I had the Mediterranean Flatbread without the chicken, but took the chicken home as leftovers for the family. It was piled with artichokes, great quality kalamata olives, etc. The chesses with the pesto sauce and drizzle were a delicious combination! My son enjoyed the leftover chicken. Hubby had the Granny's Pot Roast. He was impressed with how lean the meat was and that he could cut it with his fork. The loaded mashed potatoes looked phenomenal. In addition to the food being delicious, the staff was wonderful. We had three different waitstaff checking on us throughout our meal. We watched them open doors for people coming in and leaving the restaurant. The restaurant also has a popular meal planning service. They rotate their menu monthly. This will definitely be one of our new go to spots!

The food was prepared quickly, came out hot and fresh, and was full of flavor. The only thing keeping this from a review is that I found the menu somewhat limited (one steak option, no burger, one seafood entree option). Certainly this is due to a rotating menu so what makes them special to others was a bit limiting for me. I'll definitely be back to check out future menu options!

Boy did they do the basics right. Came here over the weekend and ordered a build your own salad, with hearts of romaine as my base, and greek dressing. I additionally ordered feta, pickled red onions, cherry tomatos and olives to it for my veggies. For my protein I added grilled chicken breast. They followed my directions to a T and everything was proportional. It was not swimming in sauce, and all of the veggies and chicken were fresh. I will be back again and again. Keep up the good work.

I decided on a sunshine citrus salad with steak as my protein and it was amazing! The great ambiance exudes tranquility with plants on cute wooden racks and comfortable atmosphere. They apparently serve soups too however they were sold out because we went fairly late and close to closing time. I love the healthy and fresh products and ingredients I haven't had a thing I didn't like yet after many wraps I have had-everything is always fresh and delicious! It's pricey but worth every penny and they are large portions for two meals in my opinion! I will return and definitely recommend !

I don't super recall having one of their beers at the Stuart beer festival, so I was excited about 'retrying' it. First, the building is awesome. Read the history on it, but also hard to ignore the giant generator that the beer comes out of it....super cool visual. I like the vibe of the place overall, and the patio seemed really nice but since it was our first visit I wanted to take the inside 'all in', and glad we did. Ok..the beers.... Flight: 6 5 oz pours for $15. Reasonable enough.. We started here just to see what pint we each wanted: *Freedom Tourch Stout: I loved it. *Hazy IPA *Double Vision IPA: Really enjoyed it; just amped up the hazy a bit. *Hef: Decent (not a super fan of hef, but wanted to sample) *Lager: Decent, it's a lager: * Icon IPA I ended up with an Icon IPA as my pint, enjoyed! Ok..the food * We split 10 wings for $16. Naked with nashville hot and blue cheese on teh side. Really enjoyed, meaty. * We also split a burger..the fun guy (funghi). We upgraded to sweet potato fries. I thought it was delicious, and the swp instead of marshmallow fluff had a maybe sweet cream cheese dip (i don't care it was delicious!) :) Now they were out of a few beers that was my first pick (including the Saison) but I guess it was others picks too..hence why they were out! Definitely want to go back!

The avocado was a half plopped on the sandwich, and wasn't even sliced. Asking for more jam took forever. The server was nice but she had so many tables and we had to wait for a long time to get things. The Mac and cheese was so dry the kids did not like it. The two side Caesar salads were different portions for the same price. The pretzel and cowboy burger were amazing. Disappointing overall. Will we be back? Sure, we just won't order some of those items.

After a long day of preparation for Easter for 3 daughters we needed a moment for us, before the next days celebration. We had the back room to ourselves and it was just perfect. I just had to say, my husband loves to cook for me, especially short ribs and a beautiful brown sauce and he is amazing at it. Well, this blew him and I both away. Also, the skewers were something out of this world. There is an article about them in Vero Mag. This place is a secret we want to keep to ourselves but a place with this much talent is meant to be celebrated. Ohhh and the Short Rib Rangoons! Thank you curfew for giving to very busy parents a couple hours to just connect and enjoy a wonderful place. We cannot wait to come back again. *INITIAL REVIEW*…read more Today, my family and I celebrated Mother's Day given the fact one of my sisters and I would be too busy to celebrate it on the actual day. Ergo, we made a trip down to Vero Beach and had fun at both McKee Botanical Gardens and the Vero Beach Museum of Art (VBMA), both which got stellar reviews by me in the past. In between both locales, we were hungry and needed to eat someplace local. I had some suggestions, but my mom was in the mood for seafood. As a suggestion from reviews, The Crab Stop of Vero Beach was ultimately decided upon. I have to say, I am happy this restaurant was suggested because it is very good. Even though an address is provided, The Crab Spot of Vero Beach (which I will shorthand simply to Crab Spot for the remainder of this review) is located on the southside of the entryway into Royal Palm Place, one of the many extensions leading out into the water near US-1, but this one is known for the Royal Palm Park at the end. Initial display, decor, and ambiance has the stereotypical local dive bar look with elements showcasing they specialize in seafood, and the little bits of rustic flaws adds a bit of character for what they are. I would not expect such a look for a high-end restaurant, but this works for a local place on the river. The chairs squeeked, the table wobbled a bit in which the waitress fixed with some coasters, and the plates were chipped. No problem at all. There was even outdoor seating in the back bar-style which gives you a nice view of the canal that leads to the river. It was high sun, so we opted for the air conditioning. Now we move on to the food. I have to say that the majority of our food was really good, and when you adjusted to what you are eating, it was top-notch. Key word, however, is the "majority." The good: the hush puppies basket as you get 10 hush puppies that are lightly-seasoned with 1000 island sauce. If you eat one, it is probable you might think it is light on seasoning. However, they are small and finishing all 10 won't be a problem. The flavor builds with each hush puppy, which was smartly done compared to what most seafood places do: give you like two to five hush puppies of large size and high flavoring. The wings, however, used a hot sauce that was mostly vinegar. This ruined the wings for me, and if my stepdad ordered 20, he'd be eating the majority of them. Everything else was top-notch and delicious. Altogether, my family ordered the Fish and Chips, Mahi Sandwich, Fried Catfish Sandwich, Sea Scallop Snack Pack, and the Crab Cake Dinner. Details for each dish in the pictures. On a sidenote, the restroom was okay as in clean and stocked, but not the best-looking restroom I seen. Maybe the "character" could have not be extended to the restroom. Ultimately, I am giving Crab Stop four out of five stars. I do enjoy a good "mom n' pop" place as I prefer to support local and small, but since this is the only time I went, I can't justify a five-star rating until they prove to be consistent. I will be back as there is another park just south of this business that has geocaches that need to be found AND I may also try to hide a traditional letterbox here. But take note for a local seafood stop, this place is good to go.
