My husband and I planned a super early stop at Jollibee with a friend in the Arlington area on one of his days off. After getting an iced coffee at a nearby business, we stopped here. We got two meals ... a 2 piece meal that came with 2 sides and a biscuit and a sandwich meal that came with a side. That way we all could try a little bit of everything we felt like we could eat with other plans in a short period of time. I tried half of one of their sandwiches which I split with our friend. I would get spicy next time, we got it with out Mayo which I think the Mayo may do some heavy lifting in regards to the chicken being on the slightly dryer side. I tried a few fries which needed the ketchup. Mac and cheese was pretty decent side. Mashed potatoes are better than what we've had at other fast food chicken places, but not as good as the home made kind ... you know the kind that would have potato skins, and a few slight bites of potatoes in it. The biscuits could benefit from a little more butter in the mix or make sure to have it with the gravy. I hope to come back to try a few most things before truly deciding if it's worth the drive I have for it, but I'm glad we met the friend up to try it at least once. read more

I hate to say this but I was very underwhelmed with this place.I would say it's average at best.It reminded me of churches but more expensive and not as good.I got the three piece combo with a drink.Lets start off with the chicken.I got two pieces regular and one piece spicy.The two regular pieces were Luke warm and seemed to be under the heat lamp a little too long because they were a little dry.Now the other piece that was spicy was better.This piece was fresh and hot and juicy.It was actually decent.Now on to the mashed potatoes and gravy.Im not sure if it was the potatoes or the gravy but something tasted a little weird.Definitely not that great.Now to the biscuit.Theres really not much to say about it.Luke warm and dry.Just not that appetizing.Overall just not that great.I would rather go to churches or KFC.On a positive not the pineapple drink was pretty good.But overall i wasn't that impressed and it's very doubtful that I'll be back.Especially for the price they charge. read more

I had been wanting to try Jollibee for a number of years, I just kept forgetting there was locations on the Dallas side of DFW as I'm not over in that direction often. We happened to be in Arlington and saw that they are open at 9am ... I know, I know, but I do appreciate chicken as a breakfast option & with my work schedule I'm used to being up at 430am for work. So having an early lunch option is nice. I got a 2pc joy with biscuit and sides. We split sides with those we were with so everyone could try a bite or two of most sides we were willing to try this early. The chicken was on the high end of good for bone in fast food chicken places but I would want to get spicy next time to see if it actually sets Jollibee above other fast food chicken places. The fries were really plain and desperately needed the ketchup. Mac and cheese was ok, a better side than the fries, but you could feel the grease while eating it. We got the Peach mango pie, if I had to go with any of the similar fried pies that I've tried I would go with that one; but I'm more of a peach and mango pie fan over apple with a normal pie anyway. YELP!!! Where do I begin? First off , You can't call it Fried Chicken if you don't even finish cooking it!! As a foodie i couldn't wait for this place to open as everyone was hyping it up on cooper and I-20. When I finally tried it, it was good! Ordered the spicy chicken joy, the spicy chicken joy in particular was good a bit better with their gravy along with the adobo rice and mac and cheese. 2nd having jollibee and it does not disappoint with the chicken. Super juicy yet not drenched in oil. Skin was crunchy too. The biscuits super soft and buttery and had the fries first time which was decent. The staff seemed friendly but small interaction. The dine in was small so I don't recommend group hangouts. Lobby was clean but the only little complaint was no ice in the soda but not a deal breaker. The spaghetti was not what I thought, they tasted like the little wieners in the bbq sauce thing. Being Filipino, this place hold so much nostalgia for me. I grew up in California and lived across the street from one of the first ones in CA. Everything tastes the same from what I remember consistent across the board. Chicken was spicy and very crispy. Filipino spaghetti was just like I remembered it. I was so excited to try Jolibee when I saw it. I have had it in the Philippines, San Francisco, and Virginia Beach. This place was the worst! When I walked in, the girl at cashier looked so miserable. I ordered palabok, chicken joy meal, and the ube and peach mango pie and paid about $35. When we chose a seat, every table was dirty, the floor was sticky, and the soda area was so dirty. The palabok did not taste like palabok, more of like jello. The chicken was so salty and putting it in the gravy just made it worse. The pies were drenched in oil. I will never come back here. read more

I have been a fan of Jollibee since the grand opening of the Plano location in 2020. Then last year I tried the Dallas location, same quality food & customer service. So, need less to say this summer when I heard a location would be opening in Arlington I was elated. Today I decided to venture out that way to order my regular meal. A 3pc chickenjoy with rice, gravy, and a peach mango pie. On my way home the aroma from the food was off putting to say the less. But I didn't really think much about it. Upon arriving home I noticed this meal had a new addition to it "a biscuit." When did Jollibee add biscuits to their menu?!? Nevertheless I tasted it soft, flaky, and buttery. As you can see from my photo I couldn't wait to taste the rice. One of my favorite side items but the rice was overcooked and gummy. I removed the skin from the thigh to notice a build up of undercooked flour. Plus the taste was different I couldn't pinpoint what it was but this chicken didn't taste like the other two locations. Lastly the chicken was undercooked which I noticed immediately following the removal of the skin. $18.68, down the drain...bummer. I will recooked it in my air fryer but I shouldn't have to do all that if it was prepared properly the first time. I'll stick with the other two locations in the DFW. read more

As soon as you enter, you're greeted with a lot of staff at the front counter. When I visited this location they were out of the spicy chickenjoy which is my favorite. Hopefully soon they are able to add other menu items from other Jollibee locations such as palabok. The inside is really small and it's hard to find a spot to eat inside since it's so crowded and there's a lot of new people waiting to try Jollibee. The soda machine was down and all they had to offer was that nasty pineapple quencher stuff but then still charged an up charge despite that being all that was available. I was told multiple times that the payment didn't go through, as I was looking at the money taken out of my bank account. I ended up having to pay with another card and was never refunded for the money taken off of the other. I spent $50 here instead of $25. It was a whole hassle going through the bank to get my money back. Disappointed is an understatement of how I'm feeling.
