Stopped in here for a quick pizza slice and it exactly what I needed. I wanted pepperoni with olives and they delivered (and totally didn't skimp on the olives) . The two guys working were chatting about keeping the place clean (which if was, especially for being across from a high school and right after lunch). Sometimes it's rare to find a place that offers pizza by the slice but this place was referred to me as a great pizza place, despite it being called Atomic Wings. Came in for the friends and family event prior to the grand opening April 6th to give a try of everything. Was greeted immediately and walked up to the counter! I got a 10 wing basket with all flats in half Buffalo medium half mango jabanero with a side of fries and a drink. My friend got 10 boneless wings in half teriyaki and half garlic parmesan with a drink from the cooler. First thing that stood out is that the wings were great sizes in both the bone in flats and boneless!!! With comparable pricing to other places in the area as well! Every flavor I tried tonight was SO good. They have a special texas flavor they had us try that is the Buffalo hot with the garlic parmesan, probably my go to from now on! It's on the secret menu so don't be scared to ask for it!! The fries are waffle style with a great crunch and great seasoning ratio. I'm such a sauce girl and didn't even need any they tasted so good! The next thing they had us try were the sweet corn nuggets with a sweet chili sauce. The crunch they have were great since some places are soggy. They have grilled instead of fried wings, halal and vegetarian options too, as well as plan on having alcohol options in the future as well. I can't wait to come back!! Ok this review has nothing to do with the last that was working she was very pleasant. I placed my order at 2 for a pickup at 5:05. I showed up and my food was not ready. The lady at the counter told me she was by herself and needed the minutes. Ok, I get it crap happens but if you have 3 hours you should be able to get the food on time. She was very appologitc and ten minutes turned into over 20. Come up find out it was her first day and she was by herself. So the management needs help. Lets talk about the food. Was craving something really spicy and saw this joint so popped in and was not disappointed. Their mango was not spicy at all to me, less spicy than the mango habanero at bdubs. Their nuclear flavor was where it was at. A BBQ base with a nice capsaicin extract flavor & burn after, it took over the bbq flavor with heat. Im not a huge bbq wings fan and I loved it. Ended up asking for a side and pouring it on my mango. Starts off not overly spicy but after 10 wings, went from sweating, to crying, to coughing, I loved it! Their atomic was really vinegary and Smokey. A bit of too much of both for me to enjoy but I'm sure others may like. Made to order! It makes all the difference in the world. I've been there 3x in one week because the wings are tender, juicy and flavorful. Several options to choose from, but as stated on their website and in house, some items are unavailable. I purchased the traditional 5pc twice and then a 10pc. Hot Lemon Pepper is number one so far followed by Hot Garlic Parmesan and Buffalo Hot with Atomic sauce. The side items (waffle fries, jalapeño poppers, dipping sauces) are standard, cooked fresh and cost about the same as the wings. So I pass on some of those items and forward to trying the deep fried oreos and lemonade/tea drinks. The dining is small and seems spacious enough without feeling crowded. The store is located in one of Arlington oldest shopping centers and across the street from the high school. read more

I went one day while my kid was in driving class and fell in love. Their food was great and the lady at the front was great as well. I had the loaded waffle fries and it was a perfect meal. The following day I placed an online order, they called me about 5 min after I placed my order to let me know they were out of cheese for the fries. I was parked outside by that point so I just walked inside. The guy said they were on the phone with the manager and would refund me the money, I had ordered the exact same thing as the previous day. A week later and still nothing. Two weeks later I call and the guy said he would remind his manager again on Monday. We are now on week 4 and I still have no refund and still waiting on the manager that never seems to be onsite or answering calls I guess. read more

It's okay. Been here twice the first time was better than the second time. First go around it was good nothing too crazy it's wings. Second time ordered dry rub flavored wings and the wings lacked seasoning or taste of and the hot lemon pepper was mild with very little kick. Fries were cold unfortunately. Also I feel like 1 ranch/ blue cheese cup should be included instead of making it an automatic 99¢ charge. Recommend if you just want fast wings and not expecting nothing too crazy. read more

