Waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes. Half the cars drove away because it wasn't moving. Food was wrong and not the best tasting. The five star reviews totally seem like lies. Corporate should do something about this place. Management obviously doesn't care. read more

Had me wait in the drive through for 15 minutes just to tell me to come inside. So whoever else came into the store get ahead of me cause your can't run your ship accordingly? Respect peoples time. read more

The only reason to eat here is you need something fast or you really just have to have McDonald's. Drive through orders are incorrect 1 out of 3 visits. Food is consistent. read more

One of the worst McDonald's experiences I've had. I visited this location in the morning intending to redeem a free meal through the app. I asked to order at the counter using my points, but the staff directed me to the self-service kiosk instead. A staff member even started placing the order at the kiosk for me -- but it repeatedly failed. I explained that I was in a hurry and asked if she could simply place the order from the counter. She ignored my request and continued trying on the screen, which still didn't work. I eventually had to leave, frustrated and upset, with no food. This could have been solved easily if they had just used the counter system -- which was available. To me, it felt like the staff just didn't want to help. If I could give 0 stars, I would. 5875 20th St McDonald. Terrible service. Terrible service. Terrible service. Don't go there. read more

I placed a mobile order and it obviously allowed me to some they're open 24 hours. I placed mobile order on my way to work and when I arrived a guy rudely said "we ain't open until 5:30 so SORRY. U don't understand s why I could submit an order and they are reposted as a 24 hour McDonald's. I won't be returning I'll drive to the next location than to waste my time here again. Especially with how rude the employee was. read more

2 months later and the situation is worse. No one even acknowledges the people in the lobby. It's ridiculous.

My gosh, I don't think it gets worse than this place. Absolute incompetence As I'm waiting on my order, lots of complaining customers. People are actually asking for refunds because the service is so bad. STAY FAR AWAY!! read more

We went to McDonald's on 20 today. My husband ordered the buy one get one for 1.00..quarter pounders and I ordered the same as a meal. As he was eating the 2nd one he noticed it wasn't even cooked all the way. Fast forward about 45 mins later..both of us were throwing up. Also, there were 2 guys outside at the picnic tables..you could tell they were dealing drugs. One was walking the parking lot then come back and handing the other a black thick looking wallet, sliding it across the table. Went the whole time we were eating and still there when we left. Several people came by to them. Tried calling McDonald's after we left, no answer. Be aware! read more

The worst McDonald's in the world. You can never get any help and the staff is extremely rude and it always sounds like they're about to fight with each other's and customers. Physically fight?? read more

Worst McDonald's in the area. Avoid at all costs, especially in the evening hours. They are not open 24 hours. Technically, there are employees inside, but they won't acknowledge your existence. Long wait times and customers asking for refunds is a common sight here. If you even get your order, the food quality is generally fine. Also, don't order from here online. You are only putting this poor experience and extended wait times on someone trying to make a living. Hopefully they are attempting to make moves in the right direction because it is a very convenient location, but in its current state it is worth it to spend a little more at nearby chic fil a or literally anywhere else. read more

Very very rude staff at the Mcdonalds on 58th ave and 20th st in Vero Beach , Fla we were given the wrong order at an earlier date i called and the manager said just come in and you will be on the books to replace your order well not the case these people were so rude , customers were literally walking out because they were only taking care and paying attention to drive thru , manager dropped a bag of food on floor and continued to serve it to customer totally unacceptable!!! Just a really bad experience all around!!! This store lost several customers by not even acknowledging they were there , this store needs a complete overhaul of employees Charlotte and Larry Samson read more

Came here around 8:10 a.m Upon placing my order no good morning, more of "what do you want?" Trying to place the order they kept cutting us off. I guess the person at the window wasn't having a good morning. Luckily for us, the people that gave us the order were in a much better mood. read more

Worst McDonald's ever. Do not go here. We waited for 25 minutes to order and get our food. I would've left the line except I was boxed in. Once we got our food, the order was wrong and the fries were cold so I sent it back. She came out five minutes later with the same cold fries, and when I told her that they were still cold, she said "she just took them out of the basket" there is no possible way that she just took it out of the basket and they would've been this cold. read more

Great food! Staff is amazing, Mili the manager is so kind and friendly! Also very clean floors and tables!

