I patiently waited for this place to open and now that it has I'm not that happy. Got a dozen bagels the first day they officially opened and they looked good, but were hard like they were already a few days old. By the third day they were like bricks and I had to throw away 4 bagels, I was not happy about that ! So I waited a couple of weeks, thinking maybe they've worked the kinks out, and went back. I only ordered a half dozen just in case. Well, same problem... are they baking them the day before ? Over baking them ? I don't know, but they are hard when we buy them and after 2 days they're inedible. I will not give up yet, but if they are not fresh on my next visit I can't support this business any longer. I like fresh bagels that last at least 2 days. I have yet to get a bagel that is still warm when I get there as they open the doors, why is that ? And are you saying that a "fresh" bagel can't stay good for 2 days ?? Why in the hell would I freeze a bagel that I want to eat tomorrow ? Finally found a bagel down here in Florida that I absolutely love. This place knows their bagels boy are they good you can eat them there you can take them home you can get them With a Schmeer, or you can buy lots of different spreadable cream cheese is to add him on top when you get home. All kinds of bagels plain bagels salt bagels everything bagels fruit bagels they also have other things in there but I'm so far stuck on the bagels highly recommend you got a try it read more

Place is always busy. Bagels are awesome. Get there early if you want to have a choice they run out quickly.

We love the bagels at Joint; they are the closest to S. Florida/NY bagels we've found. After driving all the way home to Nocatee I discovered a significant error in the order. I called and spoke to Scott who immediately offered to bring us the correct bagels. Twenty minutes or so later, Scott was at our door and he couldn't have been nicer, nor more apologetic for the error. Amazing customer service AND GREAT BAGELS! Who could ask for more?!!! read more

i've lived in florida for about 5 years now, and being from Long Island NY, i'd call myself a bit of a bagel snob. I've been to Joint Bagel Co. about 5 or 6 times now since they've opened, and while there were some definitely some kinks they were working out in the first week or two, the last two times I was there, they seemed like they were much more settled in and starting to get into the groove of things. Now about the bagels themselves... easily the best bagels i've had in Florida (I'm obsessed with bagels so i've tried em all) and honestly better than a lot of bagel places on Long Island which is almost sacrilegious to say but hey, its true. my only complaint is that this place is in the opposite direction of where i work, otherwise i'd probably be there every damn day. these are the real deal man, these bagels don't play. read more

Excellent bagels for an excellent price! A bakers dozen brings each bagel out to around a dollar. Their cream cheese selection is great and yummy. The guy that works the counter, taking your order so friendly, energetic and helpful. The rest of the staff is the same from how I saw them interact. Super yummy and best in the area. Have been anticipating the opening for a while now. Very disappointing. Bagels were good but not as fresh as I would expect for Sunday am. As mentioned by another reviewer their system is slow and the people who work there need to step it up and move the line along. We bought our own cream cheese and bagels separately to get out quicker as we saw how long others were waiting. $8.50 for pound of veggie cream cheese is a little beyond my budget and we are from NY! This place is so much more than bagels. They're the BEST FREAKING BAGELS I have ever had. First off, they're baked fresh daily (no preservatives) so I feel good about giving them to my kid. They freeze beautifully which is good because you'll want to get a million of them. And the fresh made cream cheeses are delicious (get the cheddar jalapeño bagel with the jalapeño cream cheese ). The bagel sandwiches are tasty too - and sooo filling. If you call ahead you can pick everything up at the drive thru; just don't forget to get the coffee! read more

Totally in love with this restaurant. I had heard about Joint Bagel from a friend. My first visit was a late morning stop and I got in there right before they ran out of bagels for the day. There weren't many choices left so I picked an everything bagel and added egg, cheese and bacon. My order was to go so I didn't taste my food until I was home. Very good. This restaurant is less than 5 miles from my house so it offers me great convenience. The only rub is that if you don't either call and order first or get there first thing in the morning, they will run out of bagels and close for the day. The bagels are THAT GREAT!! This is now my favorite breakfast or snack spot. With having them on my speed dial, I am able to order and pick up on my way to work. The other great thing about them is their drive thru is ONLY for preordered pick up. So you have to input an order or call ahead to even be in their drive thru. Should you have an opportunity, I greatly recommend the food here. Oh, and the cream cheese spreads are whipped up so light and creamy they are like putting non sweet icing on your bagel. My favorite so far is the strawberry cream cheese which is sweet but not too sweet. mmm I'm having my everything bacon, egg and cheese bagel while I write this review.... yummy :) read more
