    Rude lady in drive thru that gives attitude when you give a valid coupon to use.

    My husband went through the drive-thru to redeem a "1 free any menu item" ticket I received from a collegue, but the employee working there questioned him repeatedly about where he got it and did so in a very rude manner. She even took a photo of the coupon with her phone and then said nothing further before handing him the sandwich. I'm trying to understand why redeeming this coupon was treated as a problem. Was it an issue with not knowing how to process it in the system? My husband also did not receive a receipt so after hearing what happened, I called the location to ask about it. I believe the employee's name was Shamey. When the phone was answered, no one spoke until I said "hello," and the tone I received from her was rude from the start. At this point, it seems the issue may simply be the employee's attitude. They need to improve guest interactions at this location.

    Breakfast in a hurry... Though known for their items are made to order having a convenient breakfast in this area are very slim searches and thankfully in the early mornings there little to no lines though if there is you'd honestly will be waiting quite a bit. The staff here is always nice and friendly making sure you have all the sauces and condiments for your order so that you'd be on your way without starting your day hangry. On this visit I didn't noticed but a frustrated gentleman was asking when the restaurant will open to the response of the manager is "I'm not sure it's a staffing issue" sadly and was currently running just the drive thru with a positive vibe. Be kind and patient as we all are short staffed and are doing their best and thank you for my breakfast. Thank you!

    Dinner for the family was a DEAL!!! So the rare 5 star review for Jacks based mainly on the value of having the Jack APP!!! Haha if you don't have it, you must get it if you like deals for your ohana. Online deals paired with 20% off tonight led to this wonder family meal: Just under $10 Bucks for 2 Jumbo Jacks, 2 Breakfast Jacks, 2 Tacos, and Halfsies Fries. DEAL The food is what it is, hits the spot but nothing spectacular. But ohhhh so delicious based on the value I know I'm eating haha. In terms of service today, the server was very friendly and polite, and the food came out quick today.

    Food is consistently good, therefore, I return. The service needs a lot of work and staff should be replaced. Twice in a month, my order was incomplete and once, I did not get my change or receipt. Tried calling the restaurant, but the line was consistently busy for over an hour. Team member was clearly unhappy and checked out. Did not greet me upon arrival at the window. Did not offer condiments. This location is so convenient as the Dillingham Blvd location closed. The drive thru lane is acceptable as it shields drivers from the rain if it is stormy. The homeless presence is a bit unnerving as they walk next to the cars in the drive thru lane's "tunnel". Filed a complaint with corporate. Unacceptable as I do not fee like a valued customer at this location.

    Y i k e s... So you know how people always joke about walking through a Drive Thru if you don't have a car? And then seeing if they'll take your order? Well, at this Jack in the Box location, you can make this joke your reality :D Allegedly they're very short staffed at this location (the worker didn't explain this to me, but I'm going by the context clues) and so instead of having the dining area operational, it's locked up at a certain time and only the Drive Thru window is open. So to make or pick up an order, you'll have to WALK THROUGH the Drive Thru. I found this out when I tried to open the door to order food. The door was locked but I could see 2 workers inside. I knocked on the door and she pointed at the Drive Thru area and then went to help the customer at the Drive Thru window. I awkwardly walked along the path you're supposed to drive down. And stopped by the Drive Thru Menu. I was still high key confused and shocked because what was I doing walking here? LOL. I wasn't sure if she wanted me to order through the intercom by the menu. "Hello?..." I said at the intercom with no response. I waited a bit until I felt sorta stupid. The car in front of me had left. Then I saw another guy walk up to the Drive Thru window like it was normal. So I decided to walk up to the actual window that the worker stood by, next to the guy. After the guy left, I ordered a Brown Sugar Boba and some Mini Cinnamon Rolls. I paid and waited by the window. Still kinda in shock and awe, I took a photo of the Drive Thru. I was wondering what to do when a car rolled up next to me... probably wondering what I was doing. Lo and behold of course this happened. The worker handed me my order and I walked away before the car got any closer. This has got to be the weirdest experience I've had of ordering fast food. I get that staff shortage is an issue and they're "trying to make things work". Though customer safety might be an issue if you have people walking through the drive through along with cars driving through. There should also be ample signs posted on the door to notify customers of what's going on, instead of me ducking around and finding out. Not everyone can read between the lines easily... *shoulder shrugs* The whole experience was off putting and I'm definitely not returning to this location any time soon. The Brown Sugar Boba was super duper sweet. With the syrupy layer on the bottom with the boba. Some of the bobas tasted a overdone. Like they've been microwaved a few more times than once. Developing a hard crusty side. They were chewy and reminded me of more traditional boba. That was a plus. They also provided me with a big red boba straw, as I've seen some given a normal width straw to impossibly drink their boba. That was another plus. Though the boba did leave a lot to be yearned for. It was lacking... I don't recommend it, can definitely pass. Go to a legit boba place. I was just too curious to sample a Jack in the Box boba.

