You can order ahead of time so that is available at all Jollibee locations. Friendly and speedy cashiers on a Thursday afternoon, the employees are excellent. Not so very fast drive thru, but you'll get wonderful customer service. I was greeted at the window with my order confirmation, and a friendly "How are you today?" Rude as all get out! So, I ordered my $16 steak and gravy with a piece of chicken and a Pepsi thru the drive through. I took the first sip a few the horrible taste of artificial sweeter hot me! Sad. I will never return to that location or take any family from the Philippines there ever again. I will also instruct my children to follow suit and instuct their children to do the same. The wholesale cost of a fountain drink is .10-.13 usd per cup. Was it worth gaining a reputation for rudness to customers and loss of a specific market for 3 generations? In conclusion, the Sprite tasted normal and I have just finished my meal, cold, but consumed. I risked missing my flight for this last minute jollibee fix and it was worth it. We ordered online and it said my order would be ready by 5:54pm. Flight leaves at 7pm. Boarding at 6:15pm. Never been thru HNL security before but typically you'll want to be there 2 hours early for domestic flights. I know I was really trusting them to come through and they did. The line for the drive thru was busy and the parking lot was tight as well for everyone going in and out. We found parking and walked inside to let them know we placed an online order. Looks like they were still working on it. The ambiance is very casual and looks like everyone loves their jollibee. We ended up getting the order about 5:58 pm and my sister and I rushed to the airport. Last time I tried bringing food on my flight in vegas they wouldn't let me take in this chocolate mousse so I was worried they weren't gonna let me take in the mashed potatoes and gravy. So I devoured that first. Yum. Next some bites of fries. Average, good enough. Dip it in some gravy. Also good with ketchup (I added that at home). The gravy reminds me of the curry they would put on chicken katsu perhaps some cumin? Of course the star of the show is the chicken. The chicken was juicy, crispy, flavorful. The spicy one is also good. We got two orders of half and half 2 pc chickenjoy meal deal comes with a side, drink, and pie (ube and peach mango). Made it to the airport by 6:15 pm. Went thru security, ran to my gate, and made it for the last boarding call before my 6 hr long flight at 6:38 pm. Brought it back to Texas, ate it later today as lunch and reheated it in my air fryer and still delicious. Hooray for jollibee! I know they have locations here but so far. The staff was just delightful and polite for the pause as I ordered and paid promptly she went over what I ordered and was done in just minutes. The chicken is delicious so juicy and tender with the crispiest crust was fantastic and in my haste I didn't notice a tiny cup that apparently was a brown gravy...am I supposed to dip the chicken in it? I think it was perfect just the way it is. The spaghetti....a fantastic generous portion takes me back to something I had as a kid as it had that touch of sweetness with slices of hot dog with sprinkles of cheese it certainly was different. Honestly not my favorite but not knowing this is how it's supposed to be I did embrace it and really enjoyed it. This Jollibee is very busy. It is located in Kalihi on the corner of North King Street and Dillingham. They have a friendly staff. Great crispy chicken! Whether it is just chicken, chicken sandwiches, or chicken tenders. This location is always so busy and the area it is located in is not so great especially when the drive-thru is backed up because the parking is very limited in that shopping area and the cars come from the two entrance/exits they have which makes it a bit chaotic. read more

I really have nothing bad to say about this Jollibee. We haven't had it since 2021 in California and my husband was very excited. We did drive thru. Ordered chicken and fries. They did mess up the order but we caught it before it was boxed and they fixed it. Drive thru was fast despite the line. We probably waited less than 5 min from pulling in to food in hand. Can't speak for the inside. The location was on a very busy corner with very limited parking. There was parking, but it was beyond full. Workers were pleasant. Good customer service. Food was VERY hot and fresh. Like burn all the skin off your mouth hot. Clearly right out of the fryer. It was not only hot, but tender, juicy and delicious. Yep. Once I got my Halo Halo, I was not satisfied because for one thing the price went up and my Halo Halo had lesser ingredients. Jolliebee did not like my review on their Halo Halo so the manager called my cell to go back to Jolliebee another day to offer me another one or order something else. The order taker asked about the sauce(?) What sauce....she just put it in the bag. I wanted to try the adobo fried rice so figured it went with that plus two Chicken sandwich, one spicy (Wes) one not (me). Okay, hangry with all the smells in my car I pulled into a parking stall and ate my sandwich. What's my opinion? Better than KFC and definitely cheaper but not quite as good as Popeyes. I would eat it again. The fried chicken pieces were crispy, not in the least oily and the chicken was moist and juicy. I would eat the fried chicken again too. I love Adobo fried rice but there was way too much garlic. I poured the gravy over the rice in order to eat it. All in all it was a decent experience and if in the area I'd do it again. read more

