Should have looked at the reviews before picking this spot for a quick coffee and restroom break. With Wawa and Starbucks both on either side, I probably should have known better. Anyway I order a simple black coffee in the app, arrived and used the restroom, and then proceed to the counter area for pick up. There is nothing in the mobile order window so I stand at the ordering counter where there is no one. I do however see at least 6 people working the kitchen area. At least 4 of them see me just standing there. They have no clue if I have ordered or need to order. I give it a solid 3-4 minutes with no acknowledgement before I start calling out to see if anyone is working the counter. No one responds or even stops what they're doing. I try a little louder just in case they don't hear me over the kitchen noise and still nothing. Now I have to resort to waving my arms back and forth to get someone's attention. Who responds, the farthest away person (who may have been the manager) who also saw me when I first got there. I tell her I mobile ordered a black coffee and she asks if anyone has, it's immediately handed to her and she says sorry for the wait. How about sorry for not at the very least acknowledging a customer when they walk in or telling them you'll be right with them. Forget that the coffee was pretty bad, the customer service in the most basic level was nonexistent. read more

Stopped by this McDonald's on our way back north. Place was clean- I used the kiosk to order 2 bacon, egg and cheese McGriddles two hash browns. Waited at the counter a bit to pay. The cashier was nice. When I got my order glad I checked the bag - no hash browns. Food was ok not much bacon on the sandwich. I also got a coffee- still no dairy free milk options for the coffee. read more

I placed my order to pick up at the front counter, and when I checked my order, the burger was supposed to be no mustard and no pickles. However, the burger only came with ketchup and I am missing my small fry from the five dollar Mc double meal deal that I ordered. Quick stop. My apologies. If this may sound more yapping then Yelping. No, I do not do Kiosks. Nice young lady took care of me. Was friendly greeted me with a smile. There is a large percentage of the Staff in the service industry, taking care of us. Due to attending school. Or, single parents. Point, if most of us do not use the counter service. People loose their jobs. As long has I get good service. Good food in a timely manner. I will continue to use the counter service. Gives me an opportunity to ask questions. I've noticed many restaurants. The Servers cleaning (bussing) the tables."The Buss Boys"gone. My son bussed plenty of tables. While in High School and FSU. Not the need. Instilled character and appreciation for responsibility. Helped him to choose career and path. An Alumni Grad. School Teacher. Store is very clean. Excellent service, the open kitchen looked clean. This place is so hit or miss. When inside is open service is good. When only drive through is open it is terrible. Long slow moving lines. Food comes out wrong and cold. You end up driving away and eating it as is. Takes too long to wait again in line to correct. Needs better late night management. No other late night choices nearby. read more

I recently just ordered for dinner tonight and the meal was unsatisfactory. I ordered two buttermilk chicken sandwiches that looked as if they threw the ingredients on from a foot away with also a white hair found. No one I live with has any white hair. It was very sloppily put together. The medium fries I ordered could have fit into a small fry bag, And had absolutely no salt, The coke tasted as if it were flat or old. I never usually have a problem with this location but spending money at this time was a treat for us during this pandemic.
