Inconsistency and long waiting time. We also noticed that the time stamp on our receipt is ahead of the real time, so maybe it won't appear that they served the food late. We dont understand why it takes them long to complete an order, chicken are just sitting there for long so sometimes it's not that crispy anymore. read more

This visit was great no wait time and the food was super fresh, you can see it was still hot. The chickenjoy never disappoints, it is always crispy! My new favorite item here is the pies. The peach mango pie is 5stars in my book! read more

Jollibee is a Filipino franchise. This particular location in concord is located within Seafood city. It has a small store front so their line can be quite long. It was out the door for a Saturday lunch/afternoon time. Right now their limited menu is the ube pie and chicken sandwiches which I will review here. I've always been a fan of their spaghetti because I loved it as a kid. I really enjoyed their spicy chicken sandwich despite the +30 minute wait. I felt like it was a good chicken to bun (brioche) ratio. I thought the chicken was crispy with the right amount of spice, juicy and not greasy compared to Popeyes chicken sandwich, and I had one little jalapeño piece with a good amount of garlic aioli sauce. I would say their Ube Pie is worth a try, especially if you like their Peach Mango Pies. I love how crispy and flaky their crust is. The Peach Mango Pie is pretty sweet and be careful because it can leak through or fall out. I love ube jalaya so I had a high expectation and it was just ok. A little artificial tasting and not too sweet. I would prefer to get a peach mango and an ube once in a awhile. read more

Ordered online yesterday, wait time was alright, the quality of chicken was also fine. I ordered a 12 pieces chicken bucket yet I only got 10 of them. Two employees were chatting and laughing while packing my order, guess they lost count. I don't think it's worth the trip going back just for 2 pieces of chicken, so I didn't call the store or anything. Just make sure to check your order before you leave. read more

I never had Jollibee so was excited to give it a try. To my disappointment, it was bland. What saved it was the gravy and crispy skins. Other than that, it was not worth the price tag. KFC, Popeyes are way better. If you got a luckys supermarket get their 8.99 8 piece deal and it's way better. The workers are very kind tho :) read more

Place is located inside the Seafood Supermarket. It's not really a standalone restaurant, but you get more of a food court feel as there's about six other dining options here. Very simple menu and not lot of options but what they have is actually pretty good. Their chicken (all dark meat) was crispy, seasoned and very tasty. The gravy does add another level of flavor to it, but I found their chicken was tasty enough as-is. Go for one of their meals (Bucket B is good start) as it comes with family size Spaghetti and also include three Deep Peach Fried Mango Pies (on the very sweet scale). read more

Just chicken, no "joy". Ordered a chicken joy meal for my kid and it came with no spaghetti. I was fine that they didn't have chicken tenders, I was even fine when they didn't have anymore spicy chicken. Heck, even the stale fries didn't bother me. I know I was there like half an hour before closing, I get they run out of stuff. But to have FIVE guys just standing behind the counter and NO ONE remembers the spaghetti, damn. The only saving grace was the pineapple drink... which they almost forgot to give me as well. Disappointed Jollibee! Do better. read more

During the current ongoing pandemic due to Covid, expectedly, their restaurant was closed for dining in, but open for takeout. I got a bucket of 6 pieces of Jollibee spicy fried chicken ($9) with a side of steamed white rice ($1). I waited for about 5 mins and then my order was ready. When I got my chicken, it was piping hot and fresh! The fried breading on the chicken was pleasantly crunchy and crispy, perfectly fried and delicious. The chicken wasn't too spicy, which was fine, but I was really hoping for them to be fiery spicy. The meat inside was so juicy and tender. Hot steam would come out every time I peeled each layer on the meat. The chicken was delicious and properly seasoned. They were great! Also, uniquely they served their fried chicken with gravy, which a lot of you I'm sure already knew. The idea of eating fried chicken with gravy honestly was really strange to me at first, but the gravy was really tasty, so I could totally see it why they do it. You could use the leftover gravy and eat it with fries or something like that too if you wanted. Overall, I was really happy with what I got. The foods were reasonably priced. The service was quick. The guy who helped me at the cashier was friendly and he worked and took my order pretty fast and efficiently. And, of course, most importantly the foods were scrumptious. I definitely would go back again to get their fried chicken. During the current ongoing pandemic due to Covid, expectedly, their restaurant was closed for dining in, but open for takeout. Jollibee - Takeouts only during pandemic. - Fast Food Near Me - Concord, California

This is about service (not the fault of the workers, I think), maybe more about anticipating a crowd, especially on Super Bowl 2024? It's a busy day with lots of people! Food is excellent, ambiance is busy. Over all my fave is their Chicken Tenders Bucket (a big hit at church functions or celebratory occasions), Amazing Aloha Burger, Filipino Spaghetti, 2 piece Chicken Joy and their Chicken Sandwich. I'm not a big chicken fan, but their juicy, not oily, not burnt, not over-breaded chicken is the best and tastiest by far over all the other chicken restaurants. Online your ordering ahead of time by 15-20 minutes is your best bet, especially on busy celebration days and holidays! They are popular, so expect a crowd. Food is definitely ! read more

Love their chicken. The chicken sando is juicyyyyy and delicious. I don't eat nothing else but I was told my family the spaghetti is bomb.

