Buffalo Wild Wings is your typical sports bar. You'll find wings, burgers, sandwiches, and your typical appetizers, along with a few desserts and a nice selection of beverages on the menu. This was my first time ordering anything from here. I was drawn in by a BOGO offer for burgers and fries for National Cheeseburger Day. I ordered on their app and was given a thirty minute estimate on pick up. The outside of the restaurant is well maintained and the inside looked nice and clean. They weren't overly busy. The host looked at me but I was not greeted. I had no problem finding the pickup counter that had about four or five people waiting. The restaurant has an open floor plan and loads of big screen TVs. The music wasn't overly loud. I had to wait for a while before I got to the counter. Apparently they only had one employee manning the to-go counter and running back and forth to get the orders from the kitchen. An employee came to fill their water bottle with soda but didn't work the to-go counter. When the man working the counter showed up, he was very friendly and apologized for the wait. I had to wait for around 15 minutes past my estimated time. Luckily, I wasn't on a time schedule and they had a nice seating area to wait. I received my food and made the mistake of not checking it before I got home. ALWAYS check your order. I had ordered two All-American Cheeseburgers with fries. The burgers were supposed to come with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and sautéed onions. I got one out of four: sautéed onions. That aside, the burgers were awesome. They were hand smashed and had tasty crisp edges and were dripping with melty cheese, topped with sautéed onions. I really liked that instead of putting the condiments on the burger, they came in a separate bag with our utensils and some wet naps. I always hate hot mayo, so this was a plus for me. The fries were shoestring fries. They were good, hot, crisp, and had a good many soft limp fries, which are my favorite. I'll definitely be back for the food, but if it's take out, I'll pause to check it before I leave.

Chicken Caesar salad....the chicken was bland

What can I say....the wait to be seated was quick , but the food was horrible. We came here after my nieces graduation to grab a bite to eat. I got the chicken tacos and my friend next to me got the Caesar salad. The chicken on both entrees definitely lacked flavor. The salsa for the tacos had a funky after taste. I asked for some shredded cheese to try to doctor it up but that didn't help. My nephew even tried one and he didn't like it either. Others at my table had the burger and wings and they said they were ok.

Technically wings.

Worst wings I've ever put in my mouth. I think they were cooked yesterday and put in the microwave to warm them up when ordered. Truly awful. Will not return. But our server was nice.

The food was pretty good and arrived to the table nice and hot. The service was a bit lacking but it was very busy at lunchtime. Overall, I recommend them.

Ultimate nacho appetizer - very tasty and filling - enough to serve 2 people with a little left over and feel full so no entree required. Our server was excellent - attentive but not overbearing, kept our drinks refilled but asked first (I don't like those places that top off your drink without asking). Bathroom was clean but no gender neutral option offered. Had to first choose male or female before accessible stall was offered. While the atmosphere was loud, it IS a sports bar lol, so what else would you expect? Every inch of walls covered with TVs and every sport imaginable was displayed. Football, baseball, golf, nascar, etc. the only thing I didn't see was a wrestling match. Highly recommend.

Bar service was cool on a Monday night. The bartender was attentive and friendly. My food came out super fresh and was sooooo yummy! Those salt and vinegar wings and honey garlic wings are finger licking good. Trust me! They were prepared crispy as requested. Crispy fries were a nice side. Cold beer too! BWW has been clutch as of late for me. I have been very impressed with their food quality and service. I would definitely return back to this BWW because it was extremely good!

Buffalo Wild Wings in Alabaster usually delivers--hot, saucy wings that hit the spot when you're craving classic game-day comfort food. But unfortunately, this visit was more of a letdown than anything. Let's start with the wings: normally one of their strengths--hot, fresh, and smothered in sauce. This time? Cold. Dry. Disappointing. It felt like they'd been sitting out too long, and any hint of that bold, signature flavor was barely there. To make matters worse, no ranch--even though it was specifically requested in the to-go order. That may sound small, but anyone who loves wings knows the ranch is part of the experience. The cherry on top? Being charged for an extra drink, despite already paying for one with the order. Service on this visit felt rushed and careless, especially for takeout, where accuracy is key. Very loud ambiance and very busy that night as well. This location can be great when it's on its game--but this was definitely a miss. Here's hoping it was just a fluke--because Buffalo Wild Wings is better than this.

