This is the best fried chicken I have ever had. The Gongjeong boneless chicken is super crispy. With the tasty soy glaze and jalapeños. Paired with the sweet pickled Korean radishes. It is happiness in a box. read more

GIMME ME MORE GIMME MORE ..... That's what Britney said!!! As per usual I've been seeing this poppin up on Yelp.... So I said let me just swing on by and see what's going on here. When tell you glad I did . Food: I ordered the medium BB wings & and the gangnam style wings... I was not disappointed at all very flavorful had a nice crunch to them the BB wings had a special seasoning. That just hit right !!! Now well say the wing a little pricey for just wings and no side, but they do give you a handful of wings.I'm not sure if I remember how many but it was a decent amount. It's in a chill location. They do have a patio for you to sit outside and enjoy or you can sit inside. I definitely will be back again !!! We need a location in fort Worth but I don't mind the drive sometimes!! read more

bb.q Chicken - Gangnam wings on the left and bb wings on the right - Korean Near Me - Arlington, Texas

we love bbq chicken, but the customer service i received today over the phone really upset me. I was having my car serviced in Arlington and decided to order from the arlington location. I received the wrong order, so i called them to let them know. they said they will comp my incorrect item for the next one, but i live in fw. So i denied. i asked a refund, but then he had to add"you know there's a bbq chicken closer to you so you don't have to come here". sounded like i was talking to a child which i was prob. but he didn't have to be snarky. so this customer service at this location is not good! EDIT 07/15/2021 the manager never issued the refund. bunch of gen z scammers and liars. reporting this store to corporate for their behavior. read more

Went there for lunch last week. Food is very good but beware they charge for everything, and the prices are a bit inflated. For lunch, 3 adults and 1 child was 80.00 and they automatically charge a 15% gratuity. Food was ok but not 80 worth ok. Will probably not going back unless I win the lottery. read more

Ordered takeout on 6/1/2023 at around 5 pm. I got to the restaurant saying that I am here to pick up my order. I was told that it would take an extra 8 minutes for it to finish by the male cashier. I then wait an extra 30 minutes for it. The original male cashier that was working left so I guess his shift ended. Afterwards I go up to the register again to ask how much longer on my order since i've watched about 5 orders leave ahead of me. Turns out that somehow he had given my order away with someone else. So at this point i've waited for 45 minutes only to find that I was not going to get my order. The other worker tried to help me, but at that point it was no longer worth my time to wait for the food all over again. This is my 4th visit since pandemic has started and ever since then the quality in service has been taking a sharp nosedive compared to before. read more

Bad service ever I had . Never go back to this location even my kids love their chicken. We were there tonight, and when I got to pay, the guy( I forgot to take his name) gave me the wrong bill. After that he chased me and said my card declined to pay, he need I pay again. However I check my bank it's already charged, I told him about that. Now he turn back and start to yelling and so rude to me, he screaming he charged wrong table, he will refund and charge again. At frist he said my card declined now he know he was mistaken. But he act like that's was my fault. He ruin all my night, especially this my birthday. FRIST TIME IN MY LIFE GOT THE SERVICE FROM THE RUDE YOUNG GUY. SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!. Picked up some fried chicken for a family gathering; this was by far the best friend chicken;

Wow! Amazing chicken wings! I love it. I recommend coming here at night for their special $2 happy hour on the soju ice cream and some of their sides/fries are on sale! All beers $2! The chicken was so juicy and crispy, and barely had any batter on it. It was so good, i believe we got the honey garlic and the original. The sweet potatoes were great. The appetizer was okay, it was just mini smokies and rice cake, but for $2? Why not. The pickled daikon taste so good with the chicken, you gotta try it together. I do not recommend getting the whole chicken, stick with the wings and it will change your life. Thank you. read more

I'm so glad that they decided to open a location in Arlington !! Now I don't have to drive all the way to the Carrollton location. Fresh crispy battered chicken / wings! If you haven't had Korean styled wings, what the heck are you waiting for! You won't regret it unless you prefer soggy wings, lol. Honey garlic and original flavors are my personal favorites. Ask for the cheesling flavor on the side so you can dip it and try it and add to everything else you order. I don't really care for the sweet potatoes fries. Regular fries are better. Get the spicy rice cakes and add cheese!!!!! They make it when you order so if you are wanting to pick up / time crunch be sure to call ahead about 25minutes to place your order ! read more

Absolutely delicious 10/10! 100% recommend Bone in Wings they are so good Love that they gave me ketchup I also absolutely loved the fries read more