The staff was unbelievably ignorant most of the staff were on their cell phones outside the building walking around the parking lot and the few behind the counter acting as if they can't be bothered one sitting in a chair taking drive-through orders and the other being nasty as can be telling everyone order at the kiosk order at the kiosk like we were supposed to know not to walk to the counter really sad walk out read more

I don't expect top quality food and drink from any McDonalds. Although, I expect my Coke to taste like Coke and not Fruit Punch. Every time I go to this McDonalds, my drink taste like anything but what I ordered, so I'd appreciate if it actually tasted how it should. No concerns other than this, the food here is great, I just want better quality drinks. - - - It's been less than a year since I posted that review, and so I've expected the drinks to taste better, but every time I go, the Coke tastes worse and worse. You're not very nice. read more

After sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes for just 2 pumpkin lattes I finally got To the window they handed me one and made me pull in a spot and wait for the other. Pedro and Megan didn't appreciate me taking pictures on my most recent visit. Check them out and tell me whether you'd eat at this particular Vero Beach McDonald's or not. Ordered ice cream and specialty coffee for myself and four kids. Almost 13 minutes to produce the order and they screwed up on the caramel Frappuccino. Gave me two Frappuccino's rather than one. Second drink was supposed to be a hot caramel McCafe. While waiting for the order, Megan confronted me and ordered me to stop taking pictures. At that point, one of her female staff started sweeping the floor. I asked for her name and she told me she didn't have to give it to me. The pictures speak for themselves. You decide. /s/ William E. My expectations were low but holy crap. This place is absolutely wretched, the food is always made wrong, doused in sauce, or straight up missing. If I could give it zero stars I would. The staff constantly lies and proceeds to have issues even doing their jobs. I understand that McDonald's isn't known for much other than being quick and easy these days but they can't even get that part right. I would literally go anywhere else if that were an option but unfortunately my schedule doesn't allow for me to scoop three day old roadkill off the ground and take it home to cook because even that would be a better experience than I've ever had here. read more

Lady in a NASTY crusty hard and dry blue and black wig tried to fight me cause I wouldn't pay TWO times for my order

There are 4 kiosks and 3 are broken, The 1 working kiosk said to go orders only. No one would come to the register, and they made a point of walking around customers actively ignoring them. The register was closed so they couldnt take your money, although that was an option the kiosk gave. They have no sodas. One man ordered a frappe ahead of time. They had no frappes, so they offered to give him his money back except they couldnt open the register. At that point, after 10 minutes of frustration, I gave up and left. I ate next door at a fast food restaurant that was interested in serving me. This McDs is a very busy location but a nearly empty store. It was apparent why. This was the worst experience Ive ever had at a McDonalds. I came once before and they would not serve at the register and were loudly yelling the F word from the back and how much they hated their jobs. I will never visit this McDonalds again. read more

Absolutely the RUDEST staff - including the manager - Beverly, I've EVER experienced. Hamburger U. Rule # (insert number here): Don't argue with the customer! And don't leave the window open when you're trying to figure wtf is going on with the rest of the staff. Geez!!! Don't waste your time with the ridiculous App., either. It makes no difference. That notwithstanding, I have had absolutely the WORST service and food from this store of my entire life. The exception being when Jeff (mgr.) is working. The place runs like clockwork when he is present. Food is hot, fresh, and staff is friendly. Roll the dice on this place, and pray that he is there. Otherwise, you're wasting your time, $, and - if you're like me on more than one occasion, will leave before even picking up your food. They are THAT obnoxiously rude. read more

Horrible service. As you're walking in, you'll get employee's that work there on their break saying "we're closed" or "bathrooms only" or "we're full" so you don't come inside. Some employees actually work hard so kinda sucks for the, but someone needs to come clean this place up. read more

Every time I order a burger without cheese, they give me one with cheese and slap a label in the box reading "no cheese". I cannot even use the drive through anymore for this reason. If you live in Vero and you know anything about going to McDonald's past dark then you know it takes a half hour to get through the drive thru. Well tonight, i felt a bit ill, a bit hungry, i was feening for some chicken nuggets. So i pulled up to the drive thru and was greeted right away!!! Then, when i got to pay at the payment window the lady was SO SWEET, and i added an apple pie and she was the best, SO NICE!!! Problems began with a 10-15 minute wait to order in the drive-in lane. We were next to order but no vehicles in either lane moved. Longest delay I've ever experienced at a fast food restaurant.
