Chick-fil-A - Berry parfait or worm parfait let me know, this the one I seen imagine the ones I didn't - Fast Food Near Me - Independence, Missouri

Temporarily closed location in Independence Missouri doesn't compare to Lees Summit location in food quality. You get a better more ample salad and food portions for the money. Definitely worth the extra time and drive. Independence location can take its time renovating in my opinion. read more

Great service. Food is always fresh and made right. If it's not they are happy to make the order right. The ambiance is great. I enjoy my breakfast every morning I go there. Thank you for the amazing service. read more

If excellence had a drive-thru, it'd be Chick-fil-A. First off, the chicken sandwich is perfection--a golden, crispy masterpiece with just the right amount of juiciness. And don't even get me started on the waffle fries. They're a crispy, savory miracle, each one like a tiny work of art. Oh, and the sauces? Polynesian, Chick-fil-A sauce, honey mustard--you could dip a napkin in them, and it would still taste good. But the real kicker? The service. They don't just say 'my pleasure'--they mean it. Chick-fil-A isn't just a fast-food restaurant; it's a five-star experience with chicken that could probably win awards if it entered competitions. If you haven't tried it yet, you're doing yourself a disservice. read more

Look I don't know what this location has going on But this is a mess this evening. There was nobody outside directing traffic a doggone brawl almost happened. There are people arguing from car to car. Just completely unsafe all to get food from here. I usually only come during the day so there's people outside but there was nobody until I saw they were turning people away and decided to close the inside. Why I'm not sure but I saw dozens of people walk up to the door and turned away before 7pm. I just can't risk the safety of myself or kids to get chik fil a never knew I would have to be concerned with this here. The sad thing is the staff at the window was so nice and concerned but they also shouldn't have to be worried read more

Love chicken nugget's and frosted lemonade. Family loves grilled chicken of all kinds.

This is probably the worst chick fil a I've been too, didn't feel welcomed. Idk maybe it's cuz me and my family are Hispanic, or something but to make me speculate a race issue is just ridiculous. I'm never coming here again. read more

Roughly two weeks ago, I went to a Chick-fil-A in MO. Arrived a few minutes before 9, walked in and started ordering. Roughly a minute later I was told "oh wait, we're closed." I stood in silence at first then said "wait...what? But I'm ordering, you also have like 30 people in drive though."; she stated, "Yea sorry we're closed, drive through is just different." So I advised her I will go though drive thru then and it's not nice while ordering,I'm being told you're closed. Another employee even told them the door was never locked and we still have people eating. Second Part, I went through drive though when I was stopped by one of the employees, as I explained what happened inside, she said they are closed, she finally told me that if I sit in the BACK of the car, they will take our order. After about 10 minutes of being in the drive though, no one taking our order, arriving to the window, we were starred at by your employees waving. After I stood there in the car demanding a manager, one finally showed up. He stated "not sure what happened but the door was closed." I told him that if it was closed, I would've never made it inside." He asked what it was that I wanted to eat and I told him the only reason we stopped was to get a few grilled chicken bits for our dogs because we just drove all the way from CALIFORNIA, to MO, on our way to Florida. We got the chicken. Let me tell you, I have been eating with you guys for at least 25 years, even more inclined when I was diagnosed with Celiacs disease and found out you have Gluten Free buns. It aggravated me so much that every time I drive by one I think of being told to sit in the back of the car. I hope that store had cameras, voice recording ones because I honestly, think I should've taken this to court for how I was treated. - Deej, Rob, my daughter Medina and two dogs that were extremely tired and hungry pups. read more

The sandwich was good. It just didn't have enough of the pinto mix on top. Next time I'll ask for more to be put on top.

This is my favorite location! The staff is always friendly and helpful, my order is always correct, and the food is consistent.

Another friendly experience at chick fil a! Food came out hot and quickly. Tasty and quick, which is what one would expect from a chick fil a. I recommend. read more

Definitely not the fastest service as a drive up but they do well with the commotion that is chick fil a on a Saturday. The food is always hot and fresh and the staff are always polite despite the fact that they're rushing around to complete the services. Overall it's not the best chick fil a I've been to but it certainly isn't the worst either. read more

When they say they close at 9:00p...they mean 8:58p--at least that's when they drag the cones in front of the drive thru lanes and tell you that you can't pick up your mobile order, even when there are 3 cars still waiting in the drive thru. Can't wait for the LS location to reopen. read more

