The best ramen period! Great broth & fresh noodles. So many options for sides, appetizers etc.

Best ramen place that I have ever been to. This place is a gem. The katsu chicken appetizer has just the right amount of batter and seasoning, very crunchy and juicy. My favorite is the Tonkotsu black ramen. The broth is super flavorful. The pork in the ramen is super rich and full of flavor. I don't like soft boiled eggs but here I order an extra. Try the spicy version of the Tonkotsu if you like more heat read more

I've been to JINYA in Dallas, so I have high expectations for this location. They definitely lived up to them. Very friendly and attentive waitstaff, very clean! Great food (as always), good ambiance but definitely smaller than some other locations which wasn't really an issue. Will definitely be back in! read more

If you desire a nice homemade Ramen noodle soup, check out JINYA. The food was impressive and the ambiance was modern meets industrial. We started off with the meatball appetizer. Four large meatballs soaked in a tomato base Parmesan sauce. Simply delectable. I had the spicy chicken Ramen. The broth was nice and salty with a hint of thickness to it. Very filling. My hubby had the spicy beef Ramen with a boiled egg. Very hearty and the egg was nice and creamy inside. We wrapped up with a PanCotta. It topped off our meal with the right sweetness. read more

Loved the menu selection. It was interesting to sit with other people, almost family style, but not. Had I not been by myself, I would have felt my space was being invaded but we Americans are strange like that. I can't recall what I ordered (what kind of reviewer am I?) but the broth was rich and ingredients were cooked perfectly. I'm fairly new to the ramen world and quickly becoming addicted. What would I change? The volume of the music. But all in all this is a definite go back. read more

Great service! Spicy chicken ramen broth had good flavor but it's very mild (even though we asked for spicy). Old skool ramen had delicious cuts of pork. The egg was a little weird since the white was discolored and they could only prepare the egg runny. The tempura shrimp is like bang bang shrimp. I will return again to try other dishes. read more

Consistent and delicious. I've never had a bad experience at Jinya. I love the traditional ramen, and always add an extra egg.

Love Jinya! Only ramen place I go to! I miss the shrimp and cilantro one they had, but all of them are amazing

One of my favorite places in the world! The service is absolutely incredible. They know my regular order before I sit down! Very pleasant and on top of everything. I love the environment and to just be there! Beautiful for a date! And the ramen is the best ramen I've had in greater Houston area! And I eat plenty of ramen and have tried many many place! I had been wanting to try this place, and I am so glad that I did. The staff was great, because I had a 100 questions, the waiter was very patient...even after I was a tad crabby because of where we were seated - it was packed after Sunday mass. But he was very professional, and helpful with the menu, etc. I can't remember what two Ramen bowls we ordered, I am late posting this review, but they were both delicious. We added an egg, I remember that. We also tried their Brussels Sprouts Tempura = which were the bomb! We loved them. I had downloaded the APP on my iphone, but was disappointed to find that they do not have the APP for the TEXAS locations. Hopefully they will get that soon! I gave them 5 stars because the FOOD & SERVICE was great. I will definitely be returning for some more Ramen noodle soup! read more

My Food was great but whoever the host/ manager was crazy rude while seating us. Also the bartender was awesome but she wouldn't let him be great she was unprofessional and disgusting to him he broke a glass and she ran over to the bar and asked him what type of glass do he break once he showed her she said that's a 20.00 glass out loud and so rude. He was embarrassed. After that she continued to scold him by telling him he was moving too slow and he need to wipe the tables and get the food out fast as clean up faster. I don't see how anyone could work with this lady and how she was in charge the way she was talking to people customers and staff I was disgusted and irritated trying to relax and eat my food...The food was good but I will never go back there unless she is not there or off. I am sure that I saw her nam as Vicky Van on her name tag. Stay clear of her and enjoy your good food and drinks read more

I absolutely love coming here as the vibe and food are a 10/10! Everyone is always so nice helpful (:

As a first time customer of JINYA Ramen Bar, and a common customer of ramen restaurants around the Houston area, I have to say that JINYA is a solid addition to the many different ramen restaurants in the surrounding Houston area. I personally ordered the Jinya Tonkotsu Black (pictured below). The noodles are done wonderfully, and the broth itself is easily recognizable as a signature tonkotsu ramen while still having its own distinct and sort of creamy flavor compared to the ordinary. I also ordered some plain edamame which was also very nice- though of course it is just edamame. Service was very nice. Waiters were attentive to our table and very kind and helpful. Also, when leaving, the staff echos out with a very fun 'Thank you!' which I find rather endearing. JINYA also hosts a very comfortable and beautiful interior with very clean restrooms (a clear sign of a good restaurant to any average foodie) and plenty of things to look at. Overall, JINYA is a very wonderful restaurant which I highly advise visiting if you're curious about something new, wanting to try ramen for the first time, or wish to try some very nice Tonkotsu. read more

I love Jinya. This is the 4th location I've eaten at and they are all so similar. There ramen is so consistent and the flavors are rich and complex. My all time favorite is the sprouting up, which is a pork broth. The warm broth and noodles are both filling and tasty. Today, we sat and ate within 30 minutes. Making it a great lunch spot for people who are working. read more

Jinya was a great place for a Monday night to meet family for a casual dinner. Although it was quiet loud in the place and hard to hear my dinner companions we still enjoyed one anothers company. The place is small and gets pretty busy around 7 pm. I suggest meeting up before 7pm if not you may have to wait to be seated. The wait staff was great, very patient and answered all of our menu questions with no frustration. Jinya has Vegan options which is always a plus when dining out. Impossible meat is used in several dishes on their menu. The flavor of my food was good. I ordered the Vegan Ramen with out the noodles the broth was great. I also added roasted brocollini and mushrooms which pair well in my broth. The amount of food was just right to satisfy hunger. Lastly, the bathroom did need a little attention to tidy up a bit, it just wasn't as fresh as it should have been. If a friend or family wanted to go back I would go but it would not be first choice. read more
