Man this place is the truth. Their fried chicken is so freaking good. We have some pretty tasty fried chicken here in Texas but the crunch they get on their fried chicken may be the best I've had in years. The flavor of the chicken itself might benefit from some flavor but I don't even care really. The crunch and flavor of the batter and sauces are outstanding. Prices are a tad high too, to be honest. But overall the food tastes great. Their street food is pretty solid too. Price would be my main issue but even with that, hard to not give them 5 stars. read more

such a cute restaurant! Cool little button on table to press when you are ready to order. We ordered 16 boneless chicken with 2 flavors: Honey Garlic & Cheesling. We ordered 2 sides: Waffle Fries & Corn Cheese. Our favorites were the Honey Garlic and the waffle fries! We took the leftover home and had a full 2nd meal! read more

I've been here twice in the last two months with different people. Although the staff is extremely nice in both instances they were less attentive at the end. It was a little disappointing seeming as if now that they've got the sale, food was delivered they didn't need to check in or they seem reliant on the call button. Which I know that's the purpose of it but they had stopped to see if everything was okay once or twice early on. Food each time was delicious, crispy, & hot! The portions, even the smallest, is enough for at least two people. Cheesling is a fave with that sweet powder, keep in mind it's messy but I don't mind. Make sure you get pickled radish, it's a must. I forgot what flavor my friends got but I did enjoy whatefee I tried, tossed in the right amount of sauce! The rice cakes are also a good choice, both flavors. I didn't try the sweet potato fries but my friend enjoyed them. Bone in & boneless chicken options, always a plus! Cool decor, TVs to keep you entertained. Our table was a bit sticky when we arrived one time, we had been sitting down for awhile before we noticed as I went to move my wallet when the food arrived & we just asked for more napkins to wipe it off overselves. These are the only times I've been here this year, while I will come back it's not on my regular list of places that I'd suggest. I'd most likely go if ssomeone else suggested it. read more

I was excited about trying out BBQ Chicken in Arlington. As I sit in the parking lot furious, I must share the experience for others who care and stand for what's rights. I waited until he helped the lady in front of me. As she left another guy walks in and he proceeds to ask if he could help him. The guy gestures to me as I was there first, but the waitstaff hesitated and asked again could he help the gentleman. The man awkwardly said I'm picking up and looks at the ground to avoid contact with me. Of course I am a black woman and it was a white man. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE! They don't value our dollars. I'll never come back, it's not worth the blatant disrespect. He saw the man walk in the door and stand behind me, yet he asked to help him over me. That's a sign they do it often and we stick around. Go anywhere, but here. I highly DO NOT recommend this place!!!! read more

I love Bb.q but this time the chicken tasted overly greasy, maybe the grease needed to be changed... overall, they're typically consistent and the chicken stilll tasted really good! If you don't want your fries as an appetizer make sure you tell them to bring out with the chicken. Boneless original didn't have as much flavor as it usually do but the spicy original and secret sauce bone-in were both delicious! read more

The food is always fresh and fast! The flavor combinations are unmatched! The honey garlic and Gangham style wings are the best, hands down!

Food is great, hot and quick. The sauce is the boss and there are many selections. Also love the Cheesling fries. Service is great and I love the call buttons on the table that allow you to get your server when needed. Be aware that a party of 5 is considered a large party and automatic gratuity is added. read more

Took me 55 years to find by far my favorite chicken... found them looking for something to Eat when we were working. Have been coming to BB.Q since... 2 Large Boneless spicy galbi... guarntees leftovers!!! They are still awesome the 2nd day.. this is a MUST TRY if you haven't!! read more

Used to be good but pretty mediocre now. Last time I got honey garlic chicken and spicy tteokbokki but both of the togo box was all black on the sides (burnt not the color of the box) this making it taste really burnt. The chicken is usually pretty good, but the tteokbokki is 80% cabbage. Service is always pretty good! read more

This place used to have awesome vibe. Great for hanging out after class for a drink....but now it's just kinda sad. The karaoke doesn't work, the bar side is shut down most of the time and they took out the macaron ice cream sandwiches. Boooo read more

