One of my favorite places to eat....unfortunately not today! Ordered a Cobb Salad started eating and there was a long piece of hair that had a piece of chicken attached to it!!! Gross!! Yuck!! Instead of offering a refund they offered a card for a free meal without a refund!!! It's not free!!! I paid for a salad I couldn't eat! What's up with that? I've been to this location several times since moving here, more than I'd like to admit. Chick-fil-a is a great standby with consistent and exceptional customer service. I most recently went here as I had tired going 2 other places (one closed on Monday and the other never got service after being seated for 15 min). I always know what to expect here and they've yet to disappoint. The team is so friendly and I know I will always be greeted when I walk through the door. As for the food, they have a variety of options at reasonable prices. They even have healthy options as well and can modify them to fit your needs with no issue. I'm also a huge fan of the mobile app and rewards program. It's so user friendly and easy to pickup your order. You can go inside, go through the drive-thru, or even pull up into one of the curbside spots and they'll bring your food to you. So simple and convenient when you're in a hurry. Ok- I know this is a "fast food restaurant" but the service is seriously so much better than most sit down restaurants. They've mastered the concept of keeping the lines moving. Groups of people coming in 10-15 at a time are seated and eating within minutes. The food is delicious and the restaurant is clean. They even have a person walking around to check if you need a refill on your drinks or help you take away your tray.
