I'm pregnant and I came in before they closed on a saturday night and they were so sweet and personable. It was super clean and everyone was so nice. They gave me lots of extra pickles and threw an extra patty on my burger! It's the little things !! Love this location read more

This location has great staff, a clean store and great food! I am a fan of the burgers at various locations around FL and this location has dedicated and caring staff that are friendly, kind and excellent at their jobs! I definitely keep returning for a great burger and fries meal for me every few weeks and it's consistently proven to be worth it!! read more

Went there today at 6 and got terrible fries (overcooked - reheated in oil) and a terrible overdone hamburger. Next time I'll go to Wendy's if I need a burger 'fix'. It's much better and cheaper as I won't be going back read more

I would have to say this is the best chain burger restaurant. Everything tastes great and the fries can't be beat.

Good fast service. Customer service and employee energy nice too experience. Excellent variety of toppings for your burger. Tasty milkshakes. Won't hesitate to return. read more

Fast food higher price.I know smash burger places better.Go to a good sit down restraunt same pice, better experience lots of hype not so wonderful, that's why the overall stars lacking.cut prices 25%.somewhat overcooked.ive had better whoppers. read more

Hang Over food at it's best. Let it be noted the hot dogs are grilled and probably the best thing on menu

Five Guys used to be one of our go-to places. But, tonight's order was not great. The fries were terrible, burnt to a crisp. Not impressed.

Burgers are no more than average and way overpriced. Fries are undercooked. While the meet and great are enthusiastic, it seems to be to mask the high price low burger taste. Never again read more

Some people think these burgers are too greasy. I don't agree, I think they're great. I got a little hamburger with raw onions, mustard, ketchup, lettuce, and tomato. It was delicious! read more

Very consistent food and the service workers are always friendly and upbeat! Everything is fresh and delicious. Worth the extra money. Highly recommend. read more

This five guys is just like every other five guys we've been too. You can never go wrong. The food is always great for a "fast food" burger. The man that took our order was friendly as well. The only thing that could make these places 5 stars would be a larger seating area. I would say more people sit in and dine after ordering than take it to go. Not sure why they don't offer a bigger dining area. read more

My first 5 guys outing - Tried the cheeseburger with works in bowel no bun - way to go as you can handle this mess with a fork and knife - it's burger taste is about the best ever had - beef is excellent highly recommended - now the fries - barely eatable - soggy and oil was past due for changing - to make crispy fries you have to drop twice and with their set up using fresh potatoes they can not do that so fries will always be limp and soggy so skip fires and order burgers read more

It's ok, not the best. The fries are good, very greasy. The wait is just to long for us. If we are stopping at a fast food restaurant, we are usually in s hurry. Last time we waited over 40 minutes. That's just crazy for a burger and fries. read more

After ordering my small fries during this Corona Issue, I stood waiting for my order. As a former worker in a fast food establishment in NY I watched the workers preparing the food. The WOMAN that handled the cash transactions for all the customers in there NEVER CHANGED HER GLOVES !!! She proceeded to go into the back area and Finish assembling the hamburgers that were laying out . NO GLOVE CHANGE NOR DID SHE EVEN WASH HER GLOVED HANDS. WHAT IS WRONG with this ignorant woman. The name on the sales receipt was Sharon M. i'm hope she wasn't an owner. This was Sunday 3/29/2020 at 2;07. I felt bad for those people in from of me getting those burgers. Thank goodness another Gentleman handled my fry order. SO PEOPLE WATCH what they do making your order during this CORONA issue. read more

This might be a bit of a biased review since I have never enjoyed a meal at 5 Guys.. but here I go! My boyfriend's mom likes 5 Guys. I hate it. Every time we go there I get sick... nauseated and a tummy ache from the food. Which is weird because I can eat burgers at other places. But he felt obligated to go... so I begrudgingly obliged. I always feel like 5 Guys are such dives. I would much rather go to Smashburger or a Tom and Eddie's. We ordered our burgers and they got my order wrong. They put mushrooms on it which I am allergic too... yay. Then I had to get a new burger and feel bad that the one made wrong was thrown out. I basically only ate the Cajun fries anyways. Then I got sick and was sad. End of story. Please don't make me go back to 5 Guys... read more

