Food isn't cheap since you can't use deals on the app or coupons, but their sandwiches are better than the usual burgers when you want a change of pace. Hubby and I tend to get the Greek Gyros and they are very good for "fast food." Of course they are not like a Greek restaurant, but for $7.99 (13.99 meal) it's a pretty tasty and filling sandwich. Warm soft pita, lettuce, tomato, thin sliced red onion, and tzatziki sauce with reasonably good "Greek" beef/and maybe a little bit of lamb, similar to the rotisserie style meat at Greek restaurants. There's no place serving Greek food (that we know of) in Aiea/Pearl City so we are satisfied with the Arby's Greek Gyro when we don't want to drive to Honolulu. Service is fast, food is always hot. Hubby got a meal today and the crinkle fries were crispy. (Best with ketchup.) This time I saw a sign saying the Greek Gyro is a limited time offer, at participating restaurants, so get there quickly if you want to try it. THE CHICKEN CORDON BLEU SANDWICH IS DEE-LISH-OUS!!!! For this visit, i ordered the cordon bleu, crackle fries, the double beef sandwich & Mozzarella Sticks... I always forget about this place. The service is not too bad... the fact that they acknowledge you when you arrive to the cashier is all i need. I ordered my food and gave me my receipt with my number. The food took about 10 minutes to make... I love made-to-order places. i know it wasn't sitting around like Zippy's fried chicken does... I believe the owner was there at the time i ate.. They tried to give me the food that someone else took and returned about 10 min later!!! WTF is that??!! I told them I wanted new food made because who knows what he did with my food while he had it!! He was unkempt and I don't trust when people take my food. I've seen people open stuff up, poke it, lick their fingers and take it back. I also got ripped off. When I got home I discovered they gave me a regular French dip instead of the French dip Royale I ordered and paid for ($6 difference for the meal). WTF is wrong with these people? Arby's is a classic and haven't been there in a long time. I recently tried to go couple times at this location and man is it hard to get service!! As busy as it is in the restaurant, I'm shocked THEY got their order taken. Not sure if I'll step into this location again. Not worth walking in and not even being acknowledged while waiting to order. Food is great. Nice variety of items not at most fast food restaurants. Hubby tried the pulled pork sandwich and it was amazing! Moist, tender pork, decent amount, too. You get a packet of sweet or spicy sauce. He chose sweet and it was pretty good. Fries are crinkle cut and crispy and hot. Decent price for a pulled pork sandwich. My Greek gyro was great as always, but I think I'll get the pulled pork next time! If hubby gets it, too we can get a packet of sweet and a packet of spicy and the two sauces. Bet that will be awesome. Complaint is that the app is worthless. Can't order online and all the deals are online so basically there are no deals and reward points can't be collected. This is the one located in Pearlridge mall next to the satellite city hall......The insides is your typical fastfood restaurant in the mall .....40 or 50 tables Staff is pretty cool and the place can get pretty crowded!! The food at Arbys is always good and the prices are not bad...Alot better then burger king....They still have a self serve soda fountain as well as self serve condiment counter..... Haven't been to Arby's in years. Decided to get a quick snack while I was at Pearlridge. I order a lot other valuer menu items if I happen to choose a fast food restaurant so I got a value menu cheeseburger and vale fries with a small soda. I was too surprised to see how tiny the burger actually was. Thew picture of the cheeseburger seemed to be bigger that what you actually get. If I had known it was so small I might of passed on lunch. The picture looked like a Mcdonald's cheeseburger size. Might be a few more years before I return. After a botched trip to Satellite City Hall ( no October stickers til later this month) a few doors down, I decided to grab a bite since I hadn't had breakfast yet. Service was fast and friendly. Several other tables were occupied by eat in customers. Had the smallest beef and cheddar and a Diet Coke. That'll hold me til lunch time. Bun was soft, beef was sliced thin and so very tender. I haven't been here in years but the food was surprisingly good yesterday. The place was pretty empty and the food took about 10 minutes to come out. We ordered two roast beef classic sandwiches for $8 and two orders of mozzarella sticks for $7. Each order of mozzarella sticks came with four pieces. The sandwiches were really good. The buns were soft. The roast beef had a nice flavor and were thinly sliced. The mozzarella sticks were fresh out of the fryer. It was perfectly fried on the outside and gooey on the inside. The famous Arby French Dip & Swiss is still alive