Overall a solid 3 stars out of 5, had to knock them alittle due to the fact they were out of their spicy fried chicken when we got there around noon (heard they were out until to the end of the year, not sure of this is true or were they lying, just strange to hear this coming from the staff) and for the fact and I'll admit they were or seemingly pretty busy but there were a few trash cans overflowing and even the table we sat at was pretty dirty with bits of chicken on it, while there was a worker outside the counter just seem to sort of putt around and was just trying to hand the cashiers and food servers, food trays. Beyond that, the cashiers seemed to be pretty friendly and patient. The food itself like the spicy chicken sandwich was pretty good, albeit it didn't seem to be spicy to me and the price is decent and the proportions seem to be on par with kfc and Popeyes. One of the huge perks was the fried chicken and when reheated in an air fryer the crunch is the best so far and the gravy seems to be pretty good and sort of reminds me of the gravy from like an all you can eat buffet in Nevada. Overall, I might try to try the one in Hayward to see if they are better but currently this is the closest so I'll probably be coming here more often than naught lol read more

My first time trying Jollibees was at this location and boy was I surprised on how good it was! Popeye's has been my typical go to for fried chicken, but I think I now have a new favorite. The only down fall was it felt like I was waiting forever for my meal, very busy place for lunch despite shelter in place. For those of you who care, they do mark where to stand, but it was so busy when I went, it seemed at that point, it didn't even matter because it was crowded inside. Spaghetti and drink ($4.99) -Not bad for the price, but didn't have a "wow" factor. The flavor was still delicious, has a sweet taste as I expected, but I wish there was still more sauce. I usually like my pasta drenched in sauce. Chickenjoy Bucket (10 piece) -Perfectly breaded and crispy! The chicken was nice a plump and I love that they gave a lot of dark meat piece. Super juicy. -I love the addition of the gravy to dip the chicken in -The gravy itself was perfect as well Overall: I can't wait to come back to get my hands on the delicious chicken and try other things on the menu! read more

I love Jollibee, I just wish they would hire a consultant to make their service more efficient. i'm every Jollibee I've been to in the US- may it be California, Manhattan NY, and even Madrid Spain, the service is soooo slow. I am sure if they have a better system where people don't have to wait more than 30 mins for an order of 2 pieces of chicken and spaghetti, Jollibee would most likely be more profitable. The way things are done in the Philippines can't be the same as in the US. read more

It's Jollibee! How can you NOT love it?! When it comes to the fast food fried chicken game, Jollibee really knows how to turn up the heat. Their fried chicken is fingerlickin' GOOD! So crispy, tender, and juicy. And for a fast food joint, they really know how to slay the hell out of those Chickenjoys. This Jollibee is located near the entrance of the Seafood City Market. The keep it nice and clean inside and there are lots of tables for dining in. The only thing that can be a pain is the long wait. The lines can get pretty long during dinner. I can understand because everybody wants that good ol' fried chicken! But honestly, I'd sad it's worth it. For what you get here, the prices are so cheap. The quality of their fried chicken beats out KFC by a landslide and is right on par with Church's and Popeyes. Their Chickenjoy meals are always on point! I like my chicken spicy and they know how to deliver on this. Their adobo rice is solid and I love their mashed potatoes and gravy! Speaking of gravy, you should always get extra if they ask. That gravy is poppin'! Sometimes I'll even dip my chicken in that ish. Oh yes, it's that good. The pineapple juice is delicious! Haven't yet had their halo halo but I'm planning on trying it another time because it looks so tasty. I also need to mess with their breakfast because I've heard it's also pretty bomb for fast food. I'll get there eventually, but for now I'll just continue to bask in their yummy fried chicken. read more

I came here to try their chicken sandwiches. Surprisingly, this place is packed and busy even in the afternoon around 3pm. I didnt realize it'll be busy. This is located on the same complex as seafood city. I feel like their system of handing out orders is ineffective and slow. I can see my order on the tray but they are slow in bagging the food and getting the numbers out so it's a little annoying. As for the food, I was pleasantly surprised with the chicken sandwiches. I like it and I like the sweet bun. I do plan to come back to try other dishes read more

I grew up eating Jollibee. It is our go to food place when I was a child. I am so happy there are jollibee here in the bay area. Who doesn't love fried chicken? Man. You gotta try their chicken joy. YES!! It is called chicken joy. Because it brings happiness when ever you eat it. I prefer the spicy. It is one of the crispiest chicken out there. And then you dip it in the gravy. Hmmm! One of the best combinations is spaghetti and chicken joy. It is one of my favorite if you are trying to avoid eating rice. You can also try the yum burger. And let me tell you one of my favorite burger hack. You buy some fries and you put inside the burger. The best!!! The only bad thing I can say about this location is that when ever you order food to go. Make sure you check every item. Because they always messed up our order, and most of the time. Some item will be missing. But overall, I love jollibee! read more