I mentioned it to my wife in the morning and hours later she was giving me her chicken order for dinner. My son and I visited the restaurant, went inside to order instead of the long drive-thru lane. The inside is sectioned off to allow distanced seating for those waiting on orders. I guess waiting is a thing for Jollibee. We ordered a mix of mild and spicy chicken, fries, mashed potatoes, and peach mango pies. As a result of ordering spicy chicken, we had to wait about 10 mins as told upon ordering. We weren't in a hurry so not a problem. We all thought the chicken was ok, nothing special, little to no flavor, and no comparison to Popeyes. From what I understand, their patrons put gravy on their chicken. While I do enjoy gravy, I shouldn't have to put gravy on it to enjoy. The side dishes seemed smaller than Popeyes as well. I realize I turned this into a comparison with Popeyes, but we typically enjoy their chicken and side dishes. We tried the peach mango pies given the uniqueness and hype, but didn't feel they were anything special to warrant purchase again. A new experience and nice to try but doubt we would purchase here again if Popeyes is an option. read more

Why? - they just rushed towards you while you're standing in the counter looking on what to order just to take temperature! The process should be done right before you enter ayt. - they won't give you your order if they don't see you sanitizing right in the front of their eyes! - kitchen is way too too slow, this is fast food right? Food is good. Spaghetti is always the best. And the pie? Will always be my favorite pie! Dining in before was pretty good too. Staffs are making sure tables are being cleaned right after somebody is done dining. They may not be the friendliest staff in a fast food chain, but it's good enough. A bit of joy with Chicken Joy! That (2 pieces) with a side of adobo rice and a drink for $9.99 + tax. My first time trying this place after driving by it for months, and happy I did. Just got regular fried chicken and it reminded me of a non-spicy Popeye's fried chicken. Nicely breaded, crunchy and hot. Adobo rice was okay. In all fairness I was trying to eat something crunchy and spicy and fried chicken came to mind. However, I have to split this review in two. Let's say that the spicy fried chicken sandwich was a good solid 4 stars. The salad and tomato were fresh. The chicken was moist and tasty. The bread was good and it was toasted nicely. So I have to say the sandwich was good and tasty and had a delicious jalapeño kick which I enjoyed. Moving on to the 2 piece spicy chicken and mashed potato with gravy. The chicken was a little bit overcook and not ready. Absolutely not spicy and that is exactly what I was looking for today=bummed. The mashed potato was decent and I liked the touch of extra gravy on the side. Make sure that you know the menu ahead of time because their screen doesn't work through the drive through so if you don't know what they have, be patient. 3.5 stars. We came on a Friday night and went through the drive thru but the service was unexpectedly very poor. The staff member taking our order had a really hard time understanding what we wanted. We ended up going to the pickup window to clarify everything cause we didn't want to get overcharged and it was just really inefficient continuously repeating ourselves. We got a family bucket with half regular fried chicken and half spicy fried chicken along with fries, rice and mashed potatoes. We also got a side of jolly spaghetti and an ube pie. We brought it back to the hotel to eat which only took about 15 minutes but the regular fried chicken was already losing its crisp. However, the spicy fried chicken was still very crispy. Also, they gave a ton of drumsticks for the regular fried chicken bucket instead of a mix. The jolly spaghetti is a fan favorite; lots of sauce and a hint of sweetness. I was intrigued by the ube pie cause it's not always on the menu so I had to get it. It maintained its crisp the entire time and had a great filling that wasn't too sweet. You can really taste the ube flavor too! There's tons of great spots to hit up in Oahu but for a fast food fried chicken chain, this one has got to be my favorite. There also aren't a ton of restaurants available for dinner since there's lots of tourists coming in now so if you're craving some Jollibee, might as well. First of all, the lady that took my order kept saying "one moment" (it took us approximately 10 mins to finish my order) so I thought that she's busy with other customer but she's not, there were 3 more employees with her giggling and playing around. So I'll start off with the parking... it's terrible, barely any parking. Because of the parking situation, I decide to go in the drive thru. They have a flaw with the placement of their sign. Drove up to the PA system to place my order and the sign is directly behind it so you can't really see the menu to good. Drove forward so that we could see the menu and the worker had hard time hearing me so I ended up just driving to the window to place my order. Just for a 3 piece chicken plate and 4 yum burgers I had to go park and still wait about 15+ minutes. And when I went to go park to wait for my food, their was no stalls open so I had to circle around couple times which is ridiculous. Kind of defeated the purpose of a drive thru because it was so inconvenient due to the terrible parking. They need to fix their menu board placement and they need to reserve stalls specifically for the drive thru. Food was good... it's jollibee so it's what you'd expect.
