Really great service here, the women at the counter was so nice and made the trip here just interesting itself while i wanted for my food and was sure get my order down perfectly and made sure my large order was packed up for easy transport and made me feel valued as a customer. Buffalo garlic knots were great, never had a spicy buffalo sauce on knots, but I have said it was pretty good and the knots themselves, sightly doughy, but not too tough to chew. spaghetti with meat sauce, now that was something, usually it's just a plain tomato sauce, but here it's a cream tomato sauce with plenty of parmesan cheese as well, and pasta was very al Dante, my favorite, also plenty of ground beef mixed in, not just handful dropped on top. Scillian slice had plenty of tomato sauce was great and crust was just right, not burnt or undercooked, plus a nice touch I noticed was minced garlic on top of fresh melted mozzarella, always appreciated with little extras added for flavor. Very welcomed herb focaccia bread given with dinner which way better than just a simple bread roll with garlic butter toasted, like other places, the bread was very good. Now last the zeppole's brought back all great memories of fried dough from the fair, lightly sweetened and sightly chewy. wish had a chocolate dipping sauce them though, since it would put it over the top. Ordered from them the first time today, the delivery came quickly and the driver was polite. I ordered chicken parm which was great and mozzarella sticks which were lack luster and the salad was kind of sparse. For quick order on a job site it I'd order again maybe just sub next time, the service was quick and efficient but expect a bit better for having spent $31 on the meal read more

The pizza is the best but today I ordered hot wings with extra ranch and cheese fries. The wings looked like fried rat turds and the cheese fries sucked and were bland. I hate to be the first to write a bad review but somebody has to do it. So, I ordered sausage calzone, chicken calzone, pepperoni slice and a plain cheese slice. Everything else was absolutely terrible besides the chicken calzone. Both slices had weak sauce, thin saggy crust and not enough cheese. The sausage calzone fell apart. The chicken calzone was a surprising 4/5, considering everything else sucked. I don't recommend this place! read more

My husband and I are here atleast once a week, Danny is wonderful and so is the rest of his crew! Even the other "regulars" we've started to know are the best. I have to say I'm really impressed with this place. The beef patty was flaky, flavorful and had a good amount of beef. I loved how they put the fried dough in a paper bag and NOT a container. Because warm fried dough in a container causes condensation on the top of the container which turns the sugar into a paste. I worked here for about 2-3 months as a pizza maker and left because another job presented itself. I've worked in pizzerias for 7+ years and from first hand experience I can tell you that this establishment uses only top notch ingredients in their pizza. Everyone is very polite and welcoming in the store and service is excellent. As a former employee I would fully recommend stopping in and plan on doing so myself. Stopped in for a couple of slice while driving past on 9W. Very tasty NY styled pizza, nothing fancy but good. Sometimes you just want a solid plain slice, and they have it here, and the chicken parm slice was also quite good. Had a side of zesty tomato sauce for dipping, which was the icing on the cake. I see on their menu they do a few seafood pizzas, which nobody in Newburgh does for some reason, so I'll be coming back and ordering one of them! read more

If you like pizza and you like to taste buds and please don't order from Brooklyn's pizza. I tried it once before I had a regular slice of cheese and I was like this is kind of basic I could make this at home. It doesn't taste like taco; it doesn't taste like pizza; it doesn't taste like anything in between. It seems to lack any seasoning at all, is very soggy, and there's nothing to hold the ingredients on the pizza. Barely a dribbling of cheese. It is the sloppiest pizza I've ever tried to eat. We stopped for pizza while driving from Jersey to upstate New York and it hit the spot. The crust was thin and perfectly cooked and the ingredients seemed very fresh. Incredibly rude. I placed an order through Grub Hub last night, while the restaurant was still accepting Grub Hub Orders( I checked) . We ordered a fried calamari appetizer and a mixed cold cut hero. We knew the transaction was pending on my husbands account, because he checked. Needless to say, the order did not arrive. After I placed the order, a severe storm blew through and I figured they were running late. We never got the order. I called today, figuring there'd been a mix up, maybe because of the weather. I was willing to take the order today, because it was paid for. The young man behind the counter insisted he hadn't received the order, I didn't see how that was possible, because we could see the transaction on our end. He said he had to call his boss. A few minutes later, his boss called me, incredibly, loud, rude, and on the defensive. I told him I didn't like his tone, he told me he didn't appreciate the way I was "coming at him" (his words", and how I "came at" his employee. I told him I understand people are stressed right now. He told me he didn't need my $24.81, and take it up with Grub Hub, and before he hung up I could hear another male in the background telling him to hang up on me. I swear, I wasn't looking for special treatment. All I wanted was either our order or a refund. Grub Hub took care of me, cancelled the order which was still active, and refunded the pending transaction. We were good customers there, we've been trying to do our part to help small businesses, I enjoyed their food, but I'll never do business with them again. Been looking for a #1 pizza joint lately and think I found it close to home. We stopped in this past weekend to give it a try. Ordered it to go and waited while it was made. Ordered a simple large cheese pie, personal Stromboli and a canolli. The stromboli was excellent, large, meat and cheese filled... nice!
