Not many Jollibees where I live, so I make sure to visit one whenever I'm in an area where there's one nearby. This location is inside a mall where there's a lot of other Asian/filipino restaurants. I wish I had the appetite to try all of them, but I always default to Jollibees. We got a couple of chicken sandwiches for a quick fix and a 10pc bucket for the family at home. The chicken is always crispy, moist, and delicious. Included in the bucket meal were 3 Ube pies. These are the best pies I've ever eaten at a fast food chain. Definitely recommend. read more

Currently my favorite place in Concord for fried chicken. Crispy, crunchy and not over-salted. They give you a container of savory brown gravy, too. Fries are better than McD, BK and others. Crispy deep-fried hand pies are so good! read more

So I tried their Filipino spaghetti with pieces of hot dogs. It was sweet sauce like banana ketchen. I didn't care for it, but a lot of people do.We bought their 2 piece chicken with a choice of the Filipino spaghetti or Pansit Palabok. The Pansit Palabok was delicious!! read more

We have not much to complain as we typically get take out. The bucket of chicken was well seasoned, crispy, batter not too thick, juicy and hot. Gravy and mashed potatoes is what you expect from a fast food place, not bad but nothing to write home about; spaghetti sauce is too sweet for my taste and rather bland, but the noodles are just the way I like it. So the 4 star review is mainly for the fried chicken, which is what they are known for. read more

Today around 1:30ish, I visited Seafood City as a customer and witnessed something that concerned me. While I was using the restroom, a Jollibee employee was there at the same time and we both came out around the same time. I noticed that employee left the restroom without washing her hands. As a customer, this raised concerns for me about hygiene and food safety especially since Jollibee serves food directly to customers. I hope management takes this seriously and reminds employees to follow proper hand washing and sanitation procedures read more

This lady is very rude, I came here with my families, everytime we ask her for utensils or ketchup or napkins, she always giving us an enemy eyes with a very unacceptable attitude. I think she is the manager here, and imagine everytime you had been treated badly by the manager here or the person here is sadly. I have been a loyal customer with them, but it's happens so many times that it's not anymore will be accept as a customer, so I will be not coming and telling my family and friends to stop coming here. read more

The chicken is typically good for the most part, the issue this location has sometimes is if you go there at a busy time you will be waiting 20-30 minutes for them to cook chicken. The staff member are pretty nice but inconsistent sometimes when it comes to having chicken readily available. It's always clean and plenty of seating inside and in the lobby area of Seafood City. read more

the cashier was very nice and the service was fairly quick (considering that there was a long line). the food just isn't that good, though. the cheeseburger and fries were cold (yes, shouldn't get a cheeseburger from a fried chicken place), the spaghetti was super sweet (maybe that's just a regional thing), and the chicken was very salty. the food wasn't cheap, either. a lot of people like this place (judging from the long lines), but it definitely was not my cup of tea. read more

I have worked in customer service for over 15 years, and my family and I have never experienced such unprofessional, rude, and discriminatory behavior as we did during our recent visit. This was our first time trying your food. After standing in line for 20 minutes, my niece's order was denied, and she was told to come back in 20 minutes. When she returned, she was told to wait another 15 minutes. By the time she came back again, it was closing time, and she was told there was no chicken left. My poor niece was so sad--she had been excited to try Jollibee for the first time, and sadly, now she never will. She felt embarrassed and disappointed by the way she was treated. The behavior from Mary and Apple was unacceptable. It was clear this was not simply a matter of being out of food, but discriminatory treatment. My niece ended up not eating at all, and they casually offered pies instead. My sister stood there for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged her. This type of treatment is completely unacceptable. We will not be returning and will be sharing our experience with others. read more

You ever an establishment that serves a good product but it's the people who ruin it. I feel like this describes my visit today. Came in at 9:14 placed my order. Whole bunch of people standing around, only one other customer. A t 9: 28 I ask how much longer and she states that they have no chicken cooked and it will be another 5 minutes, 5 minutes pass chicken is ready, then we're waiting for my fries, another 3 minutes pass and now fries are ready and she says she needs to go grab my gravy, I kid you not another 7 minutes pass and she comes back with my gravy. How is it 45 minutes past opening and nothing is ready. How is the lady packing the food not timing it better, both gravy and fries could've been made while I was waiting for my chicken. Just makes no sense. read more

