    Pizza Union Sharing Plank

The food was very good and flavorful. The calamari were excellent, very crispy and hot,

Meh. We left New Hampshire on our way back to Florida and stopped here to try New York pizza. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza with extra cheese. $20 and $1.63 in tax. I wasn't impressed at all. People talk about New York pizza being the best but I can get pizza just as good and even better down in Florida. It was good but nothing special. I can go to my local Domino's here in Florida and get a pizza better than that for half the price.

I've been to Fusion Union many times, every time the meal has been excellent. Lasagna Balls are a must try, the caprese salad's tomatoes were perfect.OMG, the Odd Couple with chicken and shrimp is just so delicious that's my new favorite dish. Their brick pizza oven a plus, as I feel it makes it taste different. So customizable and so many options, but my favorite is the Luca Brasi. Their cocktails are also on point. I ordered a Mimosa last time absolutely loved it. They do have bottomless for 120 minutes. Service is a hit or miss depending on the server. Perfect for solo, couples or group I feel it's a little loud since the bar is right next to the dinning area, but otherwise a good place to get local Italian.

This was my second time here in 4 years, but it's as good as I remember it. The wood fired pizza is absolutely delicious. It's cooked perfectly, and the ingredients you can tell are really fresh, especially the cheese. The Nonna Romano is my favorite. Crush tomato olive oil garlic and fresh cheese. We also tried the bbq pulled pork with onions, and that was also amazing. I highly recommend the ravioli for an appetizer. Will be back again for sure.

Decided to stop by at this place since we were shopping next door. The place does get a lot of patrons despite the location. Calamari was good with the 2 choices of dipping sauces. The pizza was excellent, we practically finished the whole pie even though we were full . Check this place out.

I ordered the food using Grub Hub, and while it took a bit longer than expected (an extra 35 minutes - took almost 90 to get delivered), I don't know whose fault it was. Plus, I wasn't in a big hurry so it wasn't a big deal. (side note - what's the point of describing where my door is to the Grub Hub person if they are going to call and request I find them?) So, I had never had Pizza Union but a few coworkers have said they are amazing. My usual pizza place is closed for a bit due to the COVID-19

So, after waiting a bit I tried this joint. Very trendy and comfy inside, not too busy for a Saturday night (but noisy AF! Turn the music down - its not a club). Service was excellent - greeted, sat, and had menus and drinks super quick. Only 2 IPA's available which is kind of embarassing now a days, but I got a good one (cant remember the name ‍) meals came quickly. I got the Penne Chimichurri Alfredo Chicken. It tasted so bizarre and delicious I was thrown back. Its not often I am able to actually experience a new TASTE, and this the mark. It tasted deliciously fresh and I loved every bite. The bad? @ $23.00 it didnt come with so much as a cracker. What Italian dish doesnt come with a piece of bread or something?? My wifes meal, I forget the name, was also left with no bread, salad, soup, nothing. I was shocked and disapointed - my sauce was off the chain delish and I had to wave goodbye to it... Overall the atmosphere was great (very noisy, but ‍), the service impeccable, and the food was adequate. The 2 stars are gone because something so basic and easy was left out. With 5 million places to dine in this area now you better be on point of you want those 5 stars. They did pretty good overall though and I would 100% go back. *Edit - Ate the wifes meal for lunch. BLAND! BLAND! BLAND! Change my mind, will not return.

I get a few orders here for grub hub and wanted to try myself during lunch. It was pretty slow, so the bartender was doubling as the server this day. Very friendly and polite, he explained the menu a little and offered me the drink menu, I declined and got a soda instead. so, I ordered the cheesy garlic bread and pier 39 pasta. Garlic bread was very cheesy like its name said hah, bread was fairly toasted, but not a single brunt or over baked spot, also light on the garlic so it was not overpowering as well. Pier 39 pasta, the noodles were perfectly al Dante, shrimps were plump and not overcooked, mussels were steamed nice and not too shrunken after cooked, calamari had a nice balance of rings and tenacles, the fra diavlo sauce was fresh and nicely seasoned. overall, I enjoyed my meal, next time i should try their pizza.

    Sharing meat board

I was lucky enough to go to the soft opening a couple of months ago and I've been able to visit it intermittently since then. There was some negative press surrounding this place which was unfortunate but from my experience I've had nothing but great service and the same level of food from the first visit to my most recent. The strength of the menu is centered around its pizza offerings which I would recommend right out the gate. The appetizers are actually very very good and on most days I could make a meal out of two or three of those but as a first time guest I would give the pizza offerings a crack and maybe start off with a Roman pie. They do have a full bar which is well stocked and they do have a pretty extensive wine list (can't tell you much about it wine is not my game) however I can tell you that the sharing charcuterie board is definitely for at least two people maybe three. If you plan on ordering that plus an appetizer you will have something to take home. The servers are very pleasant and know the menu pretty damn well so go ahead and ask for their pet dishes. If you plan on going on the weekends you might as well make a reservation if not you'll have at least half an hour away which can be passed away in the bar area catching a game and having a beer or two. plenty of parking all around the area getting out might be a hassle just because of the location on 300 but if not it's worth a trip.

