Almost always super busy. Guaranteed to have a line if the nearby schools have had an event. While many locals report spotty service and food quality, we haven't had any recent issues that stand out. This location has been extremely supportive of local groups by providing spirit nights. Those book really quickly and usually pretty far in advance. Our favorites are the nibbler meal, the Big Zax Snak, and the Boneless Wings meal with Tongue Torch. We look forward to being able to dine in sometime soon, but they're doing a pretty good job of serving the drive thru line quickly. read more

They've got some cashiers with some WILD attitude problems. I haven't eaten in here in awhile because it's way too expensive for what it is ..We just wanted to eat something quick since two of us weren't feeling good enough actually sit down and eat somewhere. It hasn't improved - some of the chicken fingers were small, the fried mushrooms were more like mushroom pieces and even the cheese bites were small .plus the family meal used to include a side and some cookies. Now you just get chicken fingers/bread/fries everything else is extra. This is a place we rarely eat at for a reason ! Wished we had something else around here but this is what we have ..The food did come quickly. if i order my food tossed in hot honey mustard and half my food is tossed and half was not. why are you telling there is a charge like i don't already know that. i didnt ask for anything free i just want it the way i ordered it. and if i was charged once for it why do i have to pay $.75 for you to toss my other 3 tenders. that's poor customer service. and to keep telling the girl "tell her thats a charge is just rude" if there wasn't a crowd i would've argued the point and requested a full refund and went somewhere else. read more

do not spend your hard working money on this location! i asked for no seasoning on fries. the ones i received was cold, limp, and dark- looked like they were from opening and it was 2:45! before that, the employee took my order in the back- instead of giving it to me- i had to ask why did she do that and said i had to go get your cookies. why didn't she leave my order on the counter instead of walking to the back with it? so i had to go in, saying the fries was not acceptable. i specifically said no seasoning to counter person and guess what- it still was wrong, and she gave me a cup of seasoning ! i even told the cook no seasoning - they don't listen! this is my first review ever for a restaurant. i just don't complain even though i spent good money. please avoid this location- we've given them plenty of chances but have shown no improvement in service read more

Jordan B. is a shift leader at this location and she has absolutely no idea what customer service is. She was completely rude to my boyfriend and I. She didn't greet us and when I ask her what the options were for my salad dressing, she let out this giant sigh and listed them. I went to this location on Sunday Evening, May 18th. I clearly ordered a grilled Cobb Salad. I handed the food to my son. (I hate that they shove everything at you all at once so you don't even have time to put your money or card away) I drove home only to find that I was given a fried chicken salad. I called the manager to complain and this is what her response was. Mistakes always happen and that I should play my part because they serve thousands of people everyday. As IF my business is not important. Then she asked for my ticket number to see if I had not ordered the correct item. AH HA!!! It was entered correctly and yet I received the wrong item anyway. So instead of apologizing for doubting me---it's my fault. What every happened to the customers always right and never argue with them. Normally, a manager will offer to correct the meal on my next visit and one restaurant re did the entire order for free and I told him that it wasn't necessary but Thanks for offering. I was a GM so I knew better----she wanted to battle anyway. Needless to say, I will never return to this restaurant.
