There has been a lot of attention on portion size through Chipotle Mexican Grill and the CEO addressed it in a somewhat out of touch way that made the joke and the attention to portion size increase. With that being said, on this visit (and my last visit), I noticed thT portion size does seem smaller, but overall, it is still a great choice for lunch and still a pretty good bargain. The ambiance here is what you would expect from a Chipotle Mexican Grill, though the outside could use maybe a pressure washing. The service here was not exactly rude, but I would not say that it was particularly warm. I had a burrito bowl and overall, it was a good meal. I would return to this location and as for the smaller portions, while I have noticed it at two locations, I still think they overall are a good value. I will still give it five stars because for fast food, it is still a good meal. read more

The worst quality Chipotle I have ever had. I ordered to go from this location and threw most of my burrito bowl away. Total waste. Found 3 separate chunks of bone in my chicken. My order was over-sauced, poorly packaged, and missing one item entirely. read more

I ordered a carnitas burrito and it was 90% rice. I didn't even get the sour cream or cheese that I ordered. Never use the app they always skimp when you do! read more

This location is a great example of why this former Great chain is now a shit hole. Low quantity and not cooked well. Sloppy! read more

They were putting food off the top of the metal containers in our food. We got kicked out because they made our bowl wrong. it was a little dirty. I would recommend because it's good. And wouldn't because they take food off the top of the containers and put in your food. read more

Service was horrible, the line was to the door and there was only one person making bowls. There were at least 6 other employees working all of which did everything they could not to get on the line and make bowls. One of the girls sat at the register not doing anything and then even when someone came up to check out she was still delayed in cashing him out! Unreal. Shoutout to the only guy working on the line and the other guy cooking food read more

Cleanliness, efficiency kindness. Overall, the food is not bad, but it's the experience that keeps me away.. stations are filthy and empty. People are standing around. Nobody is smiling and I get it but something's gotta give the floor was so filthy and the stations were so filthy and then they started sweeping with food out in the open and the amount of filth on the floor was like it it hadn't been swept all day. I think if expectations need to be higher. The most important thing people can be trained in is efficiency and attention to detail. read more

Entirely new staff. Today's experience was unacceptable. The product on line was something I wouldn't feed my dog.

I think the servers are stoned. it took over 25 minutes from the time we got in line to the time we paid. we were standing around waiting to pay and employees were literally walking around us, sipping sodas like there wasn't a giant line of people waiting. Order in person here only if you hate yourself and have endless hours in the day. Also no clean tables. read more

Believe the reviews place it awful. It's dirty, staff is rude, portions are a joke unless apparently you know one of the people working the line. Guy in front of me knew the female cook and she told the person working the line to make sure to give him full portions legit in front of everyone else in line. What portions does that mean everyone else is getting half? I got half of the portion that guy got. Won't be back. read more

Very poor management. I went in for dinner tonight 12/16/24 placed my order and upon checking out was told they have no ice for the fountain the ice machine is broken! Ok stuff happens but right across the parking lot is a cvs with a whole freezer outside filled with ice.. one would think that they would go get bagged ice to fill the fountain soda machine especially at dinner time when it's the busiest time for them sorry but that to me as poor management read more

We just got take out and we ordered chips, when we got it home and looked in our bag we found that it was pretty much empty there were like 7 chips in the bag it looked like the bag had already been eaten out of. I don't understand how and why they would be aloud and think this is worthy to sell something like this to a paying customer, I think this is a display of laziness and carelessness I am disappointed and frustrated by this. read more

The burrito bowl was 1/2 undercooked brown rice, a teaspoon of watery sour cream, tablespoon of carnitas, guacamole of sorts with a green plant like leaf mixed in for volume, no doubt. food cold because Sat in store while the first delivery driver bailed and it had to sit until a second Uber driver finally picked up and delivered. I will never order from any Chipotle again. read more

This is the worst Chipotle location I've ever been to. I used to eat at the Vegas strip location daily and it was clean, staffed, and had all the ingredients available during business hours. Now the Vero Chipotle is the complete opposite. They're open another 2 hours after our visit and they have no white rice and no Pico. Further, the store looks thrashed and the employees either have no personality or are completely over their jobs. It's actually very sad. I usually don't leave reviews positive or negative, but this is my 5th consecutive time having issues at this chipotle over the span of months. Clearly, the management is checked out and nothing is going to improve. Will be avoiding this Chipotle like the plague. read more

The food didn't taste good as most Chipotle restaurants do. This store seemed dirty and were quite slow.

