I have bought pizza from them before and thought it was pretty good but yesterday we ordered a sausage and mushroom pie for lunch and it was burnt. My daughter doesn't like mushrooms so she took them off. I took a bite and the mushrooms tasted like canned mushrooms so I took them off as well. My Husband and I were in the car on Tuesday June 2, 2020. I had such a headache because I didn't eat anything that usually happens to me a lot. My Husband went into CINEMA Pizza he ordered me a plain slice and a pomegranate tea. I loved eating the slice it was so good and crispy that I really enjoyed it so much that was my lunch. Then afterwards me and my Husband decided that we were also going to have food for CINEMA Pizza. We went to Big Lots got what we wanted and then It was back to CINEMA PIZZA to get dinner. My husband got a Large Half Mushroom and Sausage pie, Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings, and Garlic Knots. We love all their food especially their pizza. It is always hot when it is delivered. I gave them 4 stars because we ordered fried dough for the first time and they were hard as rocks. This places is great! We had our thirteen year old's birthday party there today before we took them to a movie, all the kids had a good time. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. They made us feel right at home. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. This is my new placed to go for wings. They were large, meaty and very flavorful. The pizza was just right. My first time experience: Ordered a large cheese pizza for the first time ever, received the pizza within 30 min. I kid you not. After taking the first bite, I bit into a salty, pizza with old dough. Also they have random specials on different kinds of pizza pies. Once they had a penne Alfredo pizza that I fell in love with! They are always in a great mood, have great sandwiches as well and the selection always makes it hard to chose! And if you have it delivered it's never more then 45 minutes which is hard to find around New Windsor and Newburgh area! I ordered a delivery a couple days ago, a large plain pie, garlic knots and an order of wings with their "homemade" buffalo sauce. When I got the food the pizza tasted salty and the sauce was not appetizing. The garlic knots were burned black and the sauce on the wings tasted like buffalo sauce mixed with ketchup. I called the restaurant back and the owner picked up which by the way is EXTREMELY rude. Instead of apologizing and giving great customer service like any owner would he told us "well you aren't regular customers" as if our opinion didn't matter because we aren't regulars. Any owner would've apologized and at least tried to gain a new customer but this experience was horrible. I do not recommend this place at all. read more

I used the Order/delivery feature via Yelp for the first time with this order - great feature!!! My order was placed at 7 pm with a 7:30 PM pickup time. I got there and the order was ready and waiting for me. Very friendly atmosphere. I must admit the pizza here have improved...A LOT!!!! (you wouldn't believe how awful it used to be). Ever since I moved to Cornwall 2 years ago I was told to go to Cinema Pizza was the place to go. Tim the owner and his workers are amazing, Always friendly and serve great food. During the Covid outbreak I lost my grandmother and I called him last minute and asked if he could do some kind of trays of food for the staff at the hospital to thank them for all they did to help her. Horrible, horrible food. I have been there 3 times ever since it was opened ( it's right next to my local theatre ) and have been disgusted all three times. The pizza is mostly greasy and has too much tomato sauce to cheese. I once ordered their buffalo wing pizza and when it came I found myself looking at a tortilla with cheese and cut up buffalo wings on top of it.