I finally tried Jolibee!! And it was nicely good!! If anyone ask me to choose between Jollibee and Kentucky fried chicken I would totally go for Jollibee, less grease, nice consistent flavor no salty at all the chicken was well done the crunchiness of the outside of the chicken "skin" delicious and one more time I can said no grease at all which I love it The bucket of 6 pieces is a not that expensive. They also suggest couple more sides which I desired not to get but they ended up adding their gravy sauce it add a nice kick which brings all the flavors of the fried chicken without the grease taste The service is great and quick the cashier was nice to offer different options but since it was my first time in Jollibee I just only chose the bucket of 6 The ambience is ok, since it is inside of a Philippine supermarket and has other small restaurant whenever you feel like fresh grocery shopping I will come back again Sorry that I didn't upload any photos my parents and I were really hungry :) But give it a try everyone have their on different opinions read more

Probably one of the best chicken chains out there. If you're ever with a friend, family, partner highly recommend getting the chicken joy meal since it's truly a bang for your buck. I've tried both their spicy chicken and the regular and I love and recommend the spicy jollibee chicken to everyone. Service is very fast with efficient communication. The ambience is casual as it's inside sea food market, good for just grabbing a bite if you're craving fried chicken or a causal hangout. Happy there's a jollibee in this area! read more

1/5 stars This is the worst Jollibee location I've been to. I waited 45 minutes for a bucket of chicken, and the place just feels grimy. It's always kind of muggy inside, and the overall vibe isn't great -- some of the patrons can be rude. I'd avoid this spot unless you're already at Seafood City and have no other option. read more

The food was great, the service not so much. I placed a mobile order for the Final Fantasy boxed meal and it took 20 minutes to get it. The staff were talking amongst themselves it didn't seem like my order was a priority for them. They kept telling me they were waiting for the Chicken Sandwich for my order. They apologized for the meal being late, but nothing else. I wouldn't use mobile ordering if you want Joliebee's at this location. read more

Delicious food, friendly service! When I told the person who took our order that it was our first time there, he made great menu suggestions. EVERYTHING was delicious, and the team was so very welcoming and friendly. I'm so glad he suggested the Peach Mango Pie. I think it has ruined pies for me forever. We ate: Deluxe and Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwiches, and the Jolly Spaghetti. Washed it all down with the super yummy Pineapple Quencher. We'll be back! read more

I ordered chicken joy using the app on New Year's Eve. Received notice that food was ready for pick up. When I went to the counter to pick up my order, I was told they were out of chicken and were unable to fulfill my order despite 1. Placing the order for pick up over and hour ago and 2. Having received a message that said the my order was ready for pick up. I was told that my money would be refunded "in a few days." So not only did I not get pick up food for the New Year's party, Jollibee wasted my time and gas. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. read more

THEY MOVE LIKE MOLASSES HERE! Food is good, IF they can get your order right but they move like molasses! Service is EXTREMELY SLOW! Beware It took 30 mins to receive my food! Ordered on-site and it was 1 spicy deluxe meal, not like it was a huge order. Others were waiting alongside me and mind you this is not the first time they have slow service. It's an annoying constant issue here. They have no sense of urgency and take their sweet time packing orders. Some are very unfriendly too! read more

Jollibee - Place is jumping! - Fast Food Near Me - Concord, California

I'd hear a lot of people I know rave about jollibee in person and online so I wanted to give it a try finally knowing they have chicken strips and their chicken sandwich. I got one meal and the fries had a good crisp could use a bit more salt but it was cold by the time I got home which was near 10min drive and this was the same for spicy chicken sandwich it wasn't hot and fresh while the tenders were hot so that was disappointing. I did like how the chicken was crispy always crunched when I took a bite but other than that flavor wise didn't have much to write home about to make it more enjoyable. The dipping sauce wasn't much better to add. The pineapple drink I got was great and I wish I tried one of the dessert pies. There's a lot of fried chicken spots and it's hard for me to say I'll be back here. I really wanted to love it! read more

I've been a happy customer for years. This last experience was likely my last. I ordered online, received a text that my meal was ready for pick up, but when I arrived it was not ready and I had to wait several minutes. More importantly, the chicken was tasteless. I was a huge fan, but no more. I hope they can turn it around. read more

I am lucky to have a Jollibee this close. It seems that locations are in demand, and this one happens to be just 20 minutes from Pittsburg. It's found inside the Seafood Market, close to the Veranda plaza. Once you enter, it's to your right hand side. The menu in in the top, and there is seating available. I kept it classic and went with the 1 piece chicken with Jollibee Spaghetti. I had heard so much about the spaghetti on social media, so I was hyped to see if it really was that good. Honestly, it was. It definitely has a sweet kick to it, so if you like that twist, go for it and give it a try. The chicken was delicious. Nothing out of the ordinary, so it was a great bite. No actual spicy for me, even though it was 'spicy' chicken I notice that it gets packed on weekends, and parking gets limited. Have that it mind if you make the drive here to Concord. There's also other spots inside the Market, so Jollibee isn't the only option here read more