Ok, I wanted to love all things, but we did not. We ordered: Mac n cheese, combo 10 wings with sweet potato fries and a drink, a 5 piece wing and some extra sauce. The flavors we got were honey bbq and garlic Parmesan. The flats were really good, super hot and tender. The others were dry and over cooked. You couldn't eat the entire wing. You can tell those had been sitting around for a while or they over cooked them. All in all, they weren't bad but it wouldn't cause me to come back. The Mac n cheese, after one bite from both my husband and I , went directly into the trash. We ordered it for pick up. Tell me why a soupy runny Mac n cheese was packaged in a styrofoam container with foil wrapped around it. That does not make for secure packaging. The flavor was over the top fake butter and absolutely no cheese flavor. Texture was gritty! The noodles were almost overcooked. That was a literal waste of $4. The sweet potato fries, ok I'll own that one. I know I should not have ordered those "to go" since you know they're going to get soggy, and they were. Again packaging was subpar and they were so soggy. I added salt to them and they were ok, but so so soggy. All in all, I dont think I'd be back. Yes most of the wings were incredibly hot so you know they were fresh, but they put the fresh ones on top of the not fresh ones. Also, when my husband arrived, the order wasn't ready and in fact, they had to go look for it and told him to "give them a couple minutes." So I'm not sure they were even paying attention. Hey! These are the best wings I've ever had. I've been to all the big wing places, and wing restaurants. This place tops them all. The mild buffalo is very mild - like real mild. The other flavors are great too - huge variety. The wings were cooked well and not dry, but juicy. Waffle fries are the bomb. This restaurant will have a Grand Opening next week but they have been open for a week or so. I stopped in to check out their wings. I was pleased to see that they have thighs too. I got a take out order of 4 thighs and 5 wings, both with hot Buffalo sauce. The aroma of the Buffalo sauce on the short drive home was wonderful. I appreciated that the styrofoam clamshell packaging had been lined with aluminum foil, a great touch and prevented the hot wings from melting the styrofoam. The top of the packages also had holes punched in them to allow steam to escape so the wings and thighs didn't get soggy. The wings (5.99) were amazing. 5 was about the right amount. The thighs ($4.99) not so much. They were dried out and the meat was crunchy. Given this is a new establishment, I'm willing to give the thighs another try next time. I'll definitely be back Atomic Wings offers traditionally cooked, breaded, and grilled wings, thighs and tenders. They have typical sides to accompany the wings, fountain drinks and a variety of bottled soft drinks. Would have been 5 stars for service and wings, but the thighs and having coke slaw on the menu but really just carrot and celery sticks cost them a star. Glad to have a new restaurant near my house to try out. The restaurant has a small seating area , all the tables were clean. I like that you can see into the kitchen when ordering, everything looked clean and organized. I tried the chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, and waffle fries. I got my 5 chicken tenders tossed in the medium buffalo sauce. I wish I had got the sauce on the side, which they offered to do. It's my mistake for ordering a meh flavor, I should have ordered it hot. The medium buffalo was a little too tame for me, cause I like it spicy. The tenders were all good sized and 5 was the correct amount to get, because I am full! The mozzarella sticks were a little disappointing. Seems like store bought sticks that I could just get frozen at the grocery store. I was hoping for something a little more hand crafted, no dipping sauce came with the order, unfortunately. Marinara would be good. The waffle fries are crispy and golden and gently seasoned. Unfortunately, I am not a fan of the oil they used to cook them in. The taste of the fries reminds me of any fried food bought at the state fair, and has a funnel cake type taste. I think if they tried a different oil, maybe canola oil, the fries would taste more like chick-Fil-a fries, which is my preference. No ketchup packets for the fries came with the to-go order. Make sure you check they got your to-go order right before you leave, I think they are still working out the kinks. read more

I got the thai chili bone in wings and jerk bbq boneless wings from here. The boneless wings looked more like chicken nuggets but plenty of meat and flavor was good. Really enjoyed the thai chili wings. Will definitely go back and try others. read more
