Stopped by the Jimmy John's in Vero Beach for a quick lunch and they nailed it on speed. Freaky fast like they promise. I got the Toasted Ultimate Italian and it hit the spot. The jalapeño chips brought just enough heat, and the brownie was surprisingly rich for a chain sandwich place. Service was quick, the place was clean, and everything came out just right. It's not trying to be gourmet, but if you want something fresh and fast that doesn't taste like it's been sitting under a heat lamp, this is the move. read more

Jimmy John's - TOASTED ULTIMATE ITALIAN - Sandwiches Near Me - Vero Beach, Florida

We love JJ but today's experience was lacking. We ordered onsite & ate at home. The salad looks great in the app pic but puny in person. Sauce marginal - too runny and mild for tzatziki. The sandwich was OK, but nothing special. Could have used more meat and sauce. Service always good & fast. read more

God help me i wanted to yak after eating to get that burnt bacon n cheese taste out of my mouth. The bbq chips didn't help as they were bland. The lemonade that i mixed ice tea with tasted like it was pissed in. Should have hit Penny Hill, one of the locally owned shops instead. At least there i didnt pray to retch it back out. Dont go here. Its not all that fast tbh. read more

Very good sandwiches like crazy good. I got some Italian when I can't remember it now and it was so good. We got them toasted, but my grandfather got a garden salad type one with turkey and there wasn't enough turkey. Everyone was understandable and the service was good. read more

We ordered a little john sub and this is what we received. And when I asked if they could put some more turkey on the sub they said No and that it was portioned out. Portioned out for what? A cracker? Don't waste your time or money on this commercialized trash. False advertising and misinformation. read more

Jimmy John's - How it's advertised - Sandwiches Near Me - Vero Beach, Florida

The staff was amazing and friendly. I didn't get my 2 for 1 sandwich I signed up for, that sucked. The sandwiches were good though.

I am a sub fan. So overall, I like it here. Compared to other sub places, you don't get at much food. You have to pay extra for cheese. To me, a sub should come with cheese - it's a sandwich. The employees are helpful, and are fast (that's what the chain is known for, and they excel at it). The bread is fresh, soft, and adds a lot of flavor to the sub. I've gotten the unwich before, which is a piece of lettuce wrapped around the sandwich, instead of the bread. There isn't much seating - I wish there was more. If you order a sub with the bread, I recommend to order it LBI (leave bread in). Otherwise, they carve the inside of the bread out to fit more food in the sandwich. To me, it's much better with the bread left inside. The music is a bit loud, but it's not too bad. read more

Jimmy John's - Turkey Tom with cheese. - Sandwiches Near Me - Vero Beach, Florida

Very friendly people. Probably the friendliest I ever had at any sandwich shop. The giant is a pretty damn big sandwich, but this place tastes more like a better subway than a firehouse sub or Jersey mikes. Overall, I would give it a shot as it might be up your alley of taste. read more

We tried a couple of submarine sandwiches here and unfortunately, they tasted bland & that was with some extras. The price was a little bit much for what we got (or didn't get). Anyway, the service was okay and the atmosphere was pretty good. One thing that was in Jimmy John's favor was that the parking was ample. That was the experience we got. read more

Solid boys!! Thanks for the fast and great sandwich. Literally in and out in like 2 minutes with class. read more

Jimmy John's - Yum yum - Sandwiches Near Me - Vero Beach, Florida

I actually love these sandwiches, BUT NOT THE PRICE. For what you get, the price should be a couple dollars cheaper, really. The bread is delish, the toppings fresh, but they don't have cheese options or different salad toppings. Jersey Mike's is a bit better. read more

My office on the Treasure Coast is conveniently located five minutes from the Jimmy John's in Vero Beach. While I've stopped in while passing the store, delivery is at least a once-a-week occurrence. Why leave when someone else can deliver the food? The menu at Jimmy John's varies from the "Plain Slims" - that are basically meat and sometimes cheese - to the "Giant Clubs" - which are loaded with everything from roast beef, turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomato and a bunch of other stuff. If you're ordering online, don't forget to check out all the "free stuff." My favorite is the most expensive sandwich of all - the "J.J. Gargantuan." Supposedly invented by Jimmy John's brother Huey, it's a loaf of their classic French bread filled with roast beef, smoked ham, Genoa salami, turkey, capicola, and provolone cheese, topped with mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, onions and Italian dressing. Since the "extras" of cherry peppers and bean sprouts are free, I order those as well. The J.J. Gargantuan is the probably the most unhealthy sandwich on the menu, with 55 grams of fat, 1,104 calories, and 3,414 milligrams of sodium. With that said, if it tastes good, it's probably bad for you - right? $10.00 for this sandwich delivered. And don't forget to tip your delivery driver. Chelsea and her crew at the Vero Beach Jimmy Johns are always friendly, polite and never screw up an order. Unlike the Jimmy John's near my office in Fort Lauderdale, they never forget to cut the sandwich in half, upon request. Clean store and convenient location on State Road 60 near 58th Avenue on the south side of the street. Bill Lewis Vero Beach, Florida read more

Love this Jimmy Johns. We are vegan now and this Jimmy Johns has become a staple in our diet. The employees here take really good care of us and we love the curbside pickup. We used to live in Melbourne and found the Jimmy Johns on Wickham to be subpar. This Jimmy Johns is always fresh and delicious. read more

Hit or miss Ordering food over the phone is like talking to the wall. Can't understand simple instructions Once you get the manager involved seems to be ok read more

Trash just pure unadulterated garbage of a sandwich, they couldn't even remember to put onion on a roast beef and cheddar sandwich

Just got subs for self & Boss. Both missing items on sub we ordered. And where was the meat. Paid too much for so little. Have ordered in past and was great but if today is their down sizing forget it read more

