Every time I eat here I'm always leaving happy and well into my first trimester of a food baby. Before the pandemic, I never ate inside and only did takeout, but I've come to the realization that dining in is vastly better than the alternative (um, duh?) and even during Covid times I'd stop in with reassurance that the staff takes every little precaution in place to keep customers safe. The chicken is just so much more juicy and hot once it's fresh out of the fryer! There's absolutely no comparison. Once you step in, staff will check your temperature and make you wash your hands in the back before you order anything which is a nice measure. They'll also seat you pretty far away from other diners too both inside or outside. There's always plenty of parking spaces outside and inside they blast popular K-pop all the time so I'm always vibing with the ambiance. I've been trying to avoid this place, but haven't been successful at all. We have to come here and get our KFC (Korean-fried-chicken) fix at least once a month, just for this, they definitely deserve a good review. If you've never had Korean-fried-chicken, you're missing out! These bad boys packed with tons of flavor and probably the crispiest fried chicken you'd ever have! If you have had KFC, BBQ Chicken is the infamous fried chicken in Goblin and Crash Landing on You (amazinggggg dramas if you haven't seen it yet!). The crazy crunchiness is what keeps us coming back. Plus the fact that they're the only KFC in this area. We would come here more often if they can make the fried chicken much spicier. Also, the pickled radish is great and pair well with the meal, but that's the only banchan that they have. We usually order everything to go just so we can have them with the kimchi at home lol. We enjoyed Cici's Cupcake, especially the lychee ones, as the two businesses supported each other at the beginning of the Pandemic. But I didn't love the chicken, though I SO wanted to. I stopped in because a friend recommended it, and I love KFC. First off, when I walked I, they were playing DPR Live. They get a gold star for that. It was easy to order. They get another gold star. The staff was nice and friendly. Of course another gold star. I requested a song, and they played it. I got the medium sweet and spicy wings which came with 9 wings. After a 30 minute ride home, the chicken was still warm and crunchy. We also got the waffle fries. They are seasoned and tasty. I'm not a fan of ttebokki, but I tried the so tteok so tteok anyway. I have only had bb.q to go and this is the first time I went inside to eat. There was a small patio out front and we were immediately greeted upon entering and offered to pick our seat. We were provided with menus and advised to push the button on the table when ordering. Although I came to have their delicious Korean chicken wings, the lack of variety in the menu was disappointing. We were served with a plastic bottle of water and three shot sized metal cups for our drink. We ordered French fries, sweet potato fries, Bonless Spicy Galbi, honey garlic wings, Gangnam style wings, and bonless original with two sides of ranch. The presentation of each item served in metal baskets were nice, it did not make sense for our fries to arrive as an appetizer and was cold by the time the wings arrived. The crowd picked up while we were there and was given another staff member to work our table. There was no additional service provided until I asked for our to go box and check. I also ordered a Joy Ice Cream sandwich and was left with a vanilla as the cookies and cream were sold out. Upon checking out, I was not provided with my check but just given the credit card scanner to complete out the tip. Until I requested to have a copy of my receipt, I realized I was charged an extra automatic 18% gratuity for having 3 guests. Location: This place is nestled in a Kroger shopping strip across the parking lot from Chase bank. It's pretty easy to find, and there's plenty of parking space! Seating/Ordering: They have a cute little patio with limited seating right out front. When walking in, there's a bar to your left and the dining area is to your right. It looks small, but the booths are so comfortable! There was a sign that said to "Please wait to be seated". When we were greeted and placed at a table, they asked if we had ever been before. When we told them no, this was our first time here, they explained the neat call-button feature on our table. Instead of waiting for service, we could press the button instead! Service: The service was very quick and super friendly! Anytime we pressed the call-button, the waiter came right away. When we were seated, they immediately brought us a pitcher of water and little stainless steel cups so we didn't even need to order water. Food came out pretty quickly but we came on a weeknight and it wasn't too busy. Food Quality: We ordered bone-in and boneless wings so we could try both. Our bone-in wings were honey garlic flavor. It was very sweet and super crunchy. The boneless wings were Cheeseling flavor. They were out favorite and even my toddler enjoyed these very much! The meat was super juicy and packed with umami flavor with a hint of sweetness. They are jamming K-Pop over the speakers which I think is great and most everyone that I have noticed is having in a good mood especially when they leave full and happy. The wings are spectacular, we have tried all of the flavors and I really don't think you could go wrong with any of them. Just be aware, the spicy is spicy - as long as you read the labels you'll be good. The absolute best part about the food is the crispiness of the chicken. It's perfect!! Was so pleased to find a bbq chicken in Arlington -- a city where not many Koreans live! I wanted to treat myself for Korean chicken so I called in to order a medium maple crunch chicken, medium cheesling chicken and takoyaki as a side. I pulled up to the store after placing my order. I was so surprised to see there were absolutely ZERO Asians in this bbq chicken. As a Korean, I had an internal pleasure to see that Korean culture and KFC is being widespread like this. In ATL, they don't sell takoyaki or the maple crunch -- I was especially excited to try the maple crunch as that was an exclusive flavor only available in South Korea. After I got the food, my first thought was to never order takoyaki to-go. It tasted good but the visual was just not it. Also the bread was way too mushy for me. The taste itself was great but I think I'd only order it for dine-in. The maple crunch chicken was excellent. I thought it would be too buttery or heavy, but it was perfectly seasoned with sweetness. The app and their website was glitchy all afternoon and would not let me apply 20% off coupon they advertised online. I tried several times and it did not work.
