I always get the number 9 on Rosemary Parmesan bread and this was exactly what I was expecting and in line with previous orders at other locations. I do ask them to remove the onions because I'm just not a fan and on this occasion it was missed. Not a huge deal because I just removed them myself but I appreciate when they just omit it. The space wasn't the largest but there were a few tables and it seemed relatively clean. I'd definitely grab a sandwich and recommend them to anyone in the area.

But lo and behold the last 4 orders it's wrong every time and they are slow. When they do mess up there is no remorse just attitude. The order before this they ran out of white bread in the early afternoon. Since it was for my kid and he is picky he wouldn't eat anything else, I got the most attitude about requesting a refund instead it almost turned me off forever. But today I decided to give them another chance and try them again. Never again. Ordered 2 giant subs and just requested them plain. Somehow that was too much but after coming back to the store and informing them, it was an inconvenience to request the sandwiches made correctly. Was I pushed to the front of the online orders? Nope. So the entire point of ordering online was defeated because I ended up waiting over an hour between the 2 times having to go that I could and should have gone somewhere else. His one real comment is that every one of the five or six times he's been there, the attitude from every employee is "I hate being here and I hate that you're here too". We don't go places for the service, truly, if the food is solid then we're good. But he says that the workers have earbuds in and they seem actively unwelcoming. You don't know him, but I do- he's really not one to complain. He'd just like it if the atmosphere felt slightly less like an execution chamber. Neither of us is expecting employees to pretend to be HAPPY to see us.... But maybe being tolerant of his existence in your store is doable?

It did NOT disappoint. They have a variety of breads, protein choices and accruements to embellish their sandwiches. SUPER tasty and GREAT plating makes their food mighty tempting. Vance, the young man who took our orders, was knowledgeable about selections and patient with we "newbies". The layout appears to be a "fast food joint". Nothing could be further from the truth. Genuine silverware with REAL "LIVE" PLATES, ROOMY, comfortable booths or table and chairs makes for a relaxing environment. Allowing for lingering and conversation with good friends. What else?" Don't know what was funny? When I pulled up to pay I asked him as much when he handed me the shake and he laughed again and didn't answer me. The shake he handed me was wrong, as I later found out. Don't know if he was laughing because the shake machine was broken, or he was making fun of me for changing my order. Either way, could use an attitude adjustment. It's not nice to laugh at customers. This Arby's has been here for a couple of decades and always had mediocre service and food, not a place I go out of the way to go to, and now I won't be going again.
