I've tasted Jollibee on a number of occasions and at a few different locations. The chicken is always good, hot and fresh and hit the spot! From the chicken to the chicken strips to the mac & cheese or the mashed potatoes and gravy, and even the biscuits are jamming on the one. While service is generally quick, and the person at the register is helpful. They're always hustle and bustling too much to engage in conversation. Ambience is a situational thing, but I've never had a problem. People are usually busy talking on the phone or just waiting for their food. I'll definitely go back because there is a couple of other things I wanna try, and my suggestion is to eat that peach mango pie fresh out the fryer! I live in Washington state. We don't have Jollibee up there, so I stopped in to give it a try. They have quite the menu. I can't say I have ever enjoyed spaghetti in a fast food setting before. The burger wasn't bad. Neither was the chicken sandwich. The fries were mid. I didn't try the fried chicken which looking back that's actually the staple of the place, but I wasn't in the mood. The service was good. Didn't wait long for the order. I wasn't a fan of the digital menu screen changing constantly while I was trying to mentally arrange my order. Jollibee is the best fried chicken chain in the universe!! I will die on that hill (well, maybe not die, but you get my drift). Seriously though, the fried chicken never disappoints! Always juicy and tender inside and the skin is perfectly crunchy as well! The spot in Concord is our go to bc it's closest to us plus it actually has palabok. Some other JB's in the Bay (like Alameda) shockingly don't have palabok, which is a travesty! I got the two piece spicy (both thighs) and palabok combo with a guava quencher drink. My wife and I also got the pies (peach mango and ube). I was in the area for work and noticed a Jollibee nearby. I am a huge fan of their spicy fried chicken, so I decided to stop in. This location is inside Seafood City. I ordered my usual two pieces of spicy chicken, all thighs, with a side of adobo rice and a palabok with extra lemon. Ordering was quick and I did not wait long to place it. The wait for the food itself took a while. The cashier and one of the workers were going back and forth with someone who seemed to be a manager. It looked pretty tense and felt unprofessional since customers were standing there watching while they argued in Tagalog. Once my order was called I double checked everything. Sometimes when I ask for all thighs they forget and give me a leg, but this time it was correct. We went to get a table while we waited. The only thing is the tables were not cleaned. It was such a lunch rush so I'm assuming the staff couldn't get to wiping down the tables and chairs. Located in the Seafood City shopping center, you will find Jollibee located right at the front entrance to the right. It's next to a bakery, and right across from Chow King. Offering fast food style of food, Jollibee will fill your needs from burgers to their much more well known fried chicken. It may seem like a large store at first but once you walk in it's really just a smaller area with maybe a little more than half a dozen or so seatings while the rest of the space is taken up by the bakery next door. When I visited on this day it was still fairly early in the day, so there was no line, and basically just went right up to the register to make my order. Service wasn't bad, as I had questions and they were pretty much answered by the cashier. Ordered a few things, mainly a chicken sandwich meal and then a burger as well. The food here was okay. Maybe their fried chicken will be what I remember them for though I haven't tried it here yet, but the sandwiches were just mediocre, not that it was cooked badly by the staff, I just didn't feel there was any flavor on these, though I do have to say these were one of the worst fries I've had in awhile. The price for everything when all said and done just didn't feel worth it, especially since they consider themselves fast food, but don't really have many simple well priced and filling options. For the quality and quantity of the food I got for the cost, didn't make me feel fulfilled. I will try the fried chicken here though next time. read more

I don't know what it is, but this location is always out of spicy chicken It's one of my daughter's favorite places to eat so we took her there with her friends on her birthday. They messed up the orders a few times which was fine, and the weight was about 25 minutes for the food. We ordered the chicken tenders because that's what was being advertised on their walls, but they said they didn't have any ready so we would have to wait 10 min. That's fine. After 10 min passed I went to the counter to see if my order was ready. The two people who were getting the orders ready ignored me. So I continued to wait there. The cashier saw me and asked one of those employees if the tenders were ready. She answered the cashier with "yeah, just like right now" in the rudest tone. I have been here a few times and haven't considered a review until now. I never ate at the restaurant, only had pick up orders or they were catering for an event I attended to. My most recent experience was just ordering one of their frozen drinks, but I can still attest to their food overall. Fried chicken: They are not too bad. From the few times I had food from this location, they were not oily or greasy. I prefer the spicy one over the regular and dipping it in gravy is amazing. Mashed potatoes and Gravy: Pretty standard, so got nothing much more to say than it was decently good. Spaghetti: This was a bit sweet from the times I have had it. It was also very saucy, which I appreciated. However, I did not know you were supposed to mix everything together and I sort of just ate it as is. That was my mistake but I know next time to have my friends/coworkers mix this dish from now on. Strawberry Bliss Freeze: This was also a bit sweet, but felt refreshing though. I did get a brain freeze here and there, but was worth it for the bit of sugar rush I needed. Overall, I enjoyed this drink. The sauce was spicy and it has jalapeños in it as well. We also order the 10 pcs chickenjoy bucket. They were so warm and crispy after we got home! We also tried the palabok. It was ok. You ever an establishment that serves a good product but it's the people who ruin it. I feel like this describes my visit today. Came in at 9:14 placed my order. Whole bunch of people standing around, only one other customer. When she returned, she was told to wait another 15 minutes. By the time she came back again, it was closing time, and she was told there was no chicken left. My poor niece was so sad--she had been excited to try Jollibee for the first time, and sadly, now she never will. She felt embarrassed and disappointed by the way she was treated. The behavior from Mary and Apple was unacceptable. It was clear this was not simply a matter of being out of food, but discriminatory treatment. My niece ended up not eating at all, and they casually offered pies instead. My sister stood there for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged her. When I went to the counter to pick up my order, I was told they were out of chicken and were unable to fulfill my order despite 1. Placing the order for pick up over and hour ago and 2. Having received a message that said the my order was ready for pick up. I was told that my money would be refunded "in a few days." If anyone ask me to choose between Jollibee and Kentucky fried chicken I would totally go for Jollibee, less grease, nice consistent flavor no salty at all the chicken was well done the crunchiness of the outside of the chicken "skin" delicious and one more time I can said no grease at all which I love it The bucket of 6 pieces is a not that expensive.
