Ordering through the Wendy's app is fast and easy. I was able to redeem my free birthday chocolate frosty for my birthday so I am a happy camper. I also like to order from the app because there are always deals or combos you can get at an app exclusive price. I also enjoy collecting rewards points for free food one day. These definitely come in handy when you're short in cash one week and needing a little pick me up! I ordered the chicken sandwich times two for my roomies to share and one order came with fries. I was able to choose another frosty for the drink option. I didn't try the sandwich myself but my roommate said it was really good quality. read more

Horrible for everything. Fries were old, burger was salty (has anyone ever gotten an over salted fast food burger?) We were actually supposed to get a caesar salad but got a Cobb salad, I said it was fine. However, the multiple strands of hair in the salad made me throw everything away. When we called the manager he said they would remake it, I had already said we weren't driving back. Especially after what we just had. I asked for a refund, he said he'd call the district manager to see if we were able to. Didn't ask for my name or number to get back to me, just said to call back later. Been coming here for years, not coming back which is disappointing but now I see why there's so many 1 star reviews read more

Drive thru operators at 10:15pm Thursday June 18, 2026 need training on customer service. Sat at the speaker for ~5minutes before someone said anything. And miss ma'am packing and handing out our food seemed like she hated working with the children on her shift... she spoke one thing to me... my total. They also upsized&upcharged my meal without my knowledge and gave no receipt with my food. I didn't want large stale fries... I would've been good with my small... There was a homeless man sitting right outside the door with his poor dog. I felt bad. read more

Spent 44 minutes exactly waiting for a potato, they still never completed the cooking, had to get a refund. They told me 15 mins and another family 10 mins, gave up at the 44 minute mark. Absolutely ridiculous! Why not make a ton more potatoes at the dinner hour? Very poor management, the manager lady never even updated us, just let us stand here for 44 mins and no update. Get it together Wendy's! read more

Monday February 2, 2026. I haven't been here in a long time. I decided to come here as I was passing by on my way to the airport area for lunch. Service was fast as there was only 1 car in front of me in the drive thru at the time. Food was good. A double hamburger patty for the Big Bacon Classic combo, medium fries and a medium Cherry Limeade that was good. I never ate inside. But, I would assume it's casual and comfortable in there. read more

Awful place to experience being treated poorly. Long history of employees communicating rudely to customers. This is a "slooww" food place where service is not a priority. Food quality should be checked by the Health Dept. read more

I always head to this Wendy's location by the airport. They are fast and efficient. This time around, I ordered a combo meal via drive thru. And talk about fast... the guy gave my food at the pay window. Didn't even have time to head to the next window. So cool. Thank you to that worker. read more

I drop by when in the area because prefer lots of veggies on my burgers & so far there is no charge for extra lettuce & tomatoes! The app promos can be good & worth using to accumulate points toward freebies. The Frostys are yummy! Prefer to most McD shakes. The $1 Boo Books available in October are a great deal! There has been a significant improvement with the change of staff & management. Service has significantly improved. Orders are more accurate. read more

SECRET MENU ITEMS AT THIS WENDY'S IN PARTICULAR!: 1. Loco Moco!!!!!!!!! I'm serious! Lol they use a sausage patty, over rice, a fried hard egg, and white sausage gravy overall. It's actually really good! As long as you could deal with white sausage gravy on your loco moco!!!!! I would order extra gravy next time. 2. BISCUITS AND GRAVY!!!!!! their biscuits are already pretty good, but add white gravy with pieces of sausage, chopped up in the gravy spread all over those biscuits, awesome! 3.Chili WITH RICE!!!! Everybody knows they have chili, but did you know you can get it with Rice? It's not on the menu! You're welcome! I'm not sure if these are only available during breakfast or not read more