This is one of those forgotten time warps into the 1970s or 1980s which exists unabashedly changed…read more... a portal into a cooler and more eclectic time. When I was growing up, restaurants had unique theming and quirks vs. the same pinterest-inspired design tricks that you see today. What looks like an unassuming Japanese style rectangular building on the outside is nothing but inside. You are immediately transported to a (somewhat tacky, in a fun way) Japanese home on the inside with those late 1970s vibes. There are water features, like a small Koi pond, and a waterfall inside, which is full of fake cherry blossom trees and a dimly lit scene, complete with purple Christmas lights. Each nook and cranny is a little different and there are tables and booths set throughout, which are meant to put you in your own little corner of this interesting world of a cartoonish Japanese village. The food can be hit or miss, depending on your order and the delightful cheesiness of the decor matches the menu ... with a lot of classics from the 1980s, including American Chinese/Polynesian inspired appetizers. The eggroll here is the best I've ever had. It's enormous and freshly made. It's not the frozen and fried kind ... you can actually see the soft inner-egg later within its fried shell. It's full of chopped pork and seasoned perfectly. It comes on its own silver warning tray and is more the size of a small burrito than anything you'd pull out of a white cardboard container at a traditional Chinese restaurant. Get the eggroll. The tid bit platter is cool ... retro. The menu states that the crab Rangoon are the original recipe from Trader Vics, where the dish was invented. They are smaller than a traditional crab Rangoon, as we know them, and packed with a much more garlicky taste in their creamy filling. The sliced pork is not the dyed red rubbery strips we are used to ... but actual sliced pork with a nice BBQ taste, even with little sauce used. The fried shrimp was not my favorite, dry and bland. The main courses have a lot going on. Sauces, meat, vegetables. They are pretty big and the sauces seem homemade. The house specialties are unique and prepared thoughtfully, many with exotic flavours or strange combinations you won't find elsewhere. The sushi is also done well ... as if it was a real Japanese sushi chef. The staff is very warm and friendly. From the hostess, who could be a NYC fashion model, and makes an effort to seat each table away from other tables when possible ... to the waiter whom has been there for the decades I've been going there and I don't think I've ever seen him not smiling and laughing in all my trips. They play a mix of music with Martin Denny and Henry Mancini lounge classics being my favourite because it really makes like you feel that you are in a different decade. If you ever wondered what it would be like to dine at a fun place in 1978 ... you won't be disappointed. If you like modern and sterile, steer clear of this place. The Yobo is one of my favorites and I often take the long way, through 287 and 84 back to New England after visiting NY it NJ so I can come here.

I wanted so badly to love this restaurant but unfortunately our experience was a letdown and here's…read morewhy ... Location: 5 Stars- located conveniently off 84 makes it a easy restaurant for meal while traveling. Standalone building with private parking lot. Decor: 5 Stars- nice Japanese decor, love the heavy wooden doors, the seating area with the bar and stone waterwall. Plenty of seating inside the restaurant with visible sushi bar, semi-private room, etc. Menu: 4 Stars- It has a lot of choices. The restaurant does advertise as Asian - Fusion so they have dishes from Korea, Thailand, Japan, Chinese, etc. Some rolls seem to be nontraditional. For example, a standard rainbow roll is basically California roll with various raw meat on the outside, theirs added cream cheese inside (which we are not a fan of). Service: 4 Stars - we came here on a Friday night and it was busy. We were greeted warmly by the receptionist and put our name down for a table. She told us we can wait at the seating area. The seating area also had a bar with seats, we decided to just eat at the bar instead. The bartender was new but she was so sweet. She couldn't answer some menu questions so had to ask. She did seemed overwhelmed and after we ordered, we waited a while (over 45 minutes) to get our food hence I deducted 1 Star here. Food: 2.5 Stars - This is where problem lies. I love food and I love Fusion, with that said, the fusion I experienced was not great. We ordered a brown sugar boba tea, it came quite delayed and was too sweet and the boba was hard and some boba did not cooked all the way so they were chewy. We also had a sushi dinner which came with miso soup, 8 pieces of roll (California roll), and 8 sushi pieces of chef-selected fish. The miso soup was another "fusion" example: as if clear broth mushroom soup had a baby with miso soup, this would be it... Except it didn't work well. My pallet was confused, the miso was overpowered by the ginger taste of the mushroom soup and it was missing seaweed but replaced with mushroom, tofu, and crutons (why?). I even double checked with the bartender to make sure we got the right "miso" soup and she confirmed. The actual sushi plate was ok, nothing to rave about. We also ordered a chicken pad thai. A standard pad thai is a stir fried rice noodle dish with peanuts, veggies, scrambled eggs. It's seasoned with dry seasoning so the dish itself is not very saucy. But their par thai was. A bit too saucy and tangy for us. It eats like a Chinese stir-fried noodles which typically are more saucy plus they also added shredded pork floss on top of the dish, which is a Chinese thing. Another dish that was nontraditional but not done well. All in all, not sure if we will be returning here as the food was disappointing. But perhaps the chef is Chinese and their Chinese dishes would be better?

It took about 5-6 minutes. I ordered a Don Julio with cranberry. I just wanted something quick. It cost $20 for a double. I think that's pretty crazy but I feel like all bars charge crazy prices for drinks. I would advise pregaming. The bar was definitely packed. There was no table of chair that wasn't filled and the dance floor was full of people. The music selection was great. Mainly rap and R&B, new and throwbacks. There are LED screens everywhere that really give the appearance of an upscale club. The bathrooms are pretty clean and accessible. The people are friendly and good vibes. I didn't try any food because I got there around 12 am, but I will be going back to try. The security guards do their job well and yes they told my boyfriend and I to move away from the hookah door by asking us "Are you buying hookah? If not move away from the door." Like excuse me sir, you could've said it a little nicely. But it didn't ruin the vibe. When Lola finally came everyone crowded up by the stage and she did her thing.
