It was also kind of difficult to order and ask questions with the initial barista I was speaking with because of the language barrier so she didn't seem to understand what I was asking but fortunately another girl stepped in to help her out. Since I couldn't get the Ube Matcha drink I got the Hojicha Matcha Iced Latte which was okay conpared to other Matcha drinks I have tried, it seemed like there was a lot more ice than matcha and the large cup isn't very large plus the paper straws were just a no for me. They could have just used other compostable straws rather than paper ones so I give the paper straws a thumbs down. The service was very friendly though despite the language barrier. I didn't see much gluten free options here. I think at a time they carried gluten free donuts from another company but I didn't see them there this time.
