgers, which I've never tried yet. The pineapple float is available for a limited time only, it is only 2.69 which comes with pineapple juice, vanilla soft serve and pieces of pineapple. I noticed the 2 times I stopped by for the float, it was after 9 pm which they were sold out of soft serve, I finally went for lunch and was super Happy it was available. This was the best pineapple float I've had. I hope to grab more before promo ends. I am not the only one in my family that loves Jollibee, my family does too, everyone's happy when we dine here for our Jollibee fix or I would grab the Jollibee meals and make it a Jollibee night.
