Lines were long in the drive-through. If you are willing to wait in the crazy drive-through lane, you'll get service and it is an efficient working machine. But in our case, I did not and was not going to wait in the crazy long drive-through lane. So I went inside and the kiosk member walked by me twice saying she would be right with me...she never came back. What?!? Their customer service to the customer standing in front of them is terrible and rude. We went to another McDonalds up the road with much better service. **Perhaps looking at the full model of Chick-fil-A would be helpful. Staff was high as all hell and could barely tell what was going on at night. You all need new staff.

The improperly trained staff is horrific at this location. I was the only car in the drive-through and I was at the speaker for 10 minutes. they didn't even know how their own app works. I didn't even order and she was telling me to pull up and I was confused so I was like what? She had an attitude and said pull up. I'm very disappointed with the customer service at this location and I do not suggest going here even if you have a spare 45 minutes to grab lunch. This is usually the McDonald's I rely on. They normally do pretty well... until about a week ago. I ordered a Big Mac with cheese only, forgot to check the sandwich. They normally don't mess up. I got home, the sandwich had everything on it. I called the manager. She said my name was on the list. I just returned. They flat out didn't believe me and refused to comply. Like I would try to get a free sandwich? They refused. It was their fault. They refused. McDonalds, no one has any expectations when they come here. In all caps on the drive through it says BREAKFAST SERVED ALL DAY. First two items under this banner are MCMuffins. So, I ordered one. Nope, no muffins after 10:30, it was 10:45. So, I ordered a quarter pounder and paid. When I got to the second window they said "we have no fresh meat, can you pull over and we'll bring it out when we have it". Hard to perform below expectations at a McD but they managed. Happened to come in with my friends carrying a cup of coffee from another establishment. Chubby white haired guy in a McDonalds jacket decided to flex in front of his family who was apparently there before today's Chief's game. He got offended because of the coffee cup...
