Buffalo Wild Wings is your typical sports bar. You'll find wings, burgers, sandwiches, and your typical appetizers, along with a few desserts and a nice selection of beverages on the menu. This was my first time ordering anything from here. I was drawn in by a BOGO offer for burgers and fries for National Cheeseburger Day. I ordered on their app and was given a thirty minute estimate on pick up. The outside of the restaurant is well maintained and the inside looked nice and clean. They weren't overly busy. The host looked at me but I was not greeted. I had no problem finding the pickup counter that had about four or five people waiting. The restaurant has an open floor plan and loads of big screen TVs. The music wasn't overly loud. I had to wait for a while before I got to the counter. Apparently they only had one employee manning the to-go counter and running back and forth to get the orders from the kitchen. An employee came to fill their water bottle with soda but didn't work the to-go counter. When the man working the counter showed up, he was very friendly and apologized for the wait. I had to wait for around 15 minutes past my estimated time. Luckily, I wasn't on a time schedule and they had a nice seating area to wait. I received my food and made the mistake of not checking it before I got home. ALWAYS check your order. I had ordered two All-American Cheeseburgers with fries. The burgers were supposed to come with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and sautéed onions. I got one out of four: sautéed onions. That aside, the burgers were awesome. They were hand smashed and had tasty crisp edges and were dripping with melty cheese, topped with sautéed onions. I really liked that instead of putting the condiments on the burger, they came in a separate bag with our utensils and some wet naps. I always hate hot mayo, so this was a plus for me. The fries were shoestring fries. They were good, hot, crisp, and had a good many soft limp fries, which are my favorite. I'll definitely be back for the food, but if it's take out, I'll pause to check it before I leave. read more

What can I say....the wait to be seated was quick , but the food was horrible. We came here after my nieces graduation to grab a bite to eat. I got the chicken tacos and my friend next to me got the Caesar salad. The chicken on both entrees definitely lacked flavor. The salsa for the tacos had a funky after taste. I asked for some shredded cheese to try to doctor it up but that didn't help. My nephew even tried one and he didn't like it either. Our server was excellent - attentive but not overbearing, kept our drinks refilled but asked first (I don't like those places that top off your drink without asking). Bathroom was clean but no gender neutral option offered. Had to first choose male or female before accessible stall was offered. While the atmosphere was loud, it IS a sports bar lol, so what else would you expect? Every inch of walls covered with TVs and every sport imaginable was displayed. On September 27, 2025, management at the Alabaster, AL Buffalo Wild Wings displayed gross negligence in handling a situation with a teenager. Instead of seeking out the many adults present or resolving the matter calmly, management escalated it to the point of causing severe and unnecessary trauma for the teen, his teammates, and their families. This location failed to show basic judgment or care, and their actions have left a lasting negative impact on the community. I come here a lot and I am happy with my service and food. I just have a recommendation. In the past maybe not here carrots were cut up in strips and not whole. It's harder for some people to eat carrots this way. Also it shows that they were just dumped out of the bag and onto a plate. Personally I feel like the carrots should be sliced up more. I have eaten at BWW ever since they opened at the Alabaster Promenade. I accumulated over 11,000 points for all the food I had bought there. Over the last couple of years I have been on a weight loss journey so that I could get down to the weight I needed to be in order to get knee replacement surgery. I had avoided a lot of restaurants that would be detrimental to my weight loss. With that being said, I had not gone to Buffalo Wild Wings in over a year. When I start thinking about going to order something, I go into my app and I no longer have my 11,000 points. I have zero. It says they expire after 12 months. No where on the app have I ever read that your points expire. To my knowledge, I've never had any points expire regardless of how long I had them. I will not be going back to Buffalo Wild Wings ever again. I will get my wings elsewhere. read more

When we went for lunch recently, we were literally the only table. There were several servers sitting at a table eating, including our own, while we were there. My boyfriend ordered tots, my daughter got chicken fingers, and I ordered 10 piece wings. I asked for all flats, but got drums as well and the server said she forgot to put in the request. I get forgetting...but as mentioned before we were the only table in the place. The wings were super dry and overcooked. The fries, which had to be ordered separately and tasted old, weren't great either. I really feel this meal, especially given it's considerable cost, was absolutely not worth it. Took our orders pretty quickly. One order of boneless wings, one Cheese Curd Bacon Burger, and my Grilled Chicken Club. The Grilled Chicken Club was really good. Since wings are in the business name, I recognize that wings are their expertise. The wings at this location are along the quality of the other locations. I mean this as a compliment. I have always enjoyed the wings at Buffalo Wild Wings. Buffalo Wild Wings has a variety of heat levels, so I am confident that you will find the perfect sauce and heat level for yourself. The staff has always been polite even when they have been crazy busy. With a nice, tall Michelob Ultra and Fast Eddie Layne keeping me apprised on some of the best barbecue spots in Uptown, Buffalo Wild Wings proved to be the perfect spot for a relaxing afternoon beer and ten beautiful traditional Parmesan Garlic wings. Just realized I had never written a review for this location. Honestly most of my trips here have been relatively early on Sunday's. At that time they have never been crowded and the overall service is really pretty good, which you would hope for since nobody else was there. Obviously they are known for their wings. The wings at this location, in my opinion, are just like all the other locations. I'm a big fan of the chipotle dry rub and then have a side of asian zing to dip in. Definitely has a little kick, especially if they go heavy on the dry rub. They also have a pretty good burger line up considering they are a chicken place. I haven't had a burger at this location, but I have at other locations and they have never disappointed. Decent selection of draft beer available if you're interested. I order 15 wings and the wife orders 10, among other items. The food was great. The check comes and the wings are full price. "You have to order the same amount for all" says Sabrina. They currently have Korean BBQ flavored wings. If you love the Asian Zing wings that they already have then you are going to love these. Even if you haven't tried the Asian Zing give these a try. I am not a fan of BBQ sauce and they taste nothing like BBQ. The description sold me so I went out on a limb and tried them hoping they didn't taste like BBQ. I also had another usual of mine. The Spicy Garlic. I think the garlic flavor needs to be kicked up in these though. I tried Kylah's mozzarella sticks and they were PERFECTLY DONE. Definitely will try them next I'm there. read more
