Visited on 4/1/26 girl at the front very nice. However during our drive from Legoland to here we looked over the website at their specials decided as a family of 5 what we were going to order to pick up and drive home with. We called to place an order to be told they no longer do specials and the menu online prices aren't correct either....okay no big deal. Even with the specials and seeing the price I thought hmmm little over priced but it is what it is. So we ended up ordering a large meatheads pizza pepperoni, sausage, meatballs and some garlic knots for 28.00 bucks. I included some pics of the menu I picked up there. Overall the pizza was wonderful. Definitely update the WEBSITE there's plenty of competition in Newburgh for a few dollars extra will add some wings and a soda. This place is a one and done for me. There's not much in this direct area so it was definitely nice to find a pizzeria with good food and lots of offerings. This spot seems like it's a regular for anyone working in the area as it was definitely busy during lunch time! I actually ended up ordering a salad but the pizza in the display case looked amazing. I ordered the "Choppity Chop Cobb Salad." It wasn't just a clever name. The salad was huge and really, really delicious. The chicken wasn't dried out and tasted really fresh. I almost ate the whole thing. I thoroughly enjoyed that salad. On pickup, the staff was friendly and my salad was ready really quickly. I would definitely return to try something new. Came here after picking up a door dash order and wanted to try it myself. I ordered over phone ahead of time a bang band chicken wrap on a honey wheat wrap. Drove out to get it and my order was pretty much ready as I got in after a few minutes. The girl behind counter is very friendly and checks orders thoroughly for accuracy. She offered if I wanted to get a slice while they finish up my order, I declined but it was very polite to ask. Now for the wrap, chicken was lightly breaded and crispy, also surprisingly it was not oily like most fried chicken Is. There was a lot chicken in the wrap, it was well loaded. Bang bang sauce was tangy, spicy and sweet, wanted inside the wrap. Lettuce was nice and shredded , glad it was not a whole piece, that slides around. Omg called ahead to grab some wings to take out. Took a piece to cook but omg were they good. Soft and not hard and old deep fry stuff. Had the Teriyaki ( a bit saltier than we used to but it grew on ya) & the Hobo ( honey bourbon ). Yum now that one was sweet n heat. So I think we had a great combo. The girls inside were great as we chatted them up while waiting. Of course we were hungry so looking at the pizza ... Had to have a slice of sausage pizza, Yummy while I waited. Johnnys is one of my favorite restaurants in the area. Johnnys doesn't look like much from the outside but they are putting out some really great food. They are also in a really great location. I eat at Johnny's one or two times a week or when I'm coming back from a trip. The menu at Johnny's has everything. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Johnny's is one of the only pizza places in the area where you can get breakfast. I'm not going to go over the entire menu in my review but I will state some of the items that I like. For breakfast my favorite thing to get would be the big breakfast burrito. At five dollars you cannot go wrong. They also have hand rolled bagels and fresh-baked goods every morning. It still blows my mind that a pizza place is putting out buttermilk pancakes at breakfast time but it works. For lunch and dinner Johnny's offers a lot of different food options. If you're interested and appetizers I highly recommend that you pulled a chicken quesadillas. I also highly recommend the jumbo wings. Out of every pizza place in this area in my opinion Johnny's has the best wings they are fresh and they are never frozen and I could tell the difference between fresh and frozen wings. Johnny says who made roast turkey which is absolutely delicious and their homemade roast beef. They use both of these on a variety of their sandwiches and it taste amazing. The burgers here are very good and they're big I recommend getting the chipotle cheddar burger they actually use real chipotle pepper and it's very spicy. For the Panini's and wraps my favorite Panini is the turkey bacon cheddar panini. They're putting their homemade roast turkey on the Panini with bacon grilled tomato and melted cheddar and ranch dressing. For the wraps I recommend the Johnny's Po boy with fried shrimp bacon melted mozzarella lettuce tomato and ranch. Also recommend a sandwich called the H-bomb this is a big sandwich and has everything on it it's a wrap with chicken fingers sliced homemade turkey lettuce pickles red roasted peppers and hummus I never thought that this combination would work but for eight dollars it is absolutely worth it and delicious. The pizzas here at Johnny's or a little bit more expensive than some of the other pizzerias in the area. You can get an all day plain pie for $12.99. The pizzas are really big here but at 1299 it can be expensive. The pizzas are a very thin style. A slice from johnny's display will remind you of city pizza because the slices are city size. Still not city pizza but no pizzeria up here compares to the pizza down to Manhattan. As someone who travels one week minimum out of every month I end up coming here a lot. I met the owner Johnny and he's a very nice guy he's down to earth and completely normal. Johnny owns another pizzeria called you guessed it Johnny's in Newburgh he also owns a couple different restaurants in the area. Johnny's delivers for free. The staff here is always friendly and sometimes if I'm coming back from the airport I'll just pull my car out front and I'll bring my food out for me. There is not a lot of seats and tables inside. the parking lot is not a huge it can be difficult to get in and out of this parking lot even though it's on the main road. Overall Johnny's is a very solid place is located extremely close to the airport and they're doing simple food the right way! If you are in the area I highly recommend stopping by and having one of their sandwiches. PROS: - great food - homemade turkey and roast beef - free delivery - friendly staff CONS: - parking lot is small and hard to maneuver. read more