    There is nothing you can do to improve your score! You guys are the most terribly staffed Jack-in-the-Box on the face of the planet earth!!! Where do I begin? I've come to the Jack-in-the-Box before, 60% of the time it's OK. There are times where these guys take extremely long to process orders... Today though was beyond horrible. This place is direly understaffed, I went into the drive-through with only three people ahead of me, ended up waiting a half an hour just to get to the intercom. When I got to the intercom, the guy told me that they were not taking orders unless it was online orders. What the heck? So you mean to tell me I stayed in line for a half an hour just to be told that they're not taking orders except online orders? So I wasn't able to order anything in other words. I waited a good 15 minutes more, and I kid you not... A good 15 minutes for the people ahead of me to get their order. The drive-through is structured in a way where once you're in line you can't get out... You have to wait for the person in front of you to leave before you can leave yourself. And...The person behind me was still stuck at the intercom because the guy wasn't taking their order. I wish I would've been able to tell them that he wasn't taking any orders that day. She probably could have maybe backed away if there was nobody behind her.... I was mad, and that's taking it extremely lightly... Finally, when I got to the window this tired old guy apologized and he said that he was the only one there and that he was working all night long. I felt sorry for him... But who I don't feel sorry for is the manager who has epically failed to run an efficient business. If a business or a restaurant is understaffed, they need to close. How selfish and greedy can you get that you would force your workers to work overtime And put them in a situation where they will be set up for failure and anger your customers at the same time? Is the money worth it? Is it worth it to grab people's money while being terrible customer service purveyors just to get an extra few bucks to stay open? Terrible Manager is an understatement - if this manager wasn't on duty, every manager comes in and helps out regardless. The store owner isnt any better because he hired a manager that can't even write a simple sign outside the store that says that they are no longer operational. This is a textbook example of what not to do. This business owner whoever is responsible for the efficiency of the store should have his business license revoked and his establishment closed down. This is the rant that I did not want to do... a simple trip to get some food from a local Jack-in-the-Box store has turned into something more infuriating that I could ever imagine, that is the treatment of the workers at the store, and the blatant disregard and disrespect for their customers. Try, to be as kind as possible to the employees because more than likely it's not even their fault that they've been put in that situation. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager wasn't even present... It was just this one gentleman who was working by himself, he was doing the cooking, he was doing the intercom ordering... This is absolutely insane! This is really criminal, and a bad look on Jack-in-the-Box overall. Have some common sense, if you can't get your staff together... Then close your establishment at least for the day. Dont subject your hard working staff or your customers to this nonsense.

    I ordered online, picked up my order with no problems. Went to the beach and began biting into my burger and saw a long hair inside my burger! I attempted to call the store multiple times, no answer or my calls went straight to voicemail. I was so disgusted that my whole meal went to a waste.