I love chick fil a , i love coming to get a chicken sandwich for lunch except at this dirty location. Staff is unbearable to listen to especially the box dye blonde ones. They will make you wait 15+ min for your food just for it to come out looking like it was made 2days ago. Independence location is as ghetto as it looks along with the staff. Good luck . read more

Very quick and friendly staff, as always. My order was correct, cooked perfectly, warm, and delicious!! Thank you for another great customer experience! read more

Every Chick-fil-A I have been to has the best customer service in fast food. This location is the closest to our house and it is just as good as the others. We have actually spent more time at the Blue Springs location. We prefer the shopping area and the atmosphere in Blue Springs, but I can't find anything at this location I would change. The food is great, the service is great, and people just seem to always be happier at this place. Maybe it's magical chicken or maybe the workers truly have something special inside of them that is contagious to their customers. Great place! read more

I have experienced the same unsettling issue twice. Today I went in and showed my email and app stating that I was to get a free salad. The staff would not honor it and stated that those were sent out by mistake and that corporate would not authorize their use. What? The clerks were more pleasant this time than the last time this happened. About a year ago when I tried to use a coupon for an 8 piece chicken nugget, unhelpful, rude employees flatly refused to honor the offer I was showing them. Keep up your low standard of service and you will lose more customers. These unhelpful employees flatly refused to honor the offer I was showing them. I am not happy. I waited in a long line. This is apparently a "come on" ploy to get a customer in the restaurant. It's dishonest. Shame on Chic Fil A. read more

This week they are giving away free spicy chicken biscuits, if you click here: http://getspicychicken.com/?source=cfa. They give sandwiches away every now and then, and it's worth keeping an eye out for it. Reason: I can't go into Chick Fil-A without glancing at their dessert menu, which consists of shakes, ice cream, and brownies that are the counter. This month, they have a peppermint shake. It has atleast 2 inches of whipped cream on top, a cherry, and peppermint pieces that get pleasantly caught in the straw. It;s 2.87, that is tax included, and worth every penny of it. This location has been open since the summer. Next time I'll post a photo. It is over looking Independence Center, and is always busy. I was so happy to see it open, having eaten at the one on Metcalf quite often. The chicken is really good. It's a good taste, with even breading. The fries are waffle fries, and you get a nice portion. The bun is fresh, and I can order a chicken sandwich plain and they don't mess it up. I've not had the wraps, but I'm willing to try them. They are 4.85 for the sandwich. You can order online with a 50 cents processing fee. The restaurant still has a new look and feel. It includes a play area. The employees are happy and polite at the counter. Quite possibly, Chick Fil-A is one of the better chains in this area. read more

I was treated to lunch here by a friend some months ago. The Grilled Chicken Sandwich was moist, juicy, and very tasty. I can only rate them on the food and the service I received, but due to personal feelings, I will not be back. I choose to frequent places that do not support hatred of any sort and that does not believe in lying to save face. Sorry Chick-Fil-A. read more

As my mother and I entered the building we were talking about how we always enjoy how kind and courteous the servers are at Chick fil a. We are not in our neck of the woods today and had not visited this location before. Sad to report our expectations were let down. Though I greeted the cashier with a smile she never returned one. I placed our order in a friendly way and asked a question about an offer on the signage outside. She was not only uninformed about the offer but was rude in answering me. Later, she asked what toppings I wanted on my yogurt and I misunderstood something, having never ordered like this before, and she was condescending and pushy. I was hoping my experience was just the server having a bad day but my mom thought it was her personality. After reviewing the previous yelp reviews on this location it seems I am not alone and this was not an isolated incident. :( The team never checked on us as they usually do at most locations and never cleaned the tables - most of which were dirty. There was hardly any customers this morning inside or through drive thru so there was no excuse. read more

I've never had bad food from chic fil a until I came here lol staff was nice. The the food was literally horrible.

I went to this chick fil a today for the first time in serval years and let me tell you my experience was less than ideal. It took 20 minutes to get my food even though they pride themselves on being fast. I went and asked for my food but even then it took 5 more minutes to get my food. My food was mediocre at best but my shake was good and it was cool to see a play place inside seeing how a lot of places don't have those anymore. Two stars read more

Food had a decent portion and had good customer service but food was a little uncooked.