Good spot for a quick slice or 2 of pizza. They have probably about a dozen different pizzas available for slices. Anything from your basic cheese, to the usual pepperoni, to the more creative gyro pizza or ranch chicken pizza. I went with the standard 1 slice of pepperoni and 1 slice of sausage, and wasn't disappointed. Quick, friendly service, and delicious, hot pizza. They also have a full menu of other lunch items, but I've always gone with the pizza. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area. I will be back. read more

Johnny's Pizza? Not sure if it's any good because they gave us the wrong item. We figured it out when we got home. Called and was asked if we still wanted the special ty pizza we ordered versus the plain we got. Um yes, it was $7 more expensive. "Ok I have to call my boss and I'll call you back". Ten minutes later we get a call back asking to give the plain pie back and the offer to deliver the correct one. How long you ask, well it'll be at least 40 minutes. We ask to have the "boss" call us back and we're still waiting another 10+ minutes. The level of customer service we were offered is so low it's unbelievable. I get its Saturday night but you messed up and you're not even attempting to make it right. At this point I'm not even sure if she fired the pizza or she's waiting for the boss to authorize. Ok, now it's 15, minutes later and the same girl called backed confirming that they had not even started the replacement pizza because she wasn't sure what the boss wanted to do. Now I am on hold, attempting to demand that the boss call us to discuss this situation. The boss is still to busy. They still haven't made the pie. We can't bring all the food back to get a total refund. ($38). They don't care that I'm posting this. Update: The correct pizza arrived 3hrs after the original order. We still have not been contacted by a supervisor, manager, or owner. At this point in time we are still requesting a full refund as none of the food was consumed. Final Update: We were contacted and given our money back. This was a terrible ordeal that should have / could have been resolved that night in a timely manner. Tiny waiting area, but well worth the shoulder to shoulder wait. They used to be closed on Sundays, but not anymore. Prices are a bit steep, but the pizza is to die for. May I recommend the Sicilian? She says do you mind if we make it without it??? I said well then that would not be a calzone. I ordered from them two weeks ago and they forgot my marinara sauce. I called to let them know the sauce was missing. I thought the driver would just come back. Nooooo she tells me she must have forgotten to put it in the box and the driver is on his way to Wallkill. So by the time he went to Wallkill and back to Johnnys and came back to me it would be about an hour. No thanks we'll just eat it dry. I can't believe I am writing this for the second business today. I walked in to pick up an order and there were multiple men behind the counter, touching the pizza, and not wearing masks. I love this restaurant, but this is absolutely unacceptable. When we called to let them know what we saw, the woman behind the register said she was the only one touching the food. My food tonight was horrible. I ordered a Lg plain Pizza and an order of extra crispy buffalo wings. Seems like a simple enough order. The wings were not only NOT extra crispy, they weren't even crispy at all. They seemed to throw cheese on the pizza, put it in the oven and then pull it right back out. The pizza had pools of unmelted white cheese all over it and was just gross. I used to be a regular customer. Pizza used to be awesome. I would either get a Buffalo Chicken pizza or a Sicilian Pizza. Both items have drastically changed and not for the better. Their other items I always found to be mediocre at best so I wouldn't order. My last visit there found me chewing and chewing a piece of cheese to finally realize it was a piece of string or twine. I'm giving 2 stars only because the food is good, but the customer service is awful! On two occasions I have placed phone orders to pick up orders and have had horrible experiences. Tonight we placed an order using one of the mailer coupons that we have ordered many times and when we got the food home the orders were half the size for "family size" and when I called they said "there's nothing they can do about it" and was rude when I was trying to explain what usually came in our "family" order. They did absolutely nothing to try and work with me on either occasion even though I've been a regular customer. We won't be ordering from there anymore. read more

They do have a range of different options which is nice, but waiting two hours for a simple delivery when you are not even a mile away is ridiculous! By the time my food came it was cold and soggy. Food is very good... 2 star rating is for their ability to get a delivery order correct. Multiple times have ordered for delivery and something is always wrong even after they read the order back to you. Most times I pickup but with kids sometimes it's easier to have delivery. And you'd think someone would make sure it's correct when they CHARGE for delivery. Frustrating! read more
