So when we ordered, he gave us the lunch order, which was the mess on the fajita all on one plate, not the nice hot plate with the beans and rice separate. The price was more for the dinner that we were charged and my lunch partner didn't even receive any fajitas. We came for an early dinner and Maria was terrific, doing triple duty as hostess, waitress, and bartender while never missing a beat in any role. Their house salsa is a tad spicy and it's delicious. Large menu with something for everyone. The space inside is a little odd, its very brightly lit and widely spaced out. Had a good dinner at Clase Azul! I could be wrong, but it seems like they have more than just the "usual" Mexican dishes on their menu. That's a good thing! I sat at the bar and ordered the Azul Margarita and an entree. Both were good. There is a lot of competition in this arena, and so my standards are very high, given the amount of Mexican options in the area. We discovered this last weekend when our regular place was unexpectedly closed with no explanation. It's kind of out of the way but we were very pleased and decided it's our new go to for Mexican. The servings are a little small but well done. The service was fast, the atmosphere was quiet and staff friendly. I only had one complaint; I ordered a taco salad with steak. It came with a great deal of liquid on the bottom of the shell. I could not figure out if it was runny beans or oil from the steak. The steak was good but very few pieces. read more

I loved the place. The servers were great and the place looks great. The mixed drinks were great. I felt the food could use seasoning because it seemed bland. The burrito had a tomato sauce on top and that is what stuck out in the dish. The meat in the burrito didn't have much taste to it. The meat in the tacos was the same way. Def not the best Mexican restaurant in town-and there are many. The restaurant is clean and plain-could be any type of restaurant by the atmosphere except the pics of sugar skulls on the wall. The salsa was very thin/watery and chips were average. Portions were very small. Drinks were ok and priced well. I had a shrimp dish-shrimp were small, steak dish was very think and tough. Had dinner at their grand opening. Bright, clean and beautiful decor throughout was very inviting. Our server Sebastian was excellent. We ordered too much street corn as an appetizer but it did not go to waste because it was so well seasoned. When my steak fajitas came out sizzling every head turned to look as the smell was amazing. Good vegetarian options. Perfect churros for dessert ended a nice evening. We hope to be back to try more from the menu.