The day we came they were doing a tasting menu so we got to try every flavour they had on bone in and boneless. I usually always go for boneless but the bone in had the most flavour and was delicious. It was all delicious. The flavours were great. They only thing that wasn't great was the service, we were sat at the bar and it wasn't one person who was helping you, it was anyone who was around basically, making the service not great. The food did take longer than expected to come out the kitchen but I'm gonna put that down to the tasting menu taking longer to cook. I'd go back! read more

I would make BBQ chicken the second best chicken! I really love their interior of the designs on walls and looks, the staff are very nice and welcoming, tho this place is the closest place for Korean fried chicken since I wouldn't want to drive all the way up to Carrollton for those kbbq craving! - Food: I always get appetizers which is always takoyaki and rice cake skewers, both are amazing and nothing could go wrong! As for my main food, my favorite will always be the half and half the originals and secret spicy, they're so crunchy and juicy that you can easily rip it off the bones and still enough the flavor with no problem! - Fyi: Sometime they forget the things you ask after you're done with the meal but just gotta be patience with them since they usually get packed and also busy with orders. Service would likely be 4.5/10 for me, but everything is great! Nothing is wrong! read more

I am so glad BBQ WING is close by. I was exploring yelp and was in the mood for chicken wings. I Punched that in and this place was the first to pop up. Don't be discouraged with the prices because believe me, I totally was. I decided to order. The pictures looked amazing and I couldn't resist myself. Man oh man, these wings are probably the best wings in Arlington let alone the best I ever had. Nicely smothered. Great taste. The little crispy skin was my most favorite. I didn't get to pick up my order so I dont know about restaurant itself. I'll see it next time. I'm so excited to go back and try the rest of their menu. If there is a happy hour. This location has a little different menu than other bbq locations. You have to get the cheeseling powder on your fries - it's so addicting. The chicken is always juicy and crispy. Great service. Same great quality and taste as the one in Carrollton! I'm really glad they decided to open one in Arlington. I used to have to drive 40 mins to satisfy my craving. Now it's only 15 mins away. If it's your first time, you can't go wrong with soy garlic. They're still having their soft opening so they will have to close early from time to time. The best way to know if they're closing early for the night is to check their social media (facebook or Instagram) very happy with the food and service overall. read more

Food is good, but service...not so much. The guy would barley look me in my eye and just no smile, not friendly. It's like geeze do you even want me here. I asked for a bad and to check out, the guy said sure and then he just left for the day. I'm usually a good tipper but not this time. I'm sorry, but no matter how good the food is, I refuse to pay to be treated poorly. I came 5/26 at around 3ish. I was very friendly and he Just clearly didn't want to be there. Finally a Korean chicken wing place in Arlington! If you live closer to Arlington or Ft Worth then you finally don't have to drive too far for Korean chicken wings. This is the same BBQ Chicken as the one in Carrolton so if you're a fan of them this place will not disappoint. Inside - roomier than I thought, a lot of tables for smaller groups (2-6). Pretty cool decor and wall art! Clean and has a sink outside the restroom. Service - some tables have a button you can press for service. I went on a Sunday evening and it got busy real quick so service can depend on how busy they get. I also think they're still trying to hire new people so bear with them! Servers were nice overall. There is bar service as well. Food - chicken itself was so juicy and tender. We got the honey garlic, secret spicy, and gangnam flavors. I only wish it was a little saucier but maybe you can ask for the chicken to be extra wet? Also recommend the waffle fries over normal fries! Check this place out! Arlington deserves more restaurants like this one. read more

I went last night. Amazing! Very crispy. The two sauces were really good. One was sweet & spicy The other was hot I had the half chicken that is cut into multiple pieces for maximum crust. The chicken is fried in olive oil. Fries were really good. They have multiple flavors in their chicken wings. It got busy quickly last night but the young staff handled it with a smile & ease. The manager checked in to make sure all was good. They have a bar & appetizers also. Next time. read more

BBQ Chicken!! So happy that they came to Arlington. We love fried chicken and went to their soft opening. (There's a discount right now for those who love to save a few bucks). The wait is quite long atm and took about an hour for us to get our food. Service was okay as no one refilled our waters and they seem to be a little understaffed. We ordered our favorite honey garlic wings which was crispy and delicious! Pieces of garlic were evenly distributed on every wing. The Gangnam style wings were not as flavorful and they didn't put on that many chili peppers for the wings. If you love fried chicken and don't mind the wait, come lick your fingers here. read more

When I told my sister I was craving Korean fried chicken, she recommended BBQ Chicken. I was so happy to hear there was a good kfc spot closer than Carrollton. We ordered the BB wings, soy garlic, and hot spicy half chicken. My favorite was the BB wings! Soooo crispy and tender! I loved the flavoring, with just a bit of spice. We took the order to-go. It took about 20 minutes, so I'd recommend to call ahead if possible. There were a couple other people waiting also. Inside was clean and staff was wearing masks. I'd definitely come back when I'm in town again. read more

Great food. Absolutely love the radish. I live in Weatherford but I always stop in when I'm in town.