Super disappointing every time I go to this location. Curbside is never delivered to my car and instead of saying sorry they try and blame me (even though I did nothing wrong and followed the apps instructions). Food is cold half the time and is just mediocre for how much money is spent. read more

Another TOP NOTCH location! The food is always - as expected and appreciated - GREAT! The selection - as expected was exactly the same here as anywhere else. The price was great and the speed of service incredible. The place was clean! Five Stars - that rating was helped by the amazing member of the staff who took such great care of us after we got to our table. This is what puts this chain above most others - customer service is amazing! read more

I had a horrible experience at this location - called in to the customer service number, but have never received a callback from the owner or manager. An employee was extremely rude and even called me an old lady in the drive thru. Ran up in between the girl in the window and my car while I was talking to her - I asked him to move away, he tried to get me to pull up into an adjacent parking lot but my order was at the window and I declined. He would not move, blocking my way, and was yelling at me as I was pulling away. Where are the adult managers?? I called back and asked for a manager, a young girl said she was (I doubt it as she sounded 12), I asked for the young man's name that was delivering the orders at the drive-thru, she advised me she didn't have to give me his name or hers either. Is this restaurant being run by teens?? Surely there are cameras to review this incident!! I have not even received a call from management and I have called the main customer service line twice now! WOW - I am really surprised as I thought Chick-fil-A was a Christian-based business and really HIGH on customer service. It has totally ruined my opinion of them and I will never buy another item from this location. read more

I go to this location a lot but their portions are awful for anything that's not nuggets or a sandwich. It's already small enough, and doesn't even fill the container. I actually laughed when I pulled out the salad because it's fun sized. read more

I'm not about to dress like a cow for anybody, but it's yummy nonetheless. Our whole family will happily eat here. If you have children, you understand where I'm coming from. I love that they are trying to move toward more healthful ingredients and really working with experts and their suppliers to see if they can go organic and more whole foods. We'll see what the future holds, but I still prefer Chick-fil-A to 99% of fast food stops. read more

Chick-fil-A - This innocent sack holds amazing waffle fries - Fast Food Near Me - Independence, Missouri

I'm a big fan of the chicken here. Delicious. This is one of the better locations in KC. Avoid peak times, it gets hammered. They deal with it pretty well, but it does get a little too busy to deal with. Some of the CFA locations are real skimpy on sauces, you have to ask. This location has them all laid out so you don't have to wait in line or beg like Oliver Twist. Nice. Other locations should emulate this practice. The Lee's Summit store, for instance, is much stingier with the condiments. Like Culver's, they seem to hire a little better caliber of worker than the average fast food place. You rarely if ever get a slow, lazy person at the counter or anyone with attitude. They must screen their hires better, or not tolerate mediocrity like, for example. Mickey D's seems to. I would agree with some of the other comments that the it's fairly pricey for fast food, and the portion sizes are a little on the small side. I'd probably give them 5 stars if the bang for the buck factor was a little better. Ultimately, though, the tasty food and attentive service earn a solid 4. read more

This place does it right. Friendly service, super clean restaurant, great food. Sign up for their text club and follow them on FB. There are frequent contests and giveaways. The text club often sends out BOGO texts. Other CFAs in the area need to get with it. Best CFA in the metro area! read more

Yes, I just rated a fast food chain with five stars. It's as good as it gets! I have tried (and liked) almost the entire menu, but the original Chick-fil-A sandwich is my favorite, especially with waffle fries dipped in honey roasted BBQ sauce on the side. The service here is great, but it's almost always hoppin' busy. If you go on a Saturday afternoon, be prepared to settle for any open table. read more

they were told several timtes about a chunk of concrete missing in drive thru.could ruin tire because your wheel will drop down.suggested throwing some gravel in hole.that was a month ago.no change.they do not prepare chicken filets before 10:30.which leaves you waiting for them to prepare.to go inside for order at 10:30 very slow also.great sandwich.bad management. read more

The food was absolutely awful... I got it fixed twice but it was still not hot. It was cold. Barley room temperature. I didn't want to eat it... I just didn't want to keep complaining. The staff is super friendly and I really didn't want to be a hassle... it wasn't worth $10 for a meal because it was cold. The play place is alright, my daughter was entertained. It's just a bit small and the glass around the play room was really gross like it's never cleaned. The employees rush to buss a table immediately after a guest leaves. WHICH IS GREAT. They just don't wipe the tables down like they should. There are still drops of salt or sauce on a few of the booths in here and finger prints everywhere. The floor has draw wrappers and crumbs everywhere. I would give this place 2/5 stars. Just work on the cleanliness and the food prep. Customer service was wonderful.... everything else was not. read more