Jollibee - Spicy chicken, with Jolly Spaghetti with 1 pc Chickenjoy I LOVE the Jolly Spaghetti - Fast Food Near Me - Concord, California

If you're craving Filipino comfort food with a fast-food twist, this spot definitely hits the mark. The fried chicken here is chef's kiss--crispy, juicy, and seasoned just right. It's the kind of chicken that makes you wonder why every other fast food chain doesn't get it quite this good. Pair it with the Filipino spaghetti, and you're in for a treat. It's got that sweet, savory goodness that takes your taste buds on a little trip to nostalgia town. And don't even get me started on the mango pies. They're little bites of tropical heaven, crispy on the outside with a perfectly sweet mango filling inside. If you're not getting one (or two), you're doing it wrong. The only reason I didn't give it a perfect 5 stars is because, like most fast food joints, the experience can feel a little rushed. But when the food is this good, it's easy to overlook. A great spot to grab a quick, satisfying meal that'll leave you craving more. read more

5/30/2025 Friday 9:30am - WORST SERVICE. Is this even called fast food? We decided to grab a quick bite because we are in a rush, we just end up ordering their Yum Burger, Pineapple Juice and 1 Small Fries. It took 30 minutes to receive our order. It's very frustrating. I understand how busy they get but 30 minutes to get your food and just the burger is not very good! Not a very good experience read more

Service here sucks. Every time we order ahead online, no matter if it's 3 hours ahead or 30 minutes, we still wait an additional 30-45 minutes for our order to be ready when we get there. I would understand if all the staff were completely swamped, but last time we were there two weeks ago, most of the staff was sitting around at the front counter talking. Jollibee is fast food chain that I don't usually see very often because they're never located around where I live or work. So I rarely ever go. As a matter of fact, I just wanted to go to the seafood city to see what was available to shop for but this happened to be in the market. My buddy suggested I should try the fried chicken (or chicken joy, which brought me great joy) because I have never had it. The last time I've been to a Jollibee I got the spaghetti because I was nostalgic for my friends mom's spaghetti with hotdog growing up LOL. Now, in terms of the fried chicken is among the top in the fast food game. Super juicy with a great crisp. Well seasoned as well. I ordered the two piece meal because that was a smallest meal you can get to try the fried chicken and I opted to get the adobo rice along with a pineapple drink to wash it down. I will have to say it took a little long but it was a little crowded so I wasn't mad. Also once you put in your order and you can walk around and look at different stuff or buy stuff in the market to pass the time. I myself went next-door to the red ribbon and bought some baked goodies. Delicious fried chicken here, and I probably would go to a Jollybee over or some other fast food chains if I was craving fried chicken. read more

I dont usually write bad review especially a fast food chain. I always come here and had no problems but not today. I went here on a sunday noon time for a to go meal, I only ordered the bucket of chicken and palabok family meal. It took them almost 45 mins to complete my order. I mean the sad part about it is there were like 10 people called ahead of me. I understand its a busy time and location but cmon 10 people? I went and asked the lady she said i need to wait for the palabok but i guess they forgot to make it so it took forever. Id say for people waiting for a long time follow up on your order if they skip it or come here not on a busy time. read more

Is it just me, or is the food hit or miss more than ever now? The workers are always super friendly, nice, and helpful, and they're awesome. Even in spite of the noise, they do a good job getting people their food when their orders come up. I had a huge fried chicken craving, so I went to Jollibee. I ordered the 10 piece bucket deal. The chicken was delicious and flavorful as ever, the fries were crispy and fresh, but the mashed potatoes seemed really lumpy and sweet. I know this isn't fine dining, but you just never know what you're going to get from this location. The gravy also was incredibly salty. It tasted almost inedible until I dumped some rice I had at home, and the saltiness more or less thinned out. I'll be back when I want fried chicken, but I know now to expect more inconsistency. read more

I barely do reviews consistently anymore these days because I find doing them to be tedious and dull but this is worth publicizing. Today when I was in the restroom, an employee came in and took a piss. Afterwards, he only did a two to three second rinse of just one of his hands and didn't put in the effort to even soap it. Why the hell would I want to eat here? Jollibee as it stands, even on its best day, has never been remotely good food. Now? It's a health hazard. This one specifically. Anyway, do yourself a favor and just leave the United States and go to the Philippines if you want ACTUAL good Filipino food. You won't find it in any restaurant in this country, I assure you. read more
