This is the best pizza I've had since I've lived in New York (13 years) Crust is perfect, not too bready like other places. Just the best pizza around! Nice place to sit and have a pizza! Workers are great and should be proud of their stellar product. Great service! read more

Came by here for lunch, and it's pretty nice place, very clean. Took me a while check out the menu but I was not rushed, settled on spaghetti with meatball parmigiana and steamed mussels in fra diavolo sauce. The mussels to which I was surprised they use the green mussels which rare to see over the black mussels since they are more expensive abs have more meat, a huge plus, we're cooked perfectly and man the sauce, best I ever had of the fra diavolo sauce, spicy but not overkill, well seasoned and plenty of diced onions and minced garlic, wish I had a jar of it. Now meatball spaghetti honestly feel bit short, the spaghetti itself was alright, the sauce well it was bit bland and meatball were very dry sadly, honestly I poured the mussels sauce left over on top and it was way better for it. Definitely coming back here for seafood anything, and so passing on meatballs. read more

Got a plain pie delivered today . Pretty soggy and mushy. Oil just dripped out of it. They were on time though

I ordered a chicken parmesan dish and was very impressed! The cutlet was seasoned well, had a tasty sauce and was very cheesy. I'd order this many times again. The pizza slices were decent size and tasty as well. Only improvements needed would be the Caesar salad. The dressing wasn't great and the tiny crotons didn't add too the taste. read more

Primos Pizza - Chicken Parmesan - Pizza Near Me - New Windsor, New York

By far the best pizza I have had in my 30 years in Orange County! Fresh ingredients old style recipes and tastes of excellence! Try the grandmas pie and have a glass of your favorite red wine to complement. We hope they are in business for years to come! read more

I have been eating at Primos for almost 5 years now and they have always been delicious. The portions are great and the staff is very friendly. I personally like a crispy bottom pizza with a stretchy cheese on top and don't get that from this restaurant, however this does not deter me from the restaurant. It's never super busy and their prices are fair. It definitely hits my top 3 in best pizza spots in the location. My fiancé and I once bought a pizza from all the local spots and did a challenge taste test for what we thought was the best and this hit the top 3. Their beef Pattie's are really good though!! Definitely and nice place to grab a meal. read more

Hole in the wall for sure but everything here is amazing from the Chicken Alfredo to the pizza. Def worth it. read more

I'm getting tired of the pizza here. Prices have gone up & I'm getting less pizza. It's like the famous grocery shrink ray making its way to this pizza joint. You pay more money for less product. I liked this pizza but pies have gotten really thin here. Now for $13 you get a large very thin crust pizza with no mass to it. I'm an average sized guy & pizza is so thin I could probably eat an entire pie by myself. I cannot eat a pie of pizza from anywhere else but here pizza is insanely thin. I'd opt for pizza from another location. I'd even suggest Dominoes Pizza. read more

Fire breathing dragon! OMG cook your garlic! Are we trying to fight off vampires?!?! Thanks for the heart burn garlic bread! I have raw garlic in a jar too. If I only knew I would get raw garlic spread over a roll, we would have done it ourselves. Next time provide some complimentary Zantac. read more

We live right down the road from this place and have been coming here for years. The pizza is the best in Orange County by far. It ranges between 7.8 and 8.2. The best experience is to order a large plain pie and eat it at the restaurant. Don't let it go into a cardboard box and take it home to eat. Steam ruins great pizza. The owners and everyone behind the counter are awesome, friendly and kind. read more

We discovered Primo's after deciding that we wanted an easy dinner after traveling down here to visit family. Had a little trouble submitting our order online, but called and after less than 30 minutes and a quick ride, found ourselves in a clean restaurant and a smiling person waiting for us. We had ordered the Primavera pizza and a small tossed salad. All salad ingredients were fresh with a generous dressing on the side. The pizza crust was thin but handled the ingredients easily. And the flavor and texture of the crust was just what we wanted. All ingredients were present but not loaded onto the pizza and the sauce was restrained in amount but huge in flavor. We will be back. Definitely. read more

Pizza is thin which is not a bad thing. Cheese and sauce is just the right amount and not greasy. Crust is bland and dry but a nice crunch. Price is a little steep for a large cheese pizza given the size and thickness of the pie. I would of gave them 4 stars but there is a large sign on door saying no mask no service which given the times we are living in makes sense. However walking in two people walking out with no masks on. No workers had any masks on either. read more

I tried every pizza place in town, in my opinion Primos has the best cheese pizza and wings. Fast delivery time and prices are very fair. The chicken in their salad is very good too. read more

Primos Pizza - Family combo with chicken Ceaser salad. Perfect - Pizza Near Me - New Windsor, New York

Regularly order from here since it's close. The dining room is cut it half by this weird half wall corridor to the door- could totally be a cool space if the did ANY interior work. Food is good and the slices are huge dining in. Fast and friendly service eating in or delivery. Apps, pies, sandwiches and dinners all seem consistent and yummy. read more

We've had success with a couple dishes from Primos in the last, such as ravioli and penne al la vodka. But tonight was a different story. I would hope with Covid-19 going on and most of their business being takeout, the food would be on point. Out of $70 we spent, we only consumed probably $20 of it. Beware their garlic bread, I should have read reviews before ordering it. Its raw! The bread is not baked, it is smeared with melted butter and has probably half a clove of raw garlic per bite. We also had their pasta primavera. Having had primavera plenty of times in our lives, we thought we know what we were getting. What we received was basically soggy stir fry with an inch of oil on the bottom...completely inedible. We want to support local businesses during this time, it its hard when their food looks and tastes like it did tonight. read more

