Drive thru is way too long. Took 20 minutes to get to speaker. They should think of expanding to dual lanes like competition. Ordered 3 meals and 1 was missing once I got home. Considering my bill was $38, service should be better. Having to drive back, the manager should have offered compensation or coupons instead of excuses and I'm sorry. My and my daughter are fans of Zaxby's and there isn't one in our area so when we road trip to an area where there is one, we like to visit at least once. This was our "one" on our road trip earlier this month. We chose this location because it is right off the highway and easy to access. We had been driving for hours when we arrived so restrooms were a must visit. They were clean with plenty of paper products ++ This location was POPPING, we definitely thought we may end up here awhile just due to the crowd... That was not the case. We ordered, our food was up within literal minutes, we ate and were back on the road within 30 minutes. The dining area and drink area were very clean, which is quite the job to keep up with with the huge crowd there. It was impressive. Let's talk food - I got the #5 hot chicken sandwich which is actually tenders in buffalo and ranch on texas toast. That came with fries and drink - I chose their sweet tea which is perfectly sweet! The sandwich was amazing! Perfect amount of sauce so it had a tang but wasn't too hot and the texas toast takes it to the next level. ORDER THIS. Their fries have a little seasoning on top that separates them from other bland fast food fries. I also love that their condiments cups are very large, so one ranch was enough to dip my sandwich and my fries in. Overall this stop was perfection. The management here is terrible. The drink machines were closed because it was after 8 pm, and I was just asking for a refill of the pink lemonade from the back. She made a big deal about the lemonade being a premium upgrade, but that's not what I was asking for, and she wouldn't even listen to what I was trying to say. However, one of the little nice girls came and gave me what I was asking for and said don't worry about it. I don't know what her problem was, but I will not be back to this location. read more

I have visited this Zaxby's many, many times and have yet to write a review. All to my surprise! Their family meal combos have been spot on for my family a couple of times, during Covid 19. Each time , the food has been hot and fresh!! The drive thru service has been fast / friendly as well. I don't like how they nickel and dime you for extra sauces but that's my only complaint. I needed to try one of two new sandwiches at Zaxby's. So, I decided on the Honey Butter and Bacon Sandwich. I decided on the drive thru as I was not feeling getting out of my car until I just had to. I encountered two different young men in the process of placing my order. I knew they were different because they introduced themselves, plus in my book. I ordered my meal which included the sandwhich, fries and a soda. So a lesson that I should have learned a long time ago (check your food before leaving) was used today. I ordered from a local establishment early this week and I was not satisfied because things were missing from my burger. I made sure to check my sandwhich to see if it included all that it was to have on it. I did what I think many people do on the regular, I grabbed a few fries and yes they were fresh and hot. I also received my soda with no ice as requested. The sandwhich was good. The chicken was crispy and it didn't taste liked it had been sitting. I liked the honey butter and the bacon was not limp! First stop was the restroom. It looked as though a bomb had went off. Toilet paper all over and looked like it hadn't been swept in a week. One of the women's stalls was not useable as there was a roll of toilet paper, to use, on the floor..no thanks! The dispenser had nothing in it and appeared broken. We quickly noticed the entire restaurant looked the same way. Maybe they had a rush, fine, but there were multiple staff members standing around as if they he nothing to do. Told them our order was for "here" and they gave it to us "to go". The food tasted good, but I question how clean the kitchen is, if the dining and restroom areas look like this. read more

This was the absolute WORST RESTAURANT I have ever been to in my life and very disappointed in Zaxby's. Traveling from Florida back to Tennessee, we thought the family would take a quick break and eat a bite. I went straight to the women's bathroom to change my 3mo old twins, the bathroom was disgusting!!! It didn't look like it had been cleaned the entire shift! There was toilet paper and poop all over the floor. How does this happen? The dining room was filthy, most tables were dirty with food and trash on the floor. One employee was standing behind the counter, yawning, propped up against the back counter watching the dining room guests. Another had a broom sweeping, but I still can't figure out what! We asked for a table to be wiped off and the employee went over to a bucket of dirty water sitting on the counter. We did not stay to eat. I can't imagine eating anything from this kitchen if this is how they keep public areas looking. read more

We ordered our food and we asked for 5 additional dressings for our salad and the girl had an attitude about it (we fully understood we had to pay) but she was upset by the fact somebody in our party needed 5 dressings. After we got our food and paid for the dressings, they forgot about them and when we went to go ask they had an attitude stating they couldn't give us that many, we showed them we paid and she was like "wow 5" and gave them to us! So rude & unprofessional on SO MANY LEVELS! .... strongly believe to charge in the first place is cheap on behalf of Zaxby's, specially when your bill is over 45.00, but then you pay and they still want to give an attitude is so ridiculous! read more

I've been going to this location many years now and the food has always been consistent. The people that work there are friendly too. Today I ordered bone in wings and a Cajun chicken sandwich. The wings were good, hot, the correct sauce on them. The celery that accompanied them were crispy and clean. Zaxby's wings are not my favorite, but the reason for five stars is because they are good, and always consistent, at least at this location. The Cajun sandwich was also very good. The fries are tasty and just the right amount of seasoning on them. Overall, the restaurant is clean, friendly, and the food is delivered fast, correct, and taste good. read more

First, let's establish that the location behind Chic-fil-a gets the place overlooked a lot. Therefore the drive through is usually pretty quick. Our food arrived hot, and was not "thrown together" as fast food sometimes is. The food tasted the way it was supposed to when prepared properly. The staff was polite and the experience was pleasant. However, it's still fast food chicken. The wings were a bit on the small side compared to the ones you can buy at Publix, but they were tasty. I will eat here again! read more

The bathroom was disgusting with trash all over the floor. The drink machine was flat!!!! i visited this location a month ago and it was the exact same way!!!!! Stopped in for a quick lunch on a long road trip through Alabama. The entire team was friendly and helpful. It was very busy and the orders were a little slow, but it was understandable. The one outstanding employee was a manager named Tyler. He was enthusiastic and energetic while interacting with guests.