We've passed by this place so many times and today we finally decided we would stop by and try it. We were really excited and when we walked in they were advertising some drinks and floats that we really wanted to try. However, service was below par. The server didn't ask us if it was our first time there and we asked for fries and she didn't tell us they were shareable so we both got huge orders of fries and when we asked what she would recommend she didn't really give us too much to go on- she was not as helpful to us as she was to a group of guys. Restaurant with clean & the atmosphere was cool, but the food didn't impress. They also did not have any of the drinks that they were advertising and a lot of the food on the menu was sold out so we were limited on what we could pick. I don't think we would go back or recommend. read more

Yelpers, I ain't even gonna hold ya these some of the best wings I've had in a LONG time. I will say these wings are a bit on the pricey side, but it's definitely worth it. Finger lickin' is an understatement...lol Crispy, fresh, hot, sticky, tangy, and meaty. I promise I almost went back the next day for some more. Lbsvs Roni's pick read more

I have been wanting to try this place forever! I ordered it to go the process was simple and straightforward. I ordered the rose ttbeokki and honey garlic chicken. When I arrived to pick up my order it was hot and ready. The gentleman assisting me was polite, the restaurant had several people inside enjoying their meal. The tip was set to 25%, I switched it to 18%. The chicken was hot, crispy, and very sweet. The tteokbokki was good. I wasn't a huge fan of the fish cakes, but everything else in it was good. They did not skimp on the cheese. My meal totaled a little over $30 and I felt it was reasonable. I'll definitely be back to try other flavors of chicken. read more

Great chicken, decent service, and a terrible ordering system. The chicken is awesome! Seriously, if you are used to standard "American" fried chicken, you owe it to yourself to come to bb.q and try it out. Their flavors are very good! A little sweet and salty, with a hint of sour, and good heat mixed in. I really enjoyed my meal and will be back. I do hope they figure out the ordering. You are supposed to scan a QR code to get to a menu, but neither of us could get it to take us to the proper location. When asking the server about it, he told us to just scan the thing and then walked off. I went up to the bar to grab real menus and we lived happily ever after. Pricing is a little bit high, but the quality is there to support it so I can't complain. read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. The young man serving the tables was more interested in his girl at the bar than waiting on the customers. I waited 15 minutes with nothing from him. Only one other customer in the place and I know why. read more

The hype is true! Best damn wings in Texas! See my review below: PROS *Chicken is fresh and tender. *The Cheesling boneless wings are actually huge pieces of chicken breast fried and dipped in some kind of powder and something sweet, maybe honey. I don't even care, these things are INCREDIBLE and my FAVORITE. *Original spicy wings taste like regular really good wings. So get the next level of spicy if you want heat. *Galbi wings were good too but I think they may be an acquired taste. I liked them a lot. *Portion size is worth every penny. *Pricey but worth it! *Location is clean but small. *You can dine inside or the patio. CONS *Nothing special about the sides. read more

The chicken here is delicious, highly recommend the honey garlic. The problem is that honey is highly toxic to babies, so when I tried to order a couple of original tenders for my son, I was told that I could only order in increments of 8. I was ordering 16 pieces, and I couldn't allocate 2-3 of them for him...no à la carte option...no kids meal. I had to order 8 pieces of chicken for my 8 month old, which is absolutely ridiculous. We won't be back for that reason, if we can't eat as a family then I'm no longer interested. We didn't have this problem at the TCU location. read more

Overall a good experience. Customer service was great, atmosphere was friendly and clean. The staff was helpful. I wasn't fond of the spicy original chicken; lacked seasoning. The Soy Garlic was crunchy and flavorful. I would try bb.q chicken again. Definitely would let to a more spicier flavored chicken. read more

Great as always! pickup was ready faster than expected and quality, good tasting food per usual :)

The food was good and i've visited several locations of bb.q. We got our check and there was a gratuity tip because we were a LARGE party. There was 5 of us. This has never happened in other locations and there was not a sign posted anywhere that said so. 6 or more people is a large party. not 5. Stop making up your own rules as a chain restaurant. Employees were just watching us eat, there was basically one hispanic girl doing everything. Worst location i've been to in terms of service read more
