It was perfectly crispy, and the fresh lemon squeezed over it at the end was a fantastic touch. For my entrée, I had the lamb with ratatouille, and it was absolutely amazing--packed with flavor. The harissa served with the pita bread added a nice kick and complemented the dish perfectly. My wife ordered the shaved lamb, and it was clearly not the typical store-bought variety. It tasted house-made, and the flavor was outstanding. We finished with the baklava, which was excellent--super flaky, not overly sweet, and filled with natural honey flavors. Hubby had the Granny's Pot Roast. He was impressed with how lean the meat was and that he could cut it with his fork. The loaded mashed potatoes looked phenomenal. In addition to the food being delicious, the staff was wonderful. We had three different waitstaff checking on us throughout our meal. We watched them open doors for people coming in and leaving the restaurant. The restaurant also has a popular meal planning service. They rotate their menu monthly.
