This is a great restaurant! We went on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't very crowded. Food was amazing. Huge plates that we took home to enjoy later. Service is amazing and the place is super clean. Menu selection is tremendous and the food is fresh. Probably some of the best salsa we've had locally.

OMG! I'm so glad I read the yelp review. Great service, great meal! I highly recommend Tequila Azteca! Ask for Marlon. Cute waiter reminds us of our grandson.

Food was delicious and they do have big portions. The service was excellent and the ambience was pleasant to be at.Everything is clean.

It was a Saturday night and miraculously, we didn't have to wait for a booth. Our wait staff was okay, but not extra attentive. The salsa and chips they give you are really great, especially the salsa. We each had fajitas, one with fish and one with chicken. Each was mostly onions (I prefer them a bit more cooked and caramelized) with little protein. Not that many peppers either. The refried beans were avoidable and we could have had a little more guacamole. A long table next to us made it a bit noisy and we were near the wait staff would go to prep tables- not sure if that's an entrance to the kitchen.

Great margaritas, food, and wait staff. How could you go wrong? Well, the parking isn't totally fabulous, but if you can grab a spot you're golden (tight quarters). Ordered chips & guac, fajita quesadilla, and some tacos. All very good! I would certainly recommend and will return.

Service was great as were the chips & salsa. Husband had the chicken chimichanga and unfortunately he said the chicken was cold & dry. Friend had a burrito and he said he gave it a solid 4 stars. I had the cheese enchilada & chile relleno. The enchilada was great the egg on the outside of the relleno was terrible. I am used to a fluffy egg batter not a paper thin omelette around the relleno. The rice & beans were really good.

Party of five went for dinner at 6:30 pm on a weeknight. We did not have to wait to be seated. Drink orders were taken promptly. Draft beers are $5.50, (priced a little higher than most places), a glass of wine is $7.50, Carafe of Sangria is $13.00. The Sangria is very good. For $7.50 there should have been more wine in the glass. Our table received a basket of tortilla chips and two small bowls of salsa (one mild; one spicy). The tortilla chips are light and come with no salt and were very tasty. Additional chips and salsa were provided upon request and at no extra charge. Entrees came out to the table after 15 minutes of placing orders. Our table entrees included orders of the Seafood Enchilada $16, 2 Beef Enchiladas Combo $10.50, 2 Burritos Combo $11.50, Steak Jalisco $23.50, and the Chicken Tacos Carbon $17. All of the meals were good however the rice was a little dried out. One of our friends was celebrating a birthday and was treated to a free birthday dessert and the staff sang a birthday tune. We also ordered the Flan $5.99 which was excellent. Service was pretty good. Our server was friendly and attentive but seemed to only be able to juggle one thing at a time. We asked for a second drink while waiting for our entrees to come out, and it was forgotten about until reminded, and we had to ask for extra napkins twice before they were brought to the table. Most Mexican restaurants include a dollop of sour cream atop or to the side of the entree. Here entrees do not come with any sour cream and instead charges $1.49 to $2.49 if you want sour cream depending on the entree. The amount of this charge seems a bit much. .50 to .75 cents at most seems more in line with getting a spoonful of sour cream on your plate. The only other recommendation I have that would be very helpful to patrons is creating a website and posting a copy of the menu for folks to look at before going to the restaurant. I have taken pictures of the entire menu and posted them here with hopes it helps other patrons who read this. If 3.5 stars was a choice, I would have awarded that. I'm sure I will eat here again, but it is not a top choice of Mexican restaurants to go to in Vero Beach.

So far it's the best Mexican food in Vero Beach. Service wasn't great but it didn't affect our experience.

For starters, they never asked for our IDs. Now, my husband and I are old enough to drink, but the fact that they didn't check them should have been a red flag. It's clear they just don't care. As the night went on, it became even more apparent. The staff didn't seem to care enough to cut people off when they had clearly had too much to drink. At one point, a man approached my husband and me while we were sitting on the couch and started a bizarre conversation, making strange comments and pointing at us. We tried to ignore it, but then his "friends" had to pull him away. A little later, he came back, now more aggressive than before. I started yelling for help from other patrons or the bartender, and they only responded by pulling him away. The bartender didn't intervene at all. At that point, we decided to cut our night short. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, not even on a quiet Wednesday. If they're not responsible enough to check IDs, they clearly don't care enough to ensure their patrons' safety or comfort.

I don't super recall having one of their beers at the Stuart beer festival, so I was excited about 'retrying' it. First, the building is awesome. Read the history on it, but also hard to ignore the giant generator that the beer comes out of it....super cool visual. I like the vibe of the place overall, and the patio seemed really nice but since it was our first visit I wanted to take the inside 'all in', and glad we did. Ok..the beers.... Flight: 6 5 oz pours for $15. Reasonable enough.. We started here just to see what pint we each wanted: *Freedom Tourch Stout: I loved it. *Hazy IPA *Double Vision IPA: Really enjoyed it; just amped up the hazy a bit. *Hef: Decent (not a super fan of hef, but wanted to sample) *Lager: Decent, it's a lager: * Icon IPA I ended up with an Icon IPA as my pint, enjoyed! Ok..the food * We split 10 wings for $16. Naked with nashville hot and blue cheese on teh side. Really enjoyed, meaty. * We also split a burger..the fun guy (funghi). We upgraded to sweet potato fries. I thought it was delicious, and the swp instead of marshmallow fluff had a maybe sweet cream cheese dip (i don't care it was delicious!) :) Now they were out of a few beers that was my first pick (including the Saison) but I guess it was others picks too..hence why they were out! Definitely want to go back!

The lounge, located in a separate room, was standing room only. The average age of the crowd was in their mid-60s or 70s, which is likely more typical of Vero Beach than Bobby's in general. We ordered a few things to try including a fried grouper sandwich, a cheeseburger and an order of ribs off the appetizer menu. The grouper was lacking in flavor, but was hot and fresh. The ribs were "fall off the bone" and actually decent. The burger was probably the best of the 3, it wasn't bad at all. Service was fast and she was pleasant. We didn't have to ask twice for anything. One thing I will note, the men's room was dirty, similar to a dive bar's bathroom. Maybe because the place is old and in need of an update but it made me wonder if other parts of the establishment were unclean.

Strangely we tried to go to a nearby restaurant that closed at 2 pm for lunch. The hostess there recommended Bobbie's and as they say a person in the trade recommending somewhere is a good sign. Apparently famous for French dip - I tried it and nothing special but ok and hit the spot. My wife had blackened Salmon which was large and she could not stop overeating it. They are also renown for fresh fish so not surprisingly the Salmon was first class. Separately there is a bar that was full but strangely they had no fraught beer available in the restaurant. Service attentive and would go back again if the opportunity presents between 2 and 5 and could not get into other place.
