If anyone ask me to choose between Jollibee and Kentucky fried chicken I would totally go for Jollibee, less grease, nice consistent flavor no salty at all the chicken was well done the crunchiness of the outside of the chicken "skin" delicious and one more time I can said no grease at all which I love it The bucket of 6 pieces is a not that expensive. They also suggest couple more sides which I desired not to get but they ended up adding their gravy sauce it add a nice kick which brings all the flavors of the fried chicken without the grease taste The service is great and quick the cashier was nice to offer different options but since it was my first time in Jollibee I just only chose the bucket of 6 The ambience is ok, since it is inside of a Philippine supermarket and has other small restaurant whenever you feel like fresh grocery shopping I will come back again Sorry that I didn't upload any photos my parents and I were really hungry :) But give it a try everyone have their on different opinions read more

I ordered chicken joy using the app on New Year's Eve. Received notice that food was ready for pick up. When I went to the counter to pick up my order, I was told they were out of chicken and were unable to fulfill my order despite 1. Placing the order for pick up over and hour ago and 2. Having received a message that said the my order was ready for pick up. I was told that my money would be refunded "in a few days." Probably one of the best chicken chains out there. If you're ever with a friend, family, partner highly recommend getting the chicken joy meal since it's truly a bang for your buck. I've tried both their spicy chicken and the regular and I love and recommend the spicy jollibee chicken to everyone. Service is very fast with efficient communication. I'd hear a lot of people I know rave about jollibee in person and online so I wanted to give it a try finally knowing they have chicken strips and their chicken sandwich. I got one meal and the fries had a good crisp could use a bit more salt but it was cold by the time I got home which was near 10min drive and this was the same for spicy chicken sandwich it wasn't hot and fresh while the tenders were hot so that was disappointing. I did like how the chicken was crispy always crunched when I took a bite but other than that flavor wise didn't have much to write home about to make it more enjoyable. The dipping sauce wasn't much better to add. The pineapple drink I got was great and I wish I tried one of the dessert pies. Service here sucks. Every time we order ahead online, no matter if it's 3 hours ahead or 30 minutes, we still wait an additional 30-45 minutes for our order to be ready when we get there. I would understand if all the staff were completely swamped, but last time we were there two weeks ago, most of the staff was sitting around at the front counter talking. I'd avoid doordashing from this location. They consistently miss at least one item from your order. Thank god doordash's refund policy is quite generous. I am lucky to have a Jollibee this close. It seems that locations are in demand, and this one happens to be just 20 minutes from Pittsburg. It's found inside the Seafood Market, close to the Veranda plaza. Once you enter, it's to your right hand side. The menu in in the top, and there is seating available. I kept it classic and went with the 1 piece chicken with Jollibee Spaghetti. I had heard so much about the spaghetti on social media, so I was hyped to see if it really was that good. Honestly, it was. It definitely has a sweet kick to it, so if you like that twist, go for it and give it a try. The chicken was delicious. Nothing out of the ordinary, so it was a great bite. No actual spicy for me, even though it was 'spicy' chicken I notice that it gets packed on weekends, and parking gets limited. Have that it mind if you make the drive here to Concord. There's also other spots inside the Market, so Jollibee isn't the only option here read more

I went here on a sunday noon time for a to go meal, I only ordered the bucket of chicken and palabok family meal. It took them almost 45 mins to complete my order. I mean the sad part about it is there were like 10 people called ahead of me. I understand its a busy time and location but cmon 10 people? Even in spite of the noise, they do a good job getting people their food when their orders come up. I had a huge fried chicken craving, so I went to Jollibee. I ordered the 10 piece bucket deal. The chicken was delicious and flavorful as ever, the fries were crispy and fresh, but the mashed potatoes seemed really lumpy and sweet. I know this isn't fine dining, but you just never know what you're going to get from this location. The gravy also was incredibly salty. It tasted almost inedible until I dumped some rice I had at home, and the saltiness more or less thinned out. I never had Jollibee so was excited to give it a try. To my disappointment, it was bland. What saved it was the gravy and crispy skins. Other than that, it was not worth the price tag. As a matter of fact, I just wanted to go to the seafood city to see what was available to shop for but this happened to be in the market. The last time I've been to a Jollibee I got the spaghetti because I was nostalgic for my friends mom's spaghetti with hotdog growing up LOL. Now, in terms of the fried chicken is among the top in the fast food game. Super juicy with a great crisp. Well seasoned as well. I ordered the two piece meal because that was a smallest meal you can get to try the fried chicken and I opted to get the adobo rice along with a pineapple drink to wash it down. I will have to say it took a little long but it was a little crowded so I wasn't mad. Also once you put in your order and you can walk around and look at different stuff or buy stuff in the market to pass the time. I myself went next-door to the red ribbon and bought some baked goodies. Ive been in Concord for abiut 12 years now and have tried most fried chicken shops in the are even all the way over to Vallejo to Church's. Jollibee is in the top 3 best chicken shops. Chick-fil-A has to be near the bottom. Plus at Jollibee you have a cool grocery store to look around in and i always find something new to try. read more

Just chicken, no "joy". Ordered a chicken joy meal for my kid and it came with no spaghetti. I was fine that they didn't have chicken tenders, I was even fine when they didn't have anymore spicy chicken. Heck, even the stale fries didn't bother me. I know I was there like half an hour before closing, I get they run out of stuff. But to have FIVE guys just standing behind the counter and NO ONE remembers the spaghetti, damn. Jollibee is a Filipino franchise. This particular location in concord is located within Seafood city. It has a small store front so their line can be quite long. It was out the door for a Saturday lunch/afternoon time. Right now their limited menu is the ube pie and chicken sandwiches which I will review here. I've always been a fan of their spaghetti because I loved it as a kid. I really enjoyed their spicy chicken sandwich despite the +30 minute wait. I felt like it was a good chicken to bun (brioche) ratio. I thought the chicken was crispy with the right amount of spice, juicy and not greasy compared to Popeyes chicken sandwich, and I had one little jalapeño piece with a good amount of garlic aioli sauce. I would say their Ube Pie is worth a try, especially if you like their Peach Mango Pies. I love how crispy and flaky their crust is. The Peach Mango Pie is pretty sweet and be careful because it can leak through or fall out. I love ube jalaya so I had a high expectation and it was just ok. A little artificial tasting and not too sweet. I would prefer to get a peach mango and an ube once in a awhile. read more