Burgers are sufficiently good to put 5G back in the Vero roster. It's good, not great, and I think just about every burger should be $1 off to be priced appropriately, but it was pretty busy today at 5pm, so the majority seem not to mind the prices. Fries are good, they carry malt vinegar, and they have free peanuts while you wait for your order. My earlier complaint about the fries being smaller portioned seems to be a misunderstanding: they had introduced a new "small" size that was smaller than the old small - does that clear thing up? read more

Pretty good burgers, but they are a little overpriced. If they'd cut back on the fries which unless you split them with someone, you'll never finish, you could save some dough. If you're dining with someone, split fries and the price averages out. One thing that I do love is that available upon request is "fresh" jalapenos. Yes, fresh, not pickled. Love both, but on a burger fresh is crazy good. Overall good experience and the staff is always really nice and takes care of you. Other than the price, I'm down with Five Guys. It's good every now and then when you need a decent burger. Oh yeah, and the other thing, tell the cooks not to mash the burgers, a lot of the juices escape. Might speed up cooking time, but you jeopardize the loss of delicious juices. read more

This location is STINGY with the fries. Fries and burger were good, but there was four people that complained about the amount of fries they received. Mind you there's an article posted on the wall of every five guys talking about how customers will return if they feel they were given more than enough to eat. For $5 worth of fries that little cup is disappointing. Usually even a little fry covers the burger and bag up, but not at this place. If you want five guys I suggest a different location. read more

If you're picking up for door dash don't bother. I waited so long for my first order that I got another request for another order here. And the first order took over 10 min and is now sitting cold cause of the 2nd. Wasted my time and possibility to get more orders from other places plus my customers now have cold food. read more

I rarely eat burgers so today I only had seasoned fries. They came out piping hot and well seasoned and the service was fast and friendly. Great location. read more

The burgers are ok, however the prices are not! Can't believe you want those prices for the burger alone! It's just a burger! The fries are eh. And if you get a vegetarian burger it's just toppings, there is no burger... you're being charged for just toppings. read more

Can't go wrong with Five Guys. Just be prepared to pay $20 for a meal. Quick, easy and delicious!

I have been to this location about 4 or 5 times so this is a summary of about 2 years of visits. I have been to other Five Guys and my comments regard the Vero location. Overall: Meh. Average. Mediocre. That's not to say I hate it, but let's put it this way, "I'm picky. If you want to charge above average prices for burgers and fries then you gotta wow me." The Five Guys location in Vero just doesn't do it for me. Whenever I leave I'm always disappointed because I have spent about $12 for a double cheese w/bacon, fries and drink. The overall concept is fantastic. No upcharge for toppings & fresh ingredients. They cut their own potatoes. The Vero location just doesn't execute and they will not be getting my moola any more. That's it period. I don't think this location has ever served me crispy fries. They're always limp, greasy and sogged out. That's exactly how fries aren't supposed to be! To be honest Checkers down the street is just as satisfying and much softer on my wallet. read more

Every now and then I talk myself into believing this time will be different and it will be the old Five Guys only to be disappointed and angry that again I have grossly overpaid for a burger that has become nothing more than a grease ball and $4.50 for a large fries which used to be more than enough to share with the 3 of us (now is not even enough for one). I am getting much closer to NEVER going to another 5 Guys Burgers and Fries. At one time We were there at least once a week now maybe one in 4 or 5 months. Simply put OVER CHARGED, LOW QUALITY and big time GREASY. You are better off most anywhere and not get taken at the checkout. read more

Everything is fried!!!!! Fried hot dogs? Why? The fries are delicious and plentiful. Can someone let CEO know squeezing the crap out of hamburgers also removes some of its delicious flavor? Check out food network channel people!!! Service is OK. Friendliness is important in food industry, smile, pretend it's your business too. read more