I am writing this review not so much for the food quality but the "attitude " I received today. I am a regular at least once every two weeks if not every week, and I always enjoy the food and it's quality. But today I went in and placed my order and there was a bit of a line one person in front of me so they're moving right along and I know they get things out quickly, but this is the second time I've been in there and the young lady who is apparently an assistant manager seems like I was putting her out. So, I placed my order, and immediately she throws on a blob of mayonnaise. I always request no mayonnaise. So she wipes it off and gives me a look and says in an attitude of belittlement "is lettuce and tomato OK? " With this really uncanny fake elevated voice and titled head crooked smile, and I said to her, " why do you have to say it like that?" She just looked away. The cashier is a new kid and he just kept saying like do you wanna drink would you like a cookie is that all? With no sense of certainty of what he should do. I picked it up I spoke to the girl (long hair)at the end and asked who the managers were because I've written two 5 star reviews previously , , I did tell the girl that I was not happy with that attitude and I would post this. She apologized for the other person's attitude, but I pretty much know everyone in there when I come in-the gentlemen are always really happy and very pleasing. And the boys always care about my satisfaction. I normally order (and always NO mayonnaise) the Frenchy ,a pickle, kick in ranch, and another sandwich but today was just the number 10. But apparently the female assistant manager was-put out- by my not saying as soon as I walked through the door "no mayonnaise please"-btw, she started making my sandwich as soon as I told cashier but was not even done the order-so maybe NOT push so fast that she gave me an attitude that questions myself as if I want to go back! The food on the other hand was perfect! read more

A great place for really good subs & staff. Today, there was a long line, but only two working. Yet, they smiled and greeted each customer! My order was missing one item and realized that it was my mistake. They gave me another small sub without cost. Thank you! read more

Pros: -The bread is fresh -the sandwich tasted pretty good -You can get a 8" sub for $5.50! -the chips are AWESOME (they only have a few selections but they make their own chips somewhere and sell them), -the service is quickkk -It looks pretty awesome inside, nothing like Vero -They deliver Cons: -The customer service SUCKS (they seem miserable and have nothing better to do then watch you while you eat) - They only sell sandwiches, chips, and soda read more

Great prices and quick service . I usually get Italian hero provolone hard salami ham lettuce tomato delicious !

The sub is good, they now have 9 grain wheat sub rolls, employees don't wear gloves to make the subs or putting the dough on the pan

Not impressed. Ordered a tuna sub assuming it would have tuna on it but it was mostly lettuce.

Always freaky fast and super good. If you want your food quick this is the place, good and delicious.

Never had anything bad from here....they are clean and fast at this location. I usually do an internet order and go pick up...always right on time....recommend read more

I was in the mood for subs and decided to try Jimmy John's. I went to their website and looked through their menu. My family ordered four subs, two tuna's, and intalian and the porker. When I ordered I tried to get them delivered. But I'm not in the delivery area, I'm only 1 1/2 miles away!! So I went to the store to get my subs. When I got there they had it all ready to go. The sub rolls were soft and fresh and the subs were good, nothing spectacular but good. read more

I ordered the bootlegger club, and it was amazing! Very fast to make the sand which and great customer service. I'd love to come back here again...everything was very fresh tasting and flavorful. read more

Sorry subway but you're fired!!! Ladies and gentlemen these subs are outstanding, I love the bread it has a great texture, and flavor. The meat is also very fresh. I personally ate the Italian, and I was extremely pleased . It is really cool how they assemble the subs, sort of like a conveyor line, meaning they can build your sub under a minute, so you're in and out real fast. Great if you're on a time restraint. I feel that they are going to succeed and do very well in vero beach. Now here's the amazing part, the prices are cheap, you can get an Italian sub for under seven bucks, out the door. Please get down there, you will not be dissatisfied. read more

Freaky fast doesn't stand strong enough as to how quick these guys are. Food is flawless, fresh, and filling. Great service and excellent response time. They won a customer over. read more

Horrible customer service. My husband, 2 boys and myself go here about once a week for early dinner, paying almost $30 every time. It's a splurge but we like the quality of the subs. Yesterday's service however left such a sour taste we won't be going back. Hubby was getting a to go order with baby asleep on his arms. He got 2 subs, a slim sub, 3 sodas, chips and cookie. No drink carriers available. No other customers in store. 3 visible employees working. Not one of the had the decency to even hold the door open so my husband wouldn't struggle with the baby, sodas, food and door. Not giving them my $ anymore. read more

Not sure why this place has such low stars but the husband and I stopped in here for lunch the other day and were very happy with everything. The restaurant was very clean and tidy, the staff was very understanding when I couldn't figure out what I wanted and answered all my questions, I was amazed that the food was done so quickly and the men's bathroom was hilarious. I would definitely come here again! read more

Someone wrote a review that they were in for Mother's Day today and employees were solemn and serious...I was in at 1 pm and I can agree with that. They didn't seem interested in their jobs. One employee could not stop yawning! Anyway, ordered my sub and didn't have to wait long and I was out the door. Upon arriving home I was amazed to find that my sub didn't contain the main ingredient...ham! Bread, lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo!!!! How is that possible?! No other customers in the store. That just proved that the employees were not interested. When I called the employee was nice enough but did not offer an apology other than to say that he didn't understand how that could happen....I couldn't agree more. The bread is very good and service is fast but need employees that want to be there. read more

Super clean! Great subs! Hubby had his first UnWhich and he loved it. Club Lulu is where it's at!!Helpful, friendly staff. We'll be back!

The crew for Mother's Day around 12:00p was so solemn and serious. I guess they hated being away from their moms. :(
