Hello Well what can…read moreI say! This is a very unique food truck house into a restaurant business. And it looks like it works!! I had the Gochew Burger. American food infused with Korean flavors. The bun was great and the burger quality as well. Great job. It was a slower day and I got the privilege to chat with the Chef and the Owner. Super nice people that care. Keep up the great work. The buttery soft bun filled with well seasoned salmon fillet, butter lettuce, tomato, some kind of aioli and turkey bacon. You can choose pork bacon if that's your preference. Teeshia was friendly and gave prompt service. She said she's a vegan and her two fave items are the salmon club and mushroom prime rib. I'll def be back to try some of the other vegan items. They also serve ice cream sundaes and shakes. The decors is cute and there are a few tables if you want to dine in.
