I had to find a reliable locksmith to change all of my house locks including the garage door immediately due an immediate danger to myself and my 7 year old son. I called JOHNNY LOCKSMITH and they sent Daniel out to my residence within the hour. Before Daniel came, the gentleman that I spoke with, who was very nice and really knowledgeable, asked me to take pictures of the locks that I needed changed. Daniel arrived with identical locks. He gave me the amount up front, which was an unbelievable steal as far as I was concerned because it was simply so much less than what I had assumed. I got my card out to pay but he told me that I didn't have to pay him until he was done and I had looked over his work. That was really awesome considering the fact that I may not have even been able to pay. He was done in no time flat! His work was excellent and I was even given a warranty. I am new to the area and took a chance on a company that had wonderful reviews. I had been through a terrible ordeal but when Daniel left, I cannot even explain my sense of relief. The gentleman that I dealt with from this company went out of their way to help me, make me feel like my business was valued and did outstanding work. I would recommend this company above any other. First of all the $30 coupon for $60 that Johnny offers on his website is unheard of!!    I thought there has to be a catch somewhere along the line.   I WAS 100% WRONG ABOUT THAT Assumption!  When Johnny arrived outside my apartment complex he greeted me with a friendly smile and calm demeanor immediately put me at ease.  He had my car unlocked within a few minutes.  As he was unlocking the car he was talking with me about getting an extra key made to prevent another lockout.  I explained to him that I have held off on doing so because the cost to get a duplicate car key is about $200+.  AS he was talking to me about other possible places I should call to get quotes to get another key made, he went into the back of his van and was making a key, but I was not certain that key was for me.  After about 5 mins, he finished with making the key he said he would give me a great deal on it, and he sure the hell did.    He went and tested the key to make sure it functioned on my car properly.  AS he was doing that my car wouldn't turn over because my battery died last night.  Without saying nothing, he popped my hood, then he pulled his van up alongside of mine and took that extra 5 mins to hook up the battery charger cables and waited a few minutes to make sure I had a strong charge.  I knew that he had customers waiting as soon as he was through helping me, and through it all he handled everything so professional.   This locksmith stands out from the crowd because he refuses to let himself or his business be average.  He did more than expected.  It's as simple as that. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED & APPRECIATED. Let me clarify as to why... It's just before midnight on a Sunday and I am locked out of my residence after returning home from traveling. We set up an emergency appointment and I am introduced to my support, his name is Guy. It was a deadbolt needing to be unlocked and the last thing I wanted to do was drill out to put a new one on. So, he took to the task of trying with all he had (physically and in his toolbox) to get the door unlocked. He even had some tricks up his sleeve to see if those tactics would do the trick. In the end, the locks strong-armed us, leaving the only option of drilling and replacing. BUT, he didn't JUST put on a new lock and call it (despite it being 12:30 am on Monday now)...Guy is a perfectionist and clearly takes pride in his work to ensure a job well done. He ensured everything was in line where it should be, doing a bit of custom work to assure that everything is as secure as possible. He even went a step further and rescrewed and leveled the door on the hinges. I'm writing this 20 minutes after the job being done. It is currently 1:15 am on Monday morning. And, from what I heard, Guy has to get up in less than 5 hours to get back to doing a great job for the rest of their customers. We will be customers as long as we're local. Big thanks to the owner for setting up our appointment over the phone, and especially to Guy, who went above and beyond probably anyone else in his position. Excellent fast work with friendly service! The key and my car had stopped turning at all and after researching and calling a couple of other local locksmiths I found that most were advising to replace the entire ignition cylinder which would have cost around $1000. When I spoke with Johnny locksmith however the person I talked to was very confident that they would be able to fix the problem without replacing the entire cylinder. He told me that he was very confident but didn't give a 100 percent guarantee because he wanted to see the situation first. Do not let the resounding 5 star rating make you suspicious; this man deserves every single one of those positive reviews. He was helpful, efficient, prices were fair, and even offered some small, extra services for free. For example he fixed a deadbolt that would not lock very easily due to the warped state of the wood framing; that only took about 30 seconds so naturally he did not charge for it. These guys are crooks My sister died and I called a locksmith on a Sunday they came out and said it's 65 for the call for service and then We will tell you how much it's going to be. so the guy came out for the call looked at it took him about two minutes, and said it's $70 Perlock and there's four locks 7×4 is 280 plus 65 and that was just to open the locks these guys are crooks. Really great service! We just moved to our new home and misplaced our car keys. I started calling around for a locksmith (at around 8PM). I had another company I was going with but called them and they were very honest and told me those companies give you a starting rate and goes up. They were right, the company I was originally going with told me that is a starting rate and would increase depending on how hard it is to unlock the door. Super busy guy, probably barely sleeps or his sleep is interrupted with the overnight calls, but he's super Friendly and straight to business. My Key wasn't turning in ignition cylinder, he just made a few key cuts and it works perfect, I can even lock my car door now haha. Before you replace everything, have him check your car key. He chips and cuts right then and there. Remember to also clean your ignition key cylinder with compressed air and electric cleaner annually at least! read more

Jonathon helped us tremendously last night by getting our Grand Cherokee started. The key fob would not turn to start the vehicle. He spent 2 hours in partial darkness working on the ignition to get it started and also to properly disengage the key. Would've given 5 stars, but he wasn't certain that the cause of the ignition problem was completely repaired.