Buffalo Wild Wings is a sports theme chain restaurant serving up wings, snacks, sandwiches, and other bar fare. My assessment- don't waste your money. When we went for lunch recently, we were literally the only table. There were several servers sitting at a table eating, including our own, while we were there. My boyfriend ordered tots, my daughter got chicken fingers, and I ordered 10 piece wings. I asked for all flats, but got drums as well and the server said she forgot to put in the request. I get forgetting...but as mentioned before we were the only table in the place. The wings were super dry and overcooked. The fries, which had to be ordered separately and tasted old, weren't great either. I really feel this meal, especially given it's considerable cost, was absolutely not worth it. Lackluster service and food for a $70 lunch for 2 adults and a small child? I'll definitely be taking my money elsewhere in the future.

Grilled Chicken Club

Wasn't interested in a crowded dining room, so we asked if the patio was available. Didn't know if they were using it for seating or not. Guess they could have said no, as we were surprised we were the only people out there except for a couple employees and the occasional diner who came out to smoke (which I kind of thought wasn't allowed, but whatever). Took our orders pretty quickly. One order of boneless wings, one Cheese Curd Bacon Burger, and my Grilled Chicken Club. The Grilled Chicken Club was really good. I'm not normally a guacamole fan, but decided to embrace the sandwich as designed. I was really looking forward to the bacon aioli and it didn't disappoint. We even requested a small bit of it to use with fries. Overall quick and friendly service.

I was originally seated at a high top, but then realized that one of my friends had back issues so I had to move to a different table. Our servers name was Alexander. He was a very nice gentleman and was also very attentive to our table. I started off with a Margarita on the rocks. This is their signature. Margarita and I usually get it when I come here. It is delicious. I highly recommend it. I was undecided on what I wanted to get to eat, but our server recommended the garlic Parmesan chicken. I got that with a side of loaded baked potatoes and a side salad with blue cheese dressing. The only issue was that the chicken was a little on the dry side, possibly overcooked, but still delicious I visited the restroom several times because I was drinking a lot of water and the bathroom facilities were quite clean. The lighting was perfect for an evening dinner. It is definitely a sports bar vibe. Definitely a great place to come watch some college football. Since this is pretty close to my home, I probably will come here more often.

But we'd spent the day at McWane Center and we were starving so we were there to EAT! The food looked gorgeous but it tasted very meh. The onion rings had too much breading on them, which I didn't think was possible, but here we are. The part of the breading next to the onion was mushy so that threw off the texture of the whole thing too. The burger was very much like a Whataburger. Even the lettuce smelled the same. I got The Standard and the bun of the burger was a little mushy (similar to Whataburger) and there was not much meat. For an $11 burger, I'm expecting more than a Whataburger. My middle kid likes everything on her burger and isn't picky at all and the loaded kid burger looked impressive but it was about the same as mine. Not awful, but not very good either. Very close to the same amount of meat. She's the queen of the Clean Plate Club and she only ate half. The fries were good but a somewhat too salty, the dip that came with the onion rings was excellent and we ended up using it for the fries. We had 2 adults and 3 kids and our meal was $63 before tip for 5 waters, 2 adult burgers, 2 kid burgers, a kid grilled cheese, and a basket of fries and onion rings (I thought I was ordering a "side" of fries, not realizing I actually ordered a basket and it was a lot of fries and onion rings). We don't mind spending money on good food, but the prices here don't align with what you get. No one was more disappointed than me, I've been wanting to eat here for FOREVER!!!

The staff was friendly and patient as I forgot my readers so a lot of questions were asked. Thank you Andreana. We had the tenderloin (which I haven't had in YEARS). I was not disappointed. Seated immediately and ready to take your order as soon as you decide. The Standard Burger (Lettuce. tomato, onion, pickles, horsey sauce & american cheese) is really good. Fries are cooked just right. Previously I got a mix of the Fries and Onion Rings. Onion Rings are great too! I have had The Three Hander sandwich (Niman ranch corned beef, fries, tomato, jalapenos, creamy slaw, dijonaise, mozzarella on sourdough) from their original location which is great too. I should probably try other things as well but the lunch deal is hard to pass up. Since it is not too far from my office, will definitely continue to be a part of my regular lunch rotation. Only downside for me is the parking. There are limited spots on the street out front. Adjacent to the building there is a lot that is part of the apartment complex behind it but not really enough spaces for the 2 restaurants.
