Anyway I order a simple black coffee in the app, arrived and used the restroom, and then proceed to the counter area for pick up. There is nothing in the mobile order window so I stand at the ordering counter where there is no one. I do however see at least 6 people working the kitchen area. At least 4 of them see me just standing there. They have no clue if I have ordered or need to order. I give it a solid 3-4 minutes with no acknowledgement before I start calling out to see if anyone is working the counter. No one responds or even stops what they're doing. I try a little louder just in case they don't hear me over the kitchen noise and still nothing. Now I have to resort to waving my arms back and forth to get someone's attention. Who responds, the farthest away person (who may have been the manager) who also saw me when I first got there. I tell her I mobile ordered a black coffee and she asks if anyone has, it's immediately handed to her and she says sorry for the wait. How about sorry for not at the very least acknowledging a customer when they walk in or telling them you'll be right with them. Forget that the coffee was pretty bad, the customer service in the most basic level was nonexistent.

I go to pick up and parking isn't great but the folks in there were really cool and the food was cooked to order. Whatever that soy sauce combination with my tearikki sauce combination is that made the shrimp and sushi rolls perfect. Bottle that up because whatever that is I'd put that on anything Asian and a few other dishes as well. Also shout out to the shrimp. It was way better than the standard fried shrimp I'd usually get.