Needless to say the quality of what this place had has DRAMATICALLY gone down hill. I wasn't going to even speak how much the portion sized has changed cause I was like "well, inflation" but this once crispy and delicious chicken has turned into just another soggy crap shoot wing place when they use to be one of a kind. I am severely depressed from opening this box and seeing how much these chickens suffered to not be as crispy as its counterparts. They are up in the heavens having a civil war amongst each other due to how unfair these recent chickens have been getting breaded and sauced. read more

bb.q Chicken - Needless to say the quality of what this place had has DRAMATICALLY gone down hill. - Korean Near Me - Arlington, Texas

I was so happy to hear that this place opened so close to where I lived! It was one of my favorite chicken places in Korea, and I wanted to see if this location was as good. First, the place is very clean and well decorated. It has a lot of cute decorations, and a bar. The only downside is the price. I understand the price of the chicken, but the appetizers are way too expensive. Then, there's the chicken. The chicken was so good, that even though the prices were high on the apps, I have to give them 5 starts. It tastes just like the original chicken abroad. Very crispy, but not greasy. Super delicious. Boy he orders were a size medium. As an added bonus, the staff was very nice. The manager (? I think) gave ya advice on which flavors to pick and we really enjoyed our meals. I'll definitely be coming back soo read more

Will be back for some more chicken! It was delicious and the service is excellent. Very friendly staff!

What in the WHAT?! What took me so long to get here!? I have NEVER had chicken this crispy. The flavors were so en pointe. The chicken was juicy and so flavorful...but do you know what I really, REALLY loved?? The freaking FRENCH FRIES. I have to admit, I'm kind of a French fry snob. There are certain places I won't even touch their fries...but when the brought the steaming basket of fries to my table, I just KNEW I was about to go to French fry heaven. Heck-I would go there just to nom nom on the fries! Decor was cute, they make you wash your hands before sitting and they temps when you walk in. Service was ok-we had like three different people bringing us stuff-but nothing to rave about. We will DEFINITELY be back. I really want to try their other sauces!! read more

I was so excited to hear a Korean Fried Chicken place was opening in Arlington and I couldn't wait to try it! And, oh boy, is this place good!! The food was fresh and hot. The chicken was delicious and the sweet potato fries were perfect. My daughter LOVED the Honey Garlic flavor, and so did I. The Cheesling is very flavorful and everyone liked that flavor. My Mom's favorite was the Gangnam style wings. They had a lot of flavor without being (overly) spicy. We had food leftover so we took it home. My daughter decided to reheat it because she got hungry before bed and she reconfirmed that it is all delicious. Aside from the good food, the restaurant was clean and the servers were friendly. Came by a few times to make sure we didn't need anything and it wasn't too excessive. They were friendly and kept my water glass full. My only critique (and this probably isn't a valid one because I will not be in the majority on this one) is that the music was too loud for my liking. But it wasn't so loud that it bothered me. Definitely coming back so try all of the other flavors! P.S.- we found the tteok bokki to be too spicy for our tastes. But if you like spicy then this is a great dish for you! read more

One of the many things that South Korea does very very very well is fried chicken. For those of you who have never had the pleasure of visiting South Korea let me explain something to you. Korean fried chicken is not just ordinary fried chicken. It's special. Special in a way that made me jump for joy when I saw that a Korean fried chicken place had opened up within 15 minutes of my house. BBQ is a very well known chain in South Korea. This location didn't disappoint even though it was still in soft opening phase. The breading on the chicken was light and crispy, and the sauce was light enough so as not to ruin the crunch but still plenty flavorful. Sweet potato fries were also perfectly cooked. Portions are large for sharing. The half and half that we got was literally an entire chicken that had been freshly fried. It was a great amount of meat and so much food that my wife and I had to take leftovers. They also have boneless as well if that's your thing. It's all made fresh so it will probably take at least 15-20 minutes from ordering depending on how busy they are, but it's worth the wait. I'll be back to test some of the rest of the menu next time. read more

Food was ok. Service was good. I give it a 3 stars because I don't like that they charge for everything and they automatically include an 18% gratuity because as they stated "people are not tipping" I personally tip, however I don't like that they impose it on the customer.