and going strong. I love the dipping sauce but truth be told after that lovely dip, I add the Arby sauce to "kick it up a notch"! The service was quick which was surprising because it was about 11:30. I guess it could be that Xmas shoppers are all shopped out. It could be the prices? It's just nice to have a snack break and take a moment from browsing the mall. Located on the second level in Pearlridge Uptown section the mall does provide "sparse" seating where it's usually the other half waiting on the other lol! Mom is older and still nursing a fractured ankle a brief moment is needed and you know they got us with curly fries. For the huge space they occupy only a handful of seating sadly but grateful is available. You do need to leave your info at the register to take advantage of it. Thought for the first time I would try the burgers at Arbys. A mistake. I saw them put 2 frozen patties in the french fryer and expected me to accept that. I refused the order and asked for a refund. The workers here are so rude. I guess they are trying to limit resources like napkins and ketchup but it's a fast food place!! You need napkins and ketchup! It's also two free sauces like ranch or arbys sauce and then 10 cents each additional sauce. My suggestion is put the sauce at the top so the customer can see it ... ... so literally yesterday I came and put my order in. It was a bit of a line but whatever it was lunch time so I get it. I put my order in. Classic chicken meal, chicken tenders and the roast turkey sandwich. The cashier handed me my cup but I realized I wanted a lemonade. So I waited..: people who order after me with bigger meals got their food first.. now this isn't what bothered me..: when I was called my aid aka my health helper let the person know I'd like a lemonade instead... I have worked in Fast food and I know your money needs to match the sales. This boy was inputting stuff I ordered AND subtracting crap and I'm just staring at the screen like ... he does this with several items and finally he asked his "boss?" How he should ring it up. Ok now I'm annoyed. My aid also works as a server so he knew this was silly and not complicated (all they had to do was take the price of medium drink and prices of a medium lemonade, subtract and that would be the difference. Write a small note on the cash box as to why the total may be off. So she says "blah blah blah ring up something something (I couldn't understand and I don't think the gentleman did either but I did the math in my head and tried to tell him but he pretty much ignored what I was saying so than he put in a medium lemonade and my aid just paid that price cause he was annoyed too. He paid about 1-2 dollars extra but at this point we had to go... it actually bothers him a lot because we are not rich and there's no reason they should have gotten the price wrong. No apologies, no money back. I do love Arby's but this was just disrespectful. I was robbed PERIOD. The person doing it even seemed like he knew it was wrong or off so I'm deciding if I wanna avoid this location or maybe I'll be done with Arby's... oh sorry I do have comments on the food. The meat in my sandwich was kinda sour and basically no meat, didn't even cover the sandwich and 1 mini small hidden tomato... the mozzarella sticks were LITERALLY TAKEN from fryer to packaging cause I burned my hand a bit and it was so greasy you could see through the bag ..: I also asked for the big chicken tenders and didn't notice till I got home that it was the 3 piece. I do understand they had to up charge but they should have all known how to do the math for it. And the "manager" who saw the boy struggling should have came over to take over since she was clear lost and not handling the situation well. The male was nice though. This Arby's at Pearlridge Uptown has been here as long as I can remember. In fact, even the set up is same as I recall but newly renovated. Surprisingly, I don't recall their food being so good and cheap for a fast food joint. We tried their smokehouse(brisket) and Reuben sandwiches with some curly fries. The portion was generous too. I love their juicy and soft smokehouse. It's not overpowering and just perfect. For a combo, it was $10. What a deal! Way to go! read more

Here on a Wednesday afternoon and partner treating for lunch. Place was cool and clean with just a few crumbs on table-easy for me to clean. Told him to surprise me and less than 5 minutes later he shows up with my triple Decker sando, curly fries, caramel salted cookie, chicken sando and his butter steak sando. MMMMM, my triple meat sando had sooo much salty moist meat and could not open my mouth wide enough to get a full bight. The pretzel bread was chewy but the focaccia bread he had was much better (ill get that next time). 4.5 stars He enjoyed the butter steak sando but it was super oily-3.5 stars Chicken cordon bleu sando yummy and juicy too 3.5 stars Lots of happy faces stuffing food down good positive feelings.
