First time dining in at this location for a quick dinner. I noticed at this location they have fresh flowers on each tables. There's a young man that is also waiting on the dining area. Asking people if they needed anything, refilling drinks and picking up trash for people. It's a nice service that I don't see other location doing. Food is good as usual. I stopped at this Chik-fil-a to get some food while at my sisters apartment and was really surprised with how quick it was! The food was amazing like pretty much all Chik-fil-a locations. What really stood out was how we ordered and pretty much immediately got our food. The service was extremely friendly, they made sure to ask about extra sauces and double checking our order was correct. My large fry was crispy and fresh. The only complaint is that about 1/4 of my large fry was just the tiny bits leftover. read more

The Bourbon Barbecue Bacon Grilled Chicken Sandwich- 4.5/5 What's not to love? Sweet tangy barbecue sauce with a whisper of brown sugar that compliments the char of the grilled chicken breast and the smokey crispy bacon. This tastes like a sandwich you'd get at a cookout in the best way possible. It's not complicated but, it tastes like summer. This Chick-fil-A is out by Oak Park Mall and since it was Spring Break it was extremely crowded however, the line went quickly to order and the food came out quickly. Don't even think about the drive through! The line was insanely long and was moving slow as molasses. Also, it was a better move coming inside because they were handing out free samples of their new lemonade which, instantly I knew would be too sweet for me after one sip. Now, onto that beverage. Dragonfruit Lemonade- as is 3/5 with half sugar free lemonade 4/5 This was ridiculously sweet, it also tasted a little bit artificial. Next time I would try it blended but, I would always recommend mixing it with half sugar free lemonade because without that it's not drinakable for me- maybe for a kid though. read more

This Chic Fil A location is very conveniently located off of Nall and we eat here more times than we should. Something is always alwayssssssssss wrong with the fries. Undercooked. Oversalted. You name it. The staff is very friendly, though, and they'll give you a free cookie when you inevitably complain about the fries. Come here if you like cookies! read more

My opening day drive-thru experience included first rate service, delicious food and a small delay caused by an order system snafu. The Chick-fil-A deluxe sandwich and waffle fries were both delicious, with good portions and fresh ingredients - delish! Service is currently only available through the two drive-thru lanes until the restaurant can be fully staffed. I expect they will be running smoothly soon. Overall, pretty good. read more

I stopped by to pick up dinner since it has been a long week. Both lines were short but had a 15 minute wait. The young man delivered my food by name and apologized for taking so long. He said the kitchen was finally catchin up on the orders. My fries were hot and fresh, The chicken on my Spicy Chicken Deluxe was hot and fresh but the bread was hard and tasted old. I was ready to indulge in my chucky chocolate chip cookie to bite into it and it was hard and not fresh at all. I am not sure what was going on this day (11/14), but I hope they are able to pull it together. read more

Unfortunately, I am unable to get a correct order going through the Drive-Thru. I don't know if there was a problem with the technology, but only two out of the four things I ordered were in my bag. One of things was sauce; however, I did not get the chicken tenders ordered - so sauce was not needed. I guess I will have to try a different lunch spot or location. read more

I'll start out by saying I love CFA, it is my go-to fast food, and I think they have the best chicken sandwich in the game. Sort of like QT, their stores are always clean, always meticulously maintained, and staffed by friendly people. It is just a nice consistent experience. Unfortunately, this location did not live up to the high standards I have for CFA. This is a new location, so trying to cut them some slack, but I don't really understand some of the decisions they've made here. The single entrance is super narrow and doesn't have a wide apron to turn into the driveway. It is hard to turn in and out because the approach is a 90 degree turn. It causes backups right at the entrance to the location. Not very well thought out. There are two drive thru lanes. There is a VERY small sign telling you that the right lane is reserved for third party app pickups only. I'm not sure if this sign is put out during specific periods of time, but seems odd to limit yourself to one drive thru lane. It also caused a lot of confusion. I saw the left lane had a long line while the right had no line and wondered why. I then read the sign and joined the left line. Other patrons either ignored the sign or missed it, because it is tiny. Instead of making them drive around and get into the left lane, they would take the order anyway and have them join the left lane by cutting through the cones. This caused more confusion and chaos as multiple vehicles who arrived well after me ordered and cut in front of cars in front of me. Terrible system. CFA is one of the few places I never look in the bag. I don't know if I can remember getting the wrong thing at a CFA. This order was almost entirely wrong. I ordered the Southwest chicken salad with creamy salsa dressing. It comes with a choice of chicken and I selected breaded nuggets, along with crunchy tortilla strips and some seasoned pepitas. I'm not sure what salad I got, but it wasn't the one I ordered. It was mostly lettuce with a grilled chicken breast on top. I was disappointed in the chicken being wrong, but could overlook that. The Southwest salad has corn, black beans, and cheese on it, and this had none of that. I don't know if whoever made the salads that day missed putting those items on this one, but it was pretty plain. In addition, I did not get either of the toppings that usually come with it. The tortilla strips and pepitas are in separate bags on the side, and I just didn't get them. The dressing was correct thankfully. It was a pretty disappointing experience overall, and not just because my order was wrong. CFAs are usually very busy and I'm not sure why as an organization they haven't figured out things like making the entrance to the location wide enough or more clear ways to tell customers which drive thru lanes they should be in. read more