Five Guys - Burgers Near Me - Vero Beach, Florida

Five Guys in Vero Beach. Just like the Five Guys in anywhere else. I still think this whole chain is a bit pricey for burgers and dogs, but it is a good burger. Tip: If one or two people are eating at Five Guys, don't order the large fries. The regular size I can't even eat and I eat like a pig! read more

Place was delicious a lil expensive for the size burger yet.! They make up for it in fries. Hot dog they give you alot of fries other than that great place fast service and friendly staff. read more

Awesome spot food is great and well run we will be back in the near future. Love the peanuts too! If

A step up from Steak and Shake and all the other fast food burger joints. Juicy burgers with lots of fries. Prices might be a little higher than they should. You can tell this place isn't healthy for you the min you walk in the door. Friendly service, but not exactly the quickest. read more

The prices are too high. The quality and amount of food provided for a sandwich low.All over it was a spartan meal. We were not happy at all.And those peanut shells on the floor made me slip and almost fall down. We're never going back again. read more

Went in about 15 minutes before closing and we were treated so poorly. The employees were rude, literally poured hot fries from the fryer onto our burgers, no salt no draining the grease... my burger was rare and still cold in the middle! I personally believe the burger was purposely cooked rare as the other 3 burgers were properly cooked. We also paid for bacon and then was told they were out, because he didn't want to spend the time making what we ordered. He was pissed that we ordered French fries because he would have to make them.. I would hope that for $50.00 in food it would be made to order.... I have worked in the restaurants and have never treated people as poorly as they did last night! While the male employee was pouring scolding hot grease filled fries into our bag non seasoned his female coworker looked at him and he said 'I don't even care' and then walked away. I will never recommend a Five Guys! read more

the burgers are ok if you can overlook the owner/manager coughing on your food - when called on it he said "i dont have to wear a mask" and if you try complaining to corporate it just gets routed back to the guy who thinks it is ok to cough on freshly cooked food - corporate must not care much about the welfare of its customers - oh well there are a lot of other places to buy an overpriced burger read more

For the price this is a great burger cook the way you want . They also have hot dogs and French fries . It's a simple menu the way it should be . The big problem with five guys they pick the worst locations for there stores always hidden . They would have so much more business if the corporate wasn't being cheap on the rent . read more

I am surprised about all the rave reviews this place gets (not here, but in Vero, in person). I have been here twice, and both times the burger was very greasy/messy (not the good kind of messy, mind you, but yucky/messy). and the fries were limp and cold. Maybe people are impressed with "more", since the portions were very large, but to me "more" bad is even worse than a "little" bad. I gave it two chances; I won't go back for 3. read more

No matter what you can't go wrong with Five Guys. Sure it's not healthy. But this is a great treat now and then.

Welp....I've heard about this place for a while now, & was NOT impressed! The guy that took our order, was very friendly & helpful, esp. regarding how large everything is! But even so, they're right there with Burger King & McDonalds.....maybe below. Like the fries at either place better! read more

Very simply the best burger in town. Love the fries, reminds me of the boardwalk fries in Seaside Heights, NJ when I was a kid. Definitely not healthy, but, the more grease the better. Not an everyday place, but a great treat a couple times a month. If you like burgers and fries, you gotta check out 5 Guys. read more

I love Five Guys, but this place served my food on a cold, stale bun. I think that was their revenge for me ordering only a cheese-veggie without fries or a drink. What, are they on a french-fry commission or something? Blech. I wouldn't come back here if I were hungry and in the neighborhood. read more

I had to read the other reviews before I wrote mine. While I agree with most I have to say one thing.....If you order on line chance are your fries are gonna be soggy. They make your order up and it sits waiting on you. This was my first visit to any 5 guys even though my son sings praise to the burger and fry gods regarding this place. Burgers here are NOT flame broiled, they are done on a flat top making for a very juicy burger. Fries? Hey Mickey D's has nothing on these fries. The peanuts are a nice touch too. Keep in mind if you have peanut allergy STAY AWAY. All products are fried in peanut oil. Do I think they're pricey? Yeah but everything now a days seems to be. If you're the type of person that loves to have juice run down your arms when you pick up your burger, this place is definitely for you. read more
