I have never eaten Korean bbq before so I went in not knowing anything. I guess you could say I STILL haven't eaten Korean bbq because I ordered the chicken friend rice and the dumplings! ;) I played it safe! But the chicken fried rice was really good with the master sauce and the dumplings were delicious! Everything was so fresh! There are no pans of fried rice on a steamer. I came in at 5:40 on a Sunday I didn't realize they closed at 6:30 but I had already drove 20 mins so I went in and ordered anyways Store was empty and a nice man greeted me, I ordered the Kimchi Jigae w/ pork which was the recommended protein by the nice man and a fountain drink the total was around 20$ The service was quick (I assume they were cleaning during this because it was so close to closing) I got my food at 6:00 and it looked beautiful I have never had Kimchi Jigae / Stew but this is one of my favorite Korean dishes now. Wow what a find! We were in Burleson today and decided to Yelp for a restaurant. I surprised my hubby in picking a Korean restaurant since I've never liked any of the other Korean restaurants we've been to. Reviews and pictures looked so good, we decided to give it a go. I'm so happy we did. The portion sizes were great. I ordered the spicy pork that I really appreciated was not spicy at all, just fantastic flavor. We live in Mansfield but can see us driving out for a craving of this restaurant in the future. I didn't take a pic of my hubby's Mango Fruit Tea with Boba and the self-serve miso soup, but both were also good. One other thing that was great is the restaurant has a self-service cooler that has a large variety of sauces, which I'm a Sauce queen and can never have enough sauce.