I dont know why Jollibee has so much bad reviews, because their food ( from what i have tried) wasn't bad. The chicken sandwhich was fresh and juicy with a delicate crisp. I think they could work on their spaghetti but people seem to like it so i'll let it go. Again, i haven't tried other items on the menu, but they look tasty and i am excited to come back. The service is good, not great. The food comes fast. Nice, clean ambiance with no crumbs everywhere. To sum it up, jollibee could be better, but their food right now is still pretty good. read more

Honestly, having a Jollibee in Concord is such a miracle! Every Filipino's favorite fast food restaurant. It's located within Seafood City in front of Chowking, a Chinese/Filipino establishment. This particular Jollibee is always packed because the nearest Jollibee would be Vallejo or San Francisco. From the moment they open until after dinner time, expect to wait in line for the fresh out of the fryer classic crispy Filipino fried chicken with sweet and cheesy hotdog spaghetti! You can literally smell it once you walk in. Always worth it and the spicy chicken is my favorite and their spaghettis and adobo rice are always good. Don't forget about the Ube pie, Pineapple juice, halo-halo, and crispy chicken which is surprisingly delicious. The longest I've waited in line was around dinner time, for like an hour and the line can extend outside of the small store. Usually while I'm waiting, I always browse around the mall like ChowKing, Valerio's Bakery, Red Ribbon, Pho Lee, and Grill City and grab more than I anticipated for a meal, maybe three meals at least. Or even go inside seafood city for groceries. Jollibee's staff are always keeping the lobby clean and if you decide to dine in, you must show proof of vaccination to the cashier. There are a lot of places to sit as you can see in the photos. read more

Uhhmmm how come I have never been to a Jollibee?! Not for lack of not knowing what it is, but there aren't that many around so it never came to mind. We finally tried it last week! The chicken was super juicy and fresh, I loved it. The skin was light but crispy. We also both LOVED the spaghetti (perfectly sweet and savory) and the adobo rice (bomb). While I absolutely love gravy (top 5 condiment for me), this one had an interesting after taste and I couldn't put my finger on it. This is me being picky, I still ate it ha! Popeyes will still be our go to for chicken sandwiches, but for fried chicken we are coming here! The prices are much better as well. read more

Jollibee honestly deserves a higher rating. Come on regular customers where you at with the 4-5 star reviews?! It's ALWAYS busy and has a lot of customers. And why is that? Because their food is top tier duh!! Okay well.. it's a fast-food restaurant so ofc there's a limit to the food quality but it's better than any other American fast-food chains, minus innout and maybe chick-fil-a. Basically McDonalds, Wendy's, Taco Bell, and Burger King got nothing on Jollibee!! If their food received a bronze medal then Jollibee's food would receive a gold medal. I also actually crave Jollibee's spaghetti and chicken quite often and that's a lot coming from someone who's not an avid fast-food eater. It's like fast-food that doesn't feel like fast food. Like most people wouldn't consider spaghetti fast food y'know? Also btw their spaghetti isn't the typical spaghetti you're probably used to. It's much sweeter and it comes with slices of hot dogs. Sounds weird, I know. But you'll be pretty amazed by how well hot dog wieners go with spaghetti HAHA. Also the gravy that comes with the chicken is reallyyy good but it is a bit too salty at times. Now I'm craving Jollibee after writing this review and it's almost 2am.. Jollibee looks like ur gonna have to extend your hours for customers like me! ;-) read more

The famous Philippine fast food chain Jollibee now has locations across the United States. My curiosity about it was through the roof. You can see from the pictures that I tried a wide variety of items on the menu. Like Popeye's, the chicken is delicious. The Spicy burger was surprisingly fiery (perhaps more so because of the Jalapeno slices than the spicy breading). The spaghetti is... unusual (next time, I'll get the rice instead), and the gravy was a letdown. But the true treat? The Peach Mango Pie is out of this world. Get some right now. What I didn't enjoy was how long it took for my online order to be available for pickup; I had to remind them not once, but twice. read more

Service is horrible. There were at least 5 people behind the counter putting orders together and they couldn't complete a single order in the span of the 10 minutes it took for the cashier to take a single order. I try to support Filipino restaurants but the quality of the fried chicken lately has been horrible! We were here on 6-22-24 and my spouse noticed a lot of smoke coming from the fryers so it impacted the chicken. The chicken definitely had a burnt taste which made it inedible! Unfortunately we had take out and didn't want to go back! Jollibee used to be great when it first opened but quality had gone downhill! Additionally the restaurant is always chaotic and the wait time is unacceptably long! I'm sure they have enough sales data to determine peak hours and plan for surges when customers come in. We plan to start going to Korean fired chicken restaurants in the future. read more
