I am not a Jimmy John's fan so I was not happy eating here. I totally wanted something else. Anyway, so we are here. The young kids running the store were cool. I had the Italian (#9) I believe l. I can't remember what my guest had. Overall, the sandwiches were fine but I was speechless when they told me they didn't have any salt & pepper in the place! Like, what ?! How ? Anyways, this is ridiculous in my book. The inside of the shop was clean. I loved the signs on the bathroom doors, probably my fav part of this visit. I don't know if I would come here again. I just had the worst experience at Jimmy John's in Alabaster. I had a large $100 order delivered. One of the sandwiches was completely wrong so I called the store. I supposedly talked to the Assistant Manager. He couldn't find my order to begin with but finally found it. Once he did I was told that they could remake the sandwich but I had to come to the store to get it. That wasn't a possibility so I asked him to refund the sandwich in question. Not only was he extremely rude but accused me of trying to get a complete refund which I was not. He ended up saying he was going to refund the whole order (Not What I Wanted). I placed a mobile order for a beach club unwich. I realized that I forgot to take the cheese off on the app. I can the store and they were so kind about updating my order. I picked up through the drive-thru. There was a small line, but it didn't take long to get to the window. The staff member at the window was super nice! Well used to be pretty good but last few times the sandwiches have been disappointing. The Slims now use regular size bread the last two times I've been here. The bread was soft and crust. No too hard to destroy the roof of your mouth like it is sometimes. The pickle was old and you could tell when eating it. Only bc the chicken Cesar wrap is delicious. But twice in one week they are able to hear add onion to it and both times the one putting it together must have difficulty to add onion. Just wanted to say I order from Colonnade location at work frequently and the sandwiches were fresher and fully loaded with goods. I find Alabaster a little less enjoyable compared to Colonnade location. But they have good service and correct orders. read more

My husband went and got us 2 sandwiches to go and he requested our lettuce to be put on the side. They flat refused. They first said it was "unsanitary".
