Food was fine. Simply put angry unprofessional employee. For what seems like no reason. All I had to do is pick up an order. Maybe she was angry with somebody else or just angry in general. Either way completely unprofessional experience. Won't be returning. read more

KFC - Fast Food Near Me - Vero Beach, Florida

KFC's newest menu item, the Chizza, is a big bomb. Promoted as the merger of pizza and fried chicken, Chizza would fail even if they learned how to serve it hot. Consider that someday they may learn how to get it out of the oven both hot AND moist. Would that earn 5-stars? No. Simply, Chizza's a bad idea, poorly conceived and miserably executed. Don't give up your pizzeria. read more

Could we please give negative stars. This place was horrible. No ice for drinks. My husband should have taken that as a sign right then! Then he ordered a 12 piece of half original and half burnt. When this place says extra crispy they mean it. Also, why even bake the biscuits if you're going to give raw dough to customers and then step on them to shove them into the bucket of burnt chicken. I'd hate to see how your staff treats the customers the might actually hate. This place is health violation that needs to be shut down. Don't go here. Don't give this inept employees a job they clearly don't want. They must hate work and getting a paycheck. So please let's help shut this place down and save other customers from the same horrible experiences. read more

I ordered a family meal that came with two sides. Except you do not get to choose what side the meal comes with. Even though they list six sides, you only get with the family meal two- mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Because I do not eat pork, I asked if the mashed potatoes had a pork gravy, which is usually the case. The person taking my order through the drive-through was nasty and just about spit out the fact that she doesn't know. Really? Can she not ask her manager or the cook? Talk about being a lazy bitch. And it just got worse from there, because when I asked if the meal came with a drink, like meal deals usually do at every other fast food restaurant she again started yelling at me. No they do not. You have to buy the drinks separately. Jeez!! If I could have just left the drive-through I would have except there was a car in front and back. But this is so outrageous - that an employee who is taking somebody's order at a fast food restaurant would scream at the person for asking pretty innocent questions. I guess she was having a bad day, but why would you take it out on a customer ? The one star is for the chicken, which was just OK. The mashed potatoes without the gravy were horrible. The coleslaw was disgusting. I might have given two stars or even three stars if I hadn't been treated so horribly. But of course I doubt any manager is going to be reading these reviews and giving a .. read more

Stopped by tonight got my food within two minutes. Food was hot, order was right and I am happy

My husband went to KFC tonight got home expecting a 3 piece white and a tenders meal we came home we had a 3 piece white and a three piece dark which neither of us like. The dogs like it. This place isn't cheap and we were very ticked off. Is it that hard to get an order right. This isn't the first time. There are a few other chicken places in town. We won't be going here again read more

This place is always horrible, pulled up to the drive thru and told the cashier that the menu board was dark (no lights), her response was " well in comes on automatically"... wtf. No clue and now we're 10 minutes parked waiting for food. Horrible. I read more

Fast ordering through the drive thru. Friendly staff as well. Lemonade may have had a lemon in the immediate vicinity when made but definitely watered down severely... NO utensils, condiments nor napkins at all! Chicken sandwich was average.... read more

If I could I would make this 0 stars , this is the worst fast food restaurant I've vent to in my life of living in Florida . The crew don't do nothing but sit there and talk and on their phones. I get the worst attitude for ordering a big order for me and my children. Not gone say when but this past week I seen a rodent walking on the ground and the staff just sat there and done nothing . What a shame , the managers need to do better and needs to get throughly inspected . I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone and needs to shut down until further notice read more

I placed an order in the drive through and forgot to add biscuits. When I got to the window to pay I made sure there was no one else behind me or ordering in the restaurant and I asked to add biscuits to my order. The employee said oh no, you can't add to orders at the window. I can't imagine a business that would turn down a sale when there were NO other customers around. I won't be back to this KFC ever again. read more

They never gave me my receipt at the drive-thru! Could not do the survey and use a coupon for future. Not fair. The lady working this evening, could care less on 1/8/22 at 5pm ish. She was bad. Bad attitude. Made you wait, talked and took orders when we drove up, ignored us, then never gave us the receipt of our purchase. I had to look up online on my credit card at home to make sure it was correct. This lady was so bad. I told her too that KFC raised their prices 12.5% much higher than the inflation. She didn't care and said she just works here. What a bad attitude employee! Two weeks ago we came and had a nice lady Bernice, tonight the lady was so nasty, we will never go back to KFC again. How can you allow your employees to treat customers this way? Talk to people the way she did and she did not even care and show any genuine concern. I can see why the reviews for this KFC are very bad here. It used to be good. The lady they had working on the drive thru this evening was the worst. It almost seemed like she was a manager too. Horrible. We will not be back. Please give your customers their receipts when they pay and used a credit card! KFC Vero Beach you have a lot to do to improve your customer service! You get an "F" today because of your bad attitude employee! read more

This was horrible. Look at the chicken!! Need I say more?!? This was awful and expensive. I dont think I'll be going there again. And that's sad because I love kfc. I'm so disappointed. read more

Fast, friendly and polite are the staff at this Vero Beach location of Kentucky Fried Chicken. Food is above average for "fast food" and is generally well prepared and hot. I've never been inside - have always visited the drive thru. Staff are pleasant and have always inquired as to whether I had a coupon or needed sauce for my order. Take out bag always has a wet napkin, regular napkins and the appropriate condiments. Food orders have always been correct. William E. Lewis Jr. Vero Beach, Florida. read more

KFC - Georgia Gold $5 meal. Comes with a side order. - Fast Food Near Me - Vero Beach, Florida