Going through CFA in the middle of the afternoon was one of the best decisions I made today! There wasn't a single other car in line when I drove in, yet, per usual, there were several people ready to take orders in the drive-through lane. I had submitted a mobile order which makes the ordering even faster. I feel like the food preparation time took a bit longer than usual, given how few people were in the drive-through lane (3 cars + mine), but oh my goodness, the waffle fries and chicken nuggets were hot and fresh, and probably some of the best I've ever had at a CFA! I was very impressed with the staff, and how attentive and well mannered they were. You could tell that they have been well trained and were really nice kids. It was a pleasure to dine at CFA and I will definitely be back to this location again! Sorry for no pictures! Service is super slow. Even if order ahead. They forgot an item. It happens on a regular basis. Employee had me pull around again in drive thru. I was the only person in drive thru and I waited for solid 10minutes to come to window ask me what I needed. Took an extra 5min to get the missing item. By then my whole order was cold. I used the mobile app to get food and everything came out right but it took 15 minutes for them to get my chocolate shake. I had ordered one meal and two drinks (one being the shake). Many people asked if I was another person and I kept telling them I was waiting on a shake. After 5 people talked to me and a lot of time has gone by, I finally got my shake. If you are a teen or really anyone looking for a job, do not work here! Dustin, the store owner was very kind, understanding and pleasant to work with, but most of the managers are not. They made me do very hazardous and unnecessary things such as taking orders outside in negative degree weather and snow falling down when they could have used the speaker. They care way too much about that "customer interaction" that they do not care about your safety or your feelings. They are too busy focusing on the customers, they forget that the workers need to be treated with dignity and respect too. They are also very unorganized and definitely not flexible with hours and very not understanding. I felt very unappreciated working there. Things may have changed since I left because the turnover at fast restaurants is high, but my expecting was horrible. The food was great. The chicken was fresh. Everything seemed to be freshly made. My boyfriend and I also ordered chocolate chip cookies and they were soft and extremely delicious. The dining area was really clean and the bathrooms were also very clean as well. Definitely will go back!! read more

I love chick fil a but this whole experience has thrown me off, I got off work looking to get something to eat real quick so i ordered through the mobile app then headed over and got there at around 9:54 and my order came out at around 9:58 one of the workers apologized for it taking so long and I immediately apologized for coming so late I was just hungry but mind you I was still within the hours they were open. So I take my food home and the first thing I take a sip of is my caramel crumble shake and immediately it tasted like pepper which shocked me and I thought well maybe it's just a weird flavor so i took another sip which came with an even stronger taste of pepper it was disgusting. So i start looking up reviews on the drink, i continued to read and watch and not one review said anything about pepper so i started to go through the drink and that's when I found it a whole lot of black bits and i thought maybe that's the butterscotch or whatever it's supposed to come with just really hoping it was. I tried the black bits and that's when i found out for sure it was pepper. I immediately put it in my fridge and continued to eat the rest and everything else was fine, I returned the next day and the manager was a great guy, he helped me out and got me a refund on the drink after i showed him the drink. The point of this review is if you're looking for something to eat late don't come to this chick fil a, I was nice to them and came/left before they were officially closed yet they still messed with my food and if they can do it to me i wouldn't be surprised if they did it to someone else . read more