The staff are usually helpful and answer questions. I have not used the self ordering screen - kisok. I like the Frosty so I saw they are selling coupon booklets for a fundraiser and probably to give out for Halloween. I bought two and now have coupons for Frosty. Today was a sh*t show for lunch. They gave us the wrong bags of food and then had to switch it with the other customer then remake it after they're arguing with each other over who did what wrong. Then we get our food after waiting even longer. Once we get our food we are eating and thank god I looked down at my sandwich because half of it was RAW. RAW CHICKEN. And I took a bite cuz I was hungry and didn't notice. I have a sensitive stomach and will probably get sick so thanks for that. My partner went to the register and talked to the manager about it and brought the sandwich over. He agreed to refund us cuz I couldn't eat anything anymore but he only tried to refund us for the sandwich. What the hell is that? So we told him he needs to refund us for the entire #6 meal because the fries and drink went immediately in the trash. Disappointed because this was my 30 minute lunch break which went over and then I ate raw CHICKEN. Lovely Wendy's. read more

Every time I come the drive thru service is quick. The orders are accurate and the food is always hot. Prices are pretty average for fast food but the fact that theres minimal inflation as this location is near the airport is a win! Staff are always nice and friendly. If you decide to dine-in I think the service is slower. read more

Very disappointing experience at this Wendy's drive-thru. The employee at the speaker was rude, sighing and giving attitude throughout the interaction. When I got to the window, the employee (Kwain) didn't greet me or acknowledge me as a customer--she simply shouted my total. Customer service was completely lacking, and the overall atmosphere felt negative and unwelcoming. To make matters worse, the food looked like it had been carelessly thrown into the bag. It was messy, poorly assembled, and looked like no effort was made to ensure quality. I understand everyone has bad days, but basic courtesy and professionalism go a long way. Unfortunately, this visit fell far below expectations. read more

So bummed! They got our drive thru order extremely wrong and forgot many of our items. Half on me because I usually double check my bag before driving away... but also that shouldn't be a requirement when paying a restaurant to provide fast food service. They had a new frosty flavor that was Oreo brownie but it is not tasty. The base is super icy and the flavors unfortunately didn't mesh right. I do think we are sleeping on their fries though, they are significantly better than McDonald's so good on them! It was also SO pricey, this was our order--one "biggie bag" combo (they forgot the sauce for my nuggets and gave me Coke instead of Diet), one chicken wrap, ten piece saucy nuggets (that they just squirt some bbq sauce in and half don't even get covered), one large fry (which they forgot to give us), and one Oreo frosty. Hawaii is expensive I get it, but our meal was almost $40. That's seems outrageous. I honestly don't think I will be frequenting this one again anytime soon, unless all I go for is a fry that I can see with my own eyes and drive away with in hand. I'll keep my $40 and go on a fancy date next time! Tips and Tricks: * Just always take 15 seconds to look in the bag and make sure all your items are there, everything was right on our receipt so we paid for it but nothing was right once we got home! read more

I had lunch here today. I wanted to try their Krabby Patty Collab Meal. It's for the 25th anniversary for SpongeBob SquarePants It comes with a Krabby Patty burger, French fries and a Pineapple Under the Sea Frosty for $12.69. It was a bit underwhelming. How can you do a collab without the special packaging? It looks like food from the everyday menu. The burger was just ok. The special sauce didn't blow me away. The fries were crispy and hot. The pineapple frosty was the best part of the meal. It was vanilla frosty with pineapple syrup. It had a nice pineapple flavor and wasn't overly sweet. read more