Crazy big portions. Would come back again for sure. Didn't try their pizza but chicken parmigiana was great

Eggplant, not bad, but dry. Cheese steak with onions and peppers deeply disappointing - awful. No onions and no peppers included. Caesar salad not the traditional salad dressing... basically italian dressing with cheese. Calamari, was very good. read more

Worse experience ever...they delivered my pizza to the wrong address, we paid but they delivered to the wrong place...no reimbursement...no pizza...but they got paid...DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM read more

I've been a New Windsor resident since 2004. Best pizzeria in the New Windsor/Cornwall/Newburgh area. The pies are thin crust, not too rich yet also tasty, not too oily, and not full of garlic flavor (if garlic is your thing you're gonna want to add garlic powder on your slice(s).) Overall, the best pizza I've had outside of NYC or NJ, and I love pizza. read more

Primos Pizza is a great place for dinner, lunch or even a quick slice. They have many different pizzas that you can get a slice of instead of having to order a whole pie. The pizza in my opinion is the best I've had and I've tried many many different pizzerias in the Hudson Valley area along with NYC. When I did eat meat, my go to dish was the Chicken Marsala or the Chicken Parmigiana. Those two dishes are really good! If you haven't tried Chicken Marsala I highly recommend getting it from Primos in particular. Also, the chicken pizza is a great choice if you want something filling but are in the mood for pizza. My family and I have been coming here for years now so we know Leo the owner and he is such a great guy. He has a great personality and has become like family to us! Hope this review helps! If you want to test it out just grab a slice! The prices are great here too. read more

I absolutely love their chicken Parmesan dinner with spaghetti. It is ooey gooey cheesy heaven. The sauce is the best sauce I have ever had in my 42 years of life. They serve large portions and I can't say enough about this place. When I used to stay at work late, I would have them deliver to me. I also used to frequent them for lunch. We had them cater a party at our office. This place is amazing and the owner is super nice. He actually had his guy deliver to me when the had just closed. It is a must try. read more

Lived in the area a little over a year. I don't eat pizza often but I've tried other places around the area. Don't know how I missed this spot. From the dough to the sauce and the cheese it's hands down the best pizza in the area. Home made soups are fantastic not in a bag and than heated up. This guy does it right !! read more

By far the best thin crust pizza in the area! The garlic knots and sauce are delicious too. This is my go to spot for lunch.

I never ate at the restaurant but have ordered , hands down the chicken fingers and fries are my favorite , it's so delicious and they give you the most amazing honey mustard with it. I wish I could order it everyday but that would be fattening for me, but it is a menu item I recommend to all , so delicious and well worth it. read more

Very good pizza. I'm from Long Island and was afraid my month long visit in new Windsor would leave me without a pizza option. The sauce is very good, nice and sweet. The crust is on the thin side, but my other half enjoys that so I'm not complaining. I would recommend this place for those searching for a pie or a slice. Prices are really good too, compared to LI and the city. read more

Just got a sausage and meatball pizza..the pie was outstanding..their food is always top shelf! Great service..very friendly owner!!

Originally coming from Brooklyn where the best pizza is made in the USA, I can honestly say that Primos Pizza in New Windsor has the best tasting Pizza In the Hudson Valley. One of the best Sicilian pies I've tasted in a very long time! If you need pizza, don't go anywhere else! read more

Great food all the time. A bit slow with delivery when they are busy.

Love love the food best wings and lasagna ‼ Highly recommended reasonably priced for amazing Italian food ‼

I started to go to Primos about two months ago. I have been going there about three times a week and always get two plain slices and a coke. I think they easily have the best pizza in Orange County. Unfortunately I won't be going there any more. I went for lunch on Friday, July 24, 2015 and had my usual. As I was finishing my lunch I noticed the chef/owner counting money and saw him lick his fingers. At that moment a customer entered and ordered two slices, the chef then handled the two slices and put them on a tray and handed them to the customer (without gloves) and without ever washing his hands. I will never go back there again. read more

I have ordered from this pizzeria for years and I've never been disappointed. However, due to the overwhelming concern of COVID-19 we are all trying to take as many precautions as necessary. I originally wanted to place my order for curbside pick up but was told the restaurant was trying to limit the amount of customers coming inside - totally fine. Instead, I placed my order for delivery and had the restaurant write "no contact" on my receipt. When the pizza arrived, the delivery person knocked on my door and my mom went to the window to ask him to leave it on the porch. I'm assuming he didn't hear her because he kept knocking. My mom opened the door and thanked him anyway. Firstly, I'm very upset because what was the point of getting no contact delivery if he didn't leave it on our porch? Secondly, what if my mom was older and more at risk or if one of us had an underlying illness? I understand social distancing is a big adjustment for everyone, and I greatly appreciate those few restaurants who are open trying to make this all a little easier, but I would hope that if you're choosing to remain open you and your staff would take stronger precaution to keep yourselves and your customers safe. read more

The pizza there is excellent. The sauce is sweet. The crust is fantastic and never to thick. I usually order it crispy and it always is. Their always courteous. The owner is great and friendly.. There's always a couple of delivery people working so you always get your pie quickly. For great pizza, this is a spot to definitely try. read more