Every surface in the dining area was dirty. And the cashier lierally took my credit card ftom my hand. Never asked. I told her I have arthritis and did not appreciate that. Will never go here again. read more

Worst Chipotle. The places is always dirty, the staff are all so rude and act as if the customer is inconveniencing them. I went in 2 hours before close and they were already closing down the restaurant. They didn't have half the ingredients I wanted for my burrito and when I asked if they were going to make anymore chicken and pico or have any backed up the person making my burrito rolled her eyes at me and said nope. Not to mention the portion sizes are a joke. I have given this location several tries but am officially done spending my money at this chipotle. There are so many better options in the area. I think this location is in serious need of better management and needs to retrain or fire half the staff. read more

Went 2 times, ate the 1st time, food was ok, but the dining room was trashed and very dirty. 2ed time, I walked out before I ordered.... The dining room was trashed again, every single table was dirty.I spoke to the manager,,, she didn't care. read more

Can I put zero stars?! This place is a mess. Missing grill guy. No sofrito. Then as we're checking out, 3 employees came in from the back, all smiles and laughing. Ladies restroom was nasty too. There's no way this place has any sort of GM or upper management. You have a line to the door and only 1 guy on the line and 1 as a cashier. Leaving tables dirty, long waits for meat, dirty pans piling up next to the grill. Only chance of getting a good experience is to come in right after it opens. Otherwise it's not a good experienc. read more

My bowl was 50% sour cream, the rest of scoops were tiny except for sour cream. YUCK. I have had this problem almost every single time before at this location, the spoon they use to serve the cream is way too big and they always put too much to the point that their ruin my food. The food is served slightly warmer than room temperature and they are always out of the stuff I actually want to eat. Lunch time is rush hour and the cashier is rude..... I don't think I will be back after this time. read more

Not sure anyone looks at Yelp reviews for fast food places but this location is awful. Every time I go they are out of something and they don't tell you until after you've waited 15-20 min in line. If you want good food this place ain't it. read more

The meat was overcooked. I ordered steak and my daughter ordered the Al pastor. Both were tough and overcooked. The atmosphere was bad with trash on the floor and tables left dirty. My daughter asked for sour cream on her bowl, but instead of a usual dollap, she was served with a large scoop which covered half her bowl. I was very disappointed. I love Chipotle. Bad service, constant incorrect orders when placing online orders. There was an "outage" so they closed their dining space.

we ordered here togo for the first time. boy was that the worst meal we couldn't even eat. my wife ordered double meat and it was literally nothing in it not even ONE peice of steak. she ordered half Barbacoa and half steak. heres the kicker our rice was barely cooked it was so crunchy. and went swimming with sour cream. what's sad is all the reviews are all terrible and chipotle clearly doesn't care about their reputation or quality. read more

I will not go back to this chipotle. The food was cold, the whole restaurant was a mess, the chips were stale. I could not eat because I wanted a quesadilla and apparently you can only order it online. After several attempts to order the lady told me I can call corporate and they can call this particular store and give them my order. There were two very hard workers but everyone else seemed to be doing nothing as every table was dirty, the trash was overflowing and the bathrooms were disgusting. I'm not much for complaining but this has been like this the previous 3 times. read more

I went to this Vero Beach location for the first time last Friday and it was two hours before closing. There was food out on the counter, not held at proper temperature for safety in the time temperature zone for hot and cold food there was chicken and rice sitting on the counter that was not fresh and tomatoes that were also sitting on the counter not fresh. There was multiple items missing and when I asked if there was fresh rice because I was served less than a normal sized portion of rice than I would normally get and it was the scrapings from the bottom of an empty rice bowl, the gentleman taking care of me kind of rolled his eyes and walked to whisper to the coworker before grabbing rice from the back. The food did not look refreshed the beans look like they've been dried out and sitting there for multiple hours and The store was not clean on the service top. I ended up not getting anything and leaving so I tried again at that same location yesterday at 7:37 PM and again the food did not look freshly prepared. I ordered for items consisting of two steak bowls one steak burrito, two side tortillas and chips and queso. The queso was cold and very chunky like it has not been mixed and the chips were stale, in one of the bowls steak there was an extremely large piece of fat cap that my mom almost choked on unfortunately this was a major turn off and we've never had an experience like this at any other chipotle. We did not finish eating the food and ended up, tossing it after this. read more

If you order food online and it says pick up ready 4pm, its best to come at 430 or later. I recommend to give it at least 30 minutes, otherwise you will be waiting. This location appears to be a little slower, but very friendly workers. Food is good otherwise, typical Chipotle. read more

If I could give it ZERO stars I would. While I understand that staffing is an issue in many establishments there is certainly no need for this combative behavior. Your employee was malicious and threaten bodily harm to me and my significant other. It was evident that the manager on site had several words with this specific employee while I waited patiently (over 15 minutes) for an online order that should have been completed. Completely unprofessional staff. The reviews here appear to align with my experience. They need to weed the bad eggs starting with the lady in charge. Clearly she was already having an issue with the young lady handling the to-go orders. Customer service starts with the staff. Apologies and explanations go a long way.