This is pretty bad. If you want chicken "in the worst way" this might be your place. I ordered 3 piece box with 2 breasts and a wing. I received 2 thighs and leg. The receipt was correct but the food was wrong. The chicken was extra greasy and the fries were cold. Enough said. Now I remember why I don't eat here. read more

I always brace myself whenever I go to KFC or Popeyes. Is it a chicken thing? I often find the service to be subpar. I typically don't review fast food restaurants, but the service here was so good, I had to I wish I had gotten the black guys name who waited on me, but he was awesome and deserves a raise or promotion. read more

I. Prices on the drive thru menu are very obscure and I was rushed along and not given a total until I got to the window. I would have cancelled had I known how excessively overpriced it was. The person at the window was snarky about it, but I can save you getting ripped off. Just don't go there. Then the chicken was hard and dry. Yuck. read more

I wish I could upload a picture of this bloody chicken that I just purchased from the KFC in Pembroke Pines, FL the whole batch was bloody and my daughter ate all of her chicken before I realized it. I just called the store 3 times and of course the line is busy. Called the complaint line phone number that is online and the person who answered sounds like an outsourced company in another country. Kentucky Fried Cole Slaw and Mashed potatos' was about all this poor excuse for a KFC Restaurant had plenty of. We asked for Extra Crispy chicken at the drive up intercom and were told they were completely out. Okay, original is fine, we said. Husband asked for a 3 piece box and I asked for two thighs' along with mashed potatoes' and cole slaw. Drove to the window and was told that they were completely out of dark meat chicken but could offer us breasts and/or wings instead. Mind you it was 6:15 pm on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 and they were nearly plum out of chicken in addition to Extra Crispy. Neither my husband or I care for the chicken breast as they tend to be dry and we each ended up with two. Husband's third piece was a wing and wings are so scrawny they are not even a "piece" of chicken. In addition the chicken was barely lukewarm by the time we drove the 10 minutes home. We should have said no at the drive thru and headed across the way to WalMart deli where they have fried chicken for sale. What a waste of $20.00 and we were not provided with a receipt either. The worst part was that the cashier was completely unapologetic even though I was clearly disappointed. NEVER AGAIN will we bother to patronize Kentucky Fried Chicken located on 20th Avenue/Highway 60 in Vero Beach, FL. Their management is incompetent and even I would know to have enough chicken fried for an unplanned rush at supper time. We love KFC chicken and have been disappointed before in other states with the poor chicken choices and wonder what has happened to a brand that gets more expensive and no longer cares about their customers'. read more

I am absolutely dumbfounded by the lack of effort the employees put forth. I don't know if it's pure laziness or that they simply just don't care. I don't understand how you can mess up an order so bad. We had ordered one of the meal boxes with 2 sides, and all they sent us was just a box of biscuits. Judging by the restaurants average of 2 stars I shouldn't really be surprised. They're an overall embarrassment to the food industry and should feel ashamed employing such lazy, uncaring, and overall lackluster people. Do better. read more

Went to this KFC at 8pm. Went up to the drive through. Went to order and was told "we have no chicken". This is KFC. How do you have no chicken? I asked the girl that and she said "well we can make some. It will take about 15 minutes or so. What is the purpose of a KFC fast food drive though and wait 15plus minutes. Absolutely rotten!!! My son picked up dinner for me from KFC in Vero Beach. Was supposed to be chicken strips with Wedges! The strips were old, dried up and very small. There was a small container of gravy - NO potatoes - not mashed OR the wedges that were ordered! There was a biscuit that was hard as a rock! And a stale cookie! Their original chicken is a little too salty. Everything else is okay. I like their biscuits better than anything.

The food was great. The service was fast and friendly and I appreciate that.

I personally hold the Colonel responsible for my 75lb weight gain when I was pregnant with my daughter. Darn those secret spices!

It is a pretty average KFC store but I felt the need to subtract a star because a woman at the counter named Lisa is basically yelling the entire time I'm trying to eat. She is so loud that I could not enjoy my meal. Just constant loudness. read more

Visited the restaurant via drive thru on 1/13/2020 8pm. Ordered a $5 fill up white meat (breast) and asked if a wing could be added. I was encouraged to just get regular 2 piece with the breast and wing and pay $6 plus. I agreed to order two (2) of the same. To my dismay I did not know you had to request french fries or you received mash potatoes instead. I leave and return asking for french fries in place of mashed potatoes and the worker (very nice) explained about the order then said its ok we will replace the mashed potatoes. I agreed to pay for the fries she said no we will replace them. I was told to pull forward to wait on fries. The young man brought me my order to include fries. I arrived home to find I was given one small fry in a separate bag; one box had mashed potatoes with 2 thighs (no breast no wing) and the other had green beans with 2 legs (no breast, no wing). They did not make a mistake it was done intentionally. This restaurant has really gone down. The quality of service stinks. Where is the owner? A month ago I order via drive thru and was totally told wow omg (in the microphone) (because I order 2 little sandwiches. Unbelievably unprofessional and rude!!!! read more

Frankly I don't understand how anybody has anything bad to say about the customer service. The lady that take your order is the sweetest lady you'll ever meet other than possibly your grandma. I've been to this place several times and his wife are one of my favorite kfc use. Food is always fresh and not once have I gotten my order wrong. I have had one or two pieces of chicken that have been a bit salty, especially on the crispy chicken, other than that it has always been good. Is the only KFC in about 20 mile radius, so it's not like you have a choice lol. You should try it good read more