Drive thru was so quick on a Saturday morning. The cashier was very patient as I asked a ton of questions. (I don't get out that way but once or twice a year.) The food was packaged very neatly and tidy. I had some errands to run before going home so I parked the car and dug in. Best decision! The biscuit, oh my, the biscuit! I like me a good biscuit, but this one, oh my hat! With the first bite of my sandwich, I heard a lovely song playing on a harp. The sandwich was nice and hot. The outside edge of the biscuit was crispy while the inside was so buttery, light, fluffy and tender. I wanted to dive into a large barrel of these biscuits and gobble them up! (It might very well be my last meal request before I die!) The sausage patty was square...just like the burgers, (which is what I actually wanted, but was too early), and had the most wonderful flavor with a wee bit of spiciness. I will opt for breakfast sausage over bacon, every time! Beautiful! The egg is over hard, which is my favorite way to have it. I have developed a sensitivity to egg yolks in the past 2 years, so I usually order without it. Not this time. I wanted to see the whole sandwich. I ate it, too! (It's been 6 hours and I'm doing just fine!) Mahvelous! The combo meal came with a side of seasoned potato wedges. Outstanding when they are piping hot and fresh! The seasoning is not salty at all and has a little bit peppery. No ketchup or sauce of any kind needed. And a drink. I chose bottled water. I was so impressed by the breakfast sandwich, I turned my car around and went back for 5 more, for my breakfasts next week. ( I bagged them up and tossed them in the freezer.) I also purchased the side of chili and a biscuit and gravy for my mom. I will update this post with review of these items and how the reheated sandwich turned out. read more

Drive through took almost an hour on a Saturday night even though there wasn't a long line. T-Mobile Tuesday... Along with Wendy's app is an offer for free Dave's Single or Chicken (Classic or Spicy) Sandwich and since I've never been to Wendy's ever thought this would be a great time to give them a try. I know the closest location from work would be right on Nimitz Hwy right outside Salt Lake and it was an easy drive but was just so blown how huge their parking lot was the biggest I've ever seen for a fast food restaurant. There seem to be a steady line in the drive thru but wanted to see what's inside and found it quite empty with just a couple of other customers. Nice and clean restaurants with lots of seating both inside and outside, I noticed some art work hung around the restaurant only to read a plaque right beside each one telling a store behind each one was very nice and touching. Super nice and clean I ordered my sandwich which I downloaded and easily redeemed by scanning my code I also ordered "Baconator Fries" to pair with my sandwich and what a disappointment...it was like 3oz of fries with watery cheese and bacon bits from a bag...$4.89, the Dave's Single is $7.19...why! Their multiplex drink was impressive though it's one of those digital screen where you can choose over 30 types of soft drink...super cool! I really wanted to like it but thinking of the price I just can't! It pains me to say this and understand the inflation but that price was very difficult to understand and will make it impossible for me to return as it really wasn't worth it for me personally. read more

We went to the Airport Wendy's to grab a fast dinner before heading out. We both ordered the biggie bag and were not $9.00 each and everything got smaller and less amount of chicken nuggets as you can see. I didn't know they had a private party inside with a bunch of people bring in pots of soup or stew and sandwich and other items. I don't understand why this location has a 2.4-star rating. This was genuinely the best Wendy's experience I've ever had. The young woman and young man at the front were incredibly kind and welcoming--it honestly felt like being at home. I have to say that the food and service came out amazing. I haven't had Wendys in a while and it really felt to my core. The only suggestion i can make is that the managers need to reprimand their staff, do so in the back out of the public area. It was a busy time and i know the manager wants their shift to move smoothly but I felt uncomfortable and bad for the worker being berated. I was fixated on him really scolding the worker. I dont know the history and its none of my business. However , next time pull them in the back and talk to them. read more

I'd just like to say, I generally would give praise to fast food places that do things right but this location is going downhill fast. I ordered, a Cobb salad with extra bleu cheese and vinaigrette dressing. It took about 10 minutes to get to the window. After 5 additional minutes, they tell me to park in the front by the stairs to wait for the grilled chicken. I'm not even joking I sat outside for about 10 more additional minutes. I leave happily, just ready to eat because I have to go to work, and I open my package. It's a Cobb salad with no bleu cheese, chicken was cold so not sure why they lied and said they were cooking it and they gave me ranch dressing instead. The cherry on top was there was no fork either to eat it with. Wonderful. The coffee that I also had ordered I thought the cream would be in the bag turns out they forgot that too. That was approximately 25-30 minutes spent waiting on a salad and coffee. I get dinner rush. I can even understand that there are customers inside and you folks are busy. But, I think you can see why I'm irritated. It's not cheap food anymore and we're paying for convenience for sure. I'm always going to give a place another shot at redemption but today was not it. Thank you for being nice workers but nice can only go so far. read more